Stopped building sets in 09 and now have stopped chasing SFGiants/49ers in 2019. But still have lots of wants. Due to a generous divorce court had to return to work, so trading is still important to me but now pulling and mailing can only be done on tuesday and wednesday

I am going to polite-fully borrow a very fitting quote from fellow trader FSCGrad777  - "my want list is quite narrow, so I am more than willing to sell cards if we don't match up for a trade." additionally, I am (SOMETTIMES) willing to dig through your (basketball, football, and non sport ONLY) FST cards to see if I can come up with something I like to trade for.

UPDATES:

4/4/24 - trading is turned BACK ON, let the offers being (once again 😎✌🏻)….BUT … pls, pls, PLS, allow me to reiterate this, with peace and love, although I DO realize my waitlist is fairly smaller compared to some of yours, try to avoid sending me smaller (less than 5 cards per side) deals if at all possible, thanks!!!

3/13/24 - I 'think' I am going to embark on working on ALL non numbered variations of the 22 and 23 NBA Prizm Monopoly sets, it is WAY more involved than I anticipated it would be with the original thought, but easily my favorite sport and board game growing ups, so why not...

3/12/24 - my son and my Pacers/Magic game experience was a GREAT success, not so much autographically (?), although HE was able to pull down 8 different players' autos (pics to be posted in the forum, hopefully), but the luxury seats were 1st class...access ALL around the court, through each team's tunnels before/during/after games, and all you can eat food/drink...we strongly recommended this experience to anyone willing to fork out a few 'extra' bucks who wants a close to the game action!

On that note, I am going to begin PCing former Arizona and now Pacers PG TJ McConnell, he is the epitome of hard work, a scrappy player who honestly just doesn't look like he belongs on the court with these other giants, but is a BEAST (he had 16/7/7 that game we went to), and oozes confidence, but in a professional way....he was extremely kind to my son after the Pacer win, so that goes a long way to me

2/4/24 - This may be common sense, but I have begun paying more attention on the scarcity/availability of cards on my FST list when comparing each side of the deal - many times, if I have THE only card on the site, I will use that as 'value' in consideration to what I am seeking in these trades - it may not be the most valuable card, but if its the only one available for trade and (for example 50+ people have it on their wantlist, to ME - it holds more value...and again, I am probably not breaking any new ground with this statement, I just wanted this to be here for when members read my profile on reasoning behind these proposals and counter offers

1/23/24 - My 13 year old son and I are fortunate enough to have 2nd row seats for the Pacers @ Magic game on 3/10, and we will have access to the player tunnel before and after the game, SO, my goal until then is to obtain as many RCs of players from those 2 teams to attempt to get autographed!

12/30/23 - I am officially back open for business! So fire away on the trades...

I have began collecting Taysom Hill and Johnny Hekker cards, but as always, Derrick Henry remains my main focus

6/23/23 - I have began branching off beginning PCs of lesser known hoopers that had much relevance to me during my playing days in the 90s:

-Eric Piatkowski (I wore his jersey # 52 my Jr/Sr years, he was a caucasian, 6'7'', 215ish, SF/PF - the EXACT same specs of myself as a player around the same era)

-Tommy Kleinschmidt (Similar to Eric P's backstory, I began wearing a sleeveless shirt underneath my game jerseys bc of him, AND he has a small part in Hoop Dreams, one of my favorite docs)

-Arthur Agee and William Gates (stars of the aforementioned doc Hoop Dreams)

-Chris Herren (maybe the most confident caucasian hooper I have ever seen in person, his BABC AAU summer league performances here in Jax in 1994 were E P I C...)

6/15/23 - I have recently been selling more, I’m ALWAYS open to a sale, even the larger variety, and I pride myself on being very quick and efficient, so you WILL get your cards quick if payment is made quick, just fyi, if you can’t find enough to trade for from MY wantlist, this is ALWAYS a viable option ✌️😎

6/10/23 - I am beginning to find/look for/be told abt more and more NBA and NFL trivia cards/set.....again, I am not a huge set collector, but I am a HUGE trivia guy, so I am open to new sub sets (?) with any years trivia from these 2 leagues, pls don't hesitate to let me know of one that you are aware of that maybe I'm not, thanks!

5/7/23 - im not a huge set collector, and have mainly shot for NON numbered/patch/autos for my PC players, mainly base, insert and some parallels, so,  im NOW slowly looking to get some of these numbered/patch/autos for my PC players and, willing to give up much more TO get these items, if you have items like this for my PC players that aren’t yet on my wantlist, pls don’t hesitate to reach out to offer, thanks!

4/27/23 - recent years of absolute and illusions football FST card listings may be inaccurate, as I may have logged them as hobby when they are actually retail, so pls specify which one you need when proposing or countering a trade, thnx

FELLOW COLLECTORS - I LOVE my late 80's-mid 90's basketball and football cards, 89 nba hoops being my favorite to rip as a 11-12 yr old hoops junkie...now that i have completed my sets for 89 AND 90 nba hoops sets, i am on the hunt to find the announcer/special checklist cards card for these same years, as well as finishing up my (innagural years) 90 skybox basketball and 91 upper deck basketball sets, I also started putting together my birth year’s 1977 Topps basketball and my son’s birth year 2011 NBA Hoops basketball sets

(current TCDB ranking, as of 1/2024)

Former NBA players I collect:

Magic Johnson ( 55 ) Larry Bird ( 32 ) Chris Mullin ( 10 ) Hakeem Olajuwon ( 28 ) Jason Kidd ( 29 ) Pete Maravich ( 60 )

Eric Piatkowski ( 6 ) Chris Herren ( 7 ) Arthur Agee ( 2 ) William Gates ( 2 )

...and current NBA players I collect:

Anthony Edwards ( 5 ) Boban Marjanovic ( 3 ) Bol Bol ( 8 )

University of Kentucky (UK) basketball players only in UK uniform ( 17 )

Former NFL stars I collect:

- Barry Sanders ( 48 ) - Ed Reed ( 8 ) - Larry Fitzgerald ( 9 )

...and current NFL players I collect:

*DERRICK HENRY*  aka The Yulee Bulldozer (#1...and always my #1 priority)

Patrick Mahomes ( 23 ) Travis Kelce ( 3, and will probably never get any higher thank this, as # 1 has 626 and # 2 has 564 )

Josh Allen ( 16 ) Tyrann Mathieu ( 3 ) DK Metcalf ( 4 ) Justin Tucker ( 4 )  Johnny Hekker ( 13 )  Taysom Hill ( 4 )

University of Kentucky (UK) football players only in UK uniform ( 5 )

AND, local athletes I collect:

Jeff Cox (ME! Well, not really, but a baseball player with the same name...) ( ONLY 29th, but I need that # 1 spot! )

James Collins ( 1 ) Andre Cooper ( 9 ) Doug Sessions ( 2 ) Marlyn Tisdale ( 4 )

My 13 year old son also dabbles in collecting, so I trade for him as well, as he is a basketball junkie like his pops:

he LOVES/LOVED Kobe Bryant (his personal GOAT)

also - Lebron James, Anthony Davis, Giannis, Dame Time, The (3, yes, even good ole Dell) Curry's, and other current NBA super stars

***I prefer to do trades of 18-27 (ish) cards or less (please, no deals smaller than 4-6 cards each, to BOTH get our money's worth on postage) to allow me to safely place 2-3 cards (max) per slot on a 9 slot folded, sleeved page to be sent between 2 pieces of (painter's) taped cereal board in a long PWE, to be able to use a standard stamp and avoid large shipping cost, however, we can do larger trades if need be, no problem, as this is just what i have found works most efficiently since i have been on this site...i am always game for shipping tricks, so please feel free to share them wih me anytime!***

***I pride myself on being a QUICK trader, normally getting your cards out by the next AM at the latest, so please respect me and do the same, thanks in advance! ***

Only here to Trade or Sell.

Any of my older cards that are for sale have been filtered to remove at least those which are in really bad shape but be advised that they were stored in a shoebox in the attic for decades and some may have rounded corners or slight creases.

Some of my cards for trade from the mid 90s that were prone to bricking do have some surface damage from sticking together. Again, if it's anything more than slightly marked I'll either have it noted or mention it before they ship.

Will be traveling on and off for work so I will try to catch up with trades when I'm home. I apologize in advance for any delays!

OTHER NOTES:
My wantlists run through 2010-ish in Football and 2011-12-ish in Basketball, so if you have interesting hits to my recorded FAVORITE PERSONS or FAVORITE TEAMS after those dates, I will strongly consider those when making trades larger.

I prefer larger trades, but I don’t mind trading in smaller quantities, especially with multiple hits to my collection targets listed above.

I will slowly be adding my dupes list of pre-1980 Baseball/Basketball/Football cards with some general condition notes.  I have hesitated to add these cards herein due to the condition of many of them. CONDITION NOTES:
Condition is not the biggest thing for me at all (especially for vintage cards).  If condition is really important to you, I may not be the best trade partner - perhaps looking elsewhere would be best.  Most of my cards are in terrific condition, but condition has never been my focus.  Any card after 1980 which I have posted on TCDB will rarely have a condition note attached to it.  I will pull a card for condition review in special circumstances.

Steelers are my main focus. Pirates & Penguins will always have one or two team sets in the works as well.

Any Rocky Bleier not already in pc, happy to trade heavy for.

Grew up in Three Rivers Stadium. Collecting is about the memories for me.

Always happy to trade no matter if it's big or small. Same town or different continent, all good. A great way to help one another.

Steelers team set completion help of any year.

Pirates 1971 to 1991. Few modern team sets

Pens 1976 to 1993. Few modern team sets

Want list is being trimmed down slowly. Listing more.. most from small box sets & pack rips, conditions will be very sharp.

Happy to trade heavy if you close out a Steelers team set.

1989 Pro Set FB has a handful of VARs missing. Willing to purchase or trade heavily to complete.

Small sets & packs for trade:

**packs & box sets need sorting, will have list up soon.
~ Retail boxes are always changing. Currently 88 Topps baseball Coins; 87 Bball Sportflics set; 90-91 OPC hockey wax; 90-91 Topps Hockey sealed set; 91-92 pro set French wax; 91 pro set platinum fb series 1 & 2 wax; 91 pacific fb.. few left of 99-00 upper deck McDonalds retro hockey & few blister hangar packs left of 08-09 upper deck series 2.

Please feel free to drop a line if any are of interest, happy to trade.

Miscellaneous:

•Framed displays of favorite players & favorite cards + memorabilia have been made with my nephew, long distance from back home in Pittsburgh. Below is a link to photos of a few of the 60+ we've made & a 2nd link for where the nameplates came from. If not the best plates around for best prices, made by a good individual? No chance I'd have the links up. Anyone who may be interested, take a look & drop either Mike or myself a line. Why keep your pc tucked away when it can be easily mounted, safely, & to see daily. I hate promoting. Whole experience over the past couple years is simply worth it.

Thank you.

I strive for a 100% positive rating. I believe being a good trading partner is the right thing to do, and it means I have credibility to continue making deals. If we trade and something is wrong, please let me know so I can fix it.

I will try to give you as much information as possible on the cards you would receive. I'll send photos and explain issues. I have been updating conditions on my cards for trade.

I grade conservatively. An EX-MT card to me might be NM to you, so just ask for details.

Please don't send me cards with soft or dinged corners. Just let me know before and we can try to find substitutes to complete the deal.

I always mail from the post office. This is partly because I don't have outgoing mail in my apartment building, but also so I get the right postage on your package.

I try to be thorough when I respond to messages for trades in progress, but I am often lousy at responding to new proposals. If nothing grabs me immediately, I sit on them and time passes. Sorry to anyone I have left hanging, and I will try to improve.

*** To anyone who has sent me an offer, I have over 20 in my offers right now. I am trying to respond to them in the order they came in, without overwhelming myself with accepted trades. Please be patient with me, and do not blackball me from trading with you.***

ALL CARDS ON TRADE LIST ARE FOR SALE OR TRADE.

USA TRADES ONLY PLEASE

PC/TRADING:

Cal Ripken is my only real PC, trying to get as many as I can.

I have a preference towards the Orioles and RC's.

Looking to mostly do deals where I send you 5-6 cards on your list and get 1-2 in return.

When trading Autos, Relics or SP's, I would want one of those in return, or a higher quality Ripken in return.

Will most likely not trade one of those for a base card but you never know.

Feel free to send me an offer for what cards you would like, empty on your side, and I will find something from your list that I am interested in.

SHIPPING:

I do all of my trades PWE, unless we discuss that beforehand. I understand that once in a blue moon cards coming either direction get lost, I have 200+ transactions that can attest to my credibility and reliability when it comes to this.

If you are not ok with this please do not trade with me. Things getting lost in the mail sucks, but it happens

GRADING:

I am trying to update condition on my cards as I enter new ones and go through as I am pulling trades. If the card does not have any issues I will mark it as EX-MT. and then work my way down from there. I am NO expert when it comes to grading as it is not something I care about, but just trying to give a rough idea on condition for you..

Can't wait to trade with as many different people as possible and hope to do some great deals!

Have really enjoyed enhancing my collection on this website with so many great members. So I have a wide ranging collection, and the way I prioritize is as follows:

First thing I look for in any members FS/T list are cards I don't have of the following players: Dalton Hilliard, Christian Okoye, Errict Rhett, Darren Woodson, Thurman Thomas, and Richard Dent. Other players I look for first, but aren't as much a priority, in no particular order are Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, John Elway, Drew Bledsoe, Neal Anderson, Eddie George, Mike Alstott, Daryl Johnston, and Jamal Anderson, and cards featuring any member of the Saints' Dome Patrol.

After my top 6 players, I usually start looking for NCAA matches, I look for teams, not specific players; some favorites are Penn State, Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, Texas, LSU, Louisville, Notre Dame, UNC, and Oregon State, among others. After NCAA matches, I tend to search out the Classic 4-Sport sets, and other similar Multi-Sport sets from '91 to about '00. I also look for some '91 Olympic, '91 Intel Star Trek, and '93 Skybox Star Trek, and any Wrestling I can find. For Racing, I target Ernie Irvan or Joe Gibbs cards, and for Soccer, West Ham United, and for MLS specifically: Portland, Chicago Fire, Atlanta, and Nashville.

The following are some, but not an exhaustive list of what I look for in the big four sports, which are in order based on priority football being first:

Football: My first love, this is what got me into collecting. Starting generally, I collect all of the Chicago Bears and Houston Oilers cards I can find. I have several sets, with their subsets and all variations, that I'm working on, including 1990 Pro Set, Score, and Topps, 1991 Pacific and Topps, 1993 Pro Set Power and Upper Deck, 1994 Collector's Choice, Fleer, and Skybox Impact, 1995 Collector's Choice, Score and Topps, and 1996 Collector's Choice, Pro Line and Topps. There are way too many players to list as far as guys I like and will target on occasion, but some of the ones I look for (not including the ones I listed at the top) are Dan Marino, Joe Montana, Steve Young, Troy Aikman, Brett Favre, Matt Ryan, Philip Rivers, Tony Romo, Rick Mirer, Boomer Esiason, Phil Simms, Randall Cunningham, Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith, Rodney Hampton, Franco Harris, Jerome Bettis, Roger Craig, Frank Gore, Stephen Davis, Warrick Dunn, Terrell Davis, Arian Foster, Freeman McNeil, Jerry Rice, Sterling Sharpe, Henry Ellard, Lawrence Taylor, Eric Berry, Ronnie Lott, Deron Cherry, Joey Browner, Chris Doleman, Julius Peppers, Steve Atwater, Greg Lloyd, Troy Polamalu, Dennis Smith, Junior Seau, Jevon Kearse, John Lynch, Leroy Butler, Tony Boselli, Patrick Kerney, Jessie Tuggle, Morten Andersen, Gary Anderson, Reggie Roby, and Mel Gray.

Hockey: First and foremost any Seattle Kraken cards, including cards of their players playing with previous teams. Also look for Vancouver Canucks, Buffalo Sabres, and Atlanta Thrashers cards. As far as specific players, I look for Shane Doan, Filip Forsberg, Mike Modano, Jaromir Jagr, Steve Yzerman, as well as Sergei Federov for my brother.

Baseball: Primarily players; of which I'll list some below. For sets, '94-'96 Collector's Choice and '95 Topps with all subsets are a few I look for. I also look for anyone who was on the Cubs 2016 World Series winning team. I'm a White Sox and Cubs fan, so I'll look for those teams. As far as players, some of the players I hunt, Frank Thomas, Nolan Ryan, Ken Griffey, Nolan Arenado, Matt Williams, Joe Carter, Edgar Martinez, Bernie Williams, Trevor Hoffman, Mark Grace, Paul Goldschmidt, Jose Abreu, Harold Baines, Tim Raines, Dennis Eckersley, Fernando Valenzuela, Larry Walker, Sammy Sosa, Jon Lester, Willie Stargell, Andrew McCutchen, Adrian Beltre, Jeff Bagwell, Craig Biggio, Evan Longoria, Chipper Jones, Andruw Jones, Luis Gonzalez, Randy Johnson, Tom Glavine, Greg Maddux, John Smoltz, and Paul O'Neill. Also look for Brett Gardner cards for my wife.

Basketball: Primarily I look for cards for players associated with the '90s Bulls dynasty, and players who were Atlanta Hawks from 2009-2011. look for stars from the '80s, '90s, and early '00s, including players like Charles Barkley, Reggie Miller, Karl Malone, Hakeem Olajuwon, Allen Iverson, and Patrick Ewing.

I stay very busy as most of us do. That said, I prefer to pull all cards before accepting a trade to ensure that I have everything.  I don't like to be in a rush to do this and typically have to wait for the weekend to get into my cards.  If you are interested in a trade, but you're on a timeline, please communicate that.

I’m all for exchanging pictures of cards to help clear up any questions you or I may have. Whether it be vintage, anything with a potential condition issue, or just nailing down that we’re talking about the same parallel. I myself am not uber focused on condition. What’s most important for me is getting the right version of the card I’m requesting. As for shipping, I can send cards out about twice a week typically and prefer pwe. Thanks for reading & for everyone who has already traded with me!

Hello fellow traders. Used to have a long message but cut it down to the basics. When trading, I am looking for NM cards unless we talk about it prior. No writing, creases or banged up corners. Vintage is a bit different as I will take VG-EX or better in most cases. I am looking for the specific variation that you have listed so please make sure or LMK that you are not going to look as you don't care for variations (I get it.) and we will not include it in the trade. PWE or package trades welcome. Will trade PWE to Canada. Please make the trade worth the postage.

I am a METS team collector. (#5 on TCDB) Looking hard for any David Wright (#3 on TCDB) cards that I do not have. But I also build some sets and have my PC players.

Rickey Henderson, Ken Griffey Jr., Cal Ripken Jr., Carl Yastrzemski who were the heroes of my youth/young adulthood.

Also, Buster Posey, Clayton Kershaw, Bryce Harper and Mike Trout as a trade filler as these are not as important at the moment.

LOOKING HARD FOR THE FOLLOWING TO COMPLETE THESE BASEBALL SETS.

1991 Topps master set (1091/1160)

2015 Topps Heritage SP

2019 Stadium Club Chrome Insert set (35/90)

2020 Topps Gallery (187/200)

2021 Topps Gypsy Queen (308/386)

I listed my basketball, football and hockey cards. I do not collect so will trade for baseball or sell. If looking to buy, shoot me a message with what you need and what you are willing to pay for it. No offer is unreasonable, but it may not be accepted.

Not a lot of rules, regulations, expectations, or life story for trading. I just ask the following;

  1. Have fun!
  2. I am not buying. Sorry.
  3. Please let me know ahead if cards are damaged.
  4. I use a plain white envelope for up to ~27 cards (if they fit safely) and padded envelope for more.
  5. 1991 Topps Stadium Club variations do not concern me. I am just collecting a base set.
  6. Keep if fair.

I am primarily a set builder. Currently looking to complete:

Yankees team sets (Topps Flagship base cards from 1952-2023)

I'm a set collector, so I accept all kinds of trades. I enjoy trading so send me small or large trade requests.

I also collect several players that I have listed under my favorites. I will also trade non-baseball cards for baseball since I collect primarily baseball.

PWE IS ACCEPTABLE TO ME AND THAT IS HOW I SHIP UNLESS THE TRADE IS LARGER. I WILL SHIP OTHER METHODS IF SPECIFIED.

EVERYTHING!

Collector of 7 years.

Update 11/5/23: Whittling away updating my FS/T list. Will also be looking to make some trades. Send those offers in!

Sets I'm prioritizing right now:

2016 Classics Football

2017 Score Football

A note on condition:

I do my best to make sure that my cards are in the best condition possible in my collection, and the same goes for cards I trade. All cards I send will be sleeved and those I consider of higher value will be toploaded to make sure they enter your collection the same way they left mine. Should I notice a major imperfection, like a dinged corner or whiting on edges, I will notify you beforehand so that the transaction can go smoothly. I will also do my best to give you the best example of a card I have if I have duplicates of it. I pride myself on the condition of and care that I treat my cards with, so I will do my best to make things nice for everyone.

A little bit of everything. Grew up in the junk wax era and collected into the early 2000s. Have randomly picked up clearance packs here and there since then. Cleaned out my parents basement and finally uploaded my entire collection. Recently realized I enjoy the gambling of ripping open packs/boxes and the thrill of the hit.

Current goals are buying 90s hobby boxes that I couldn't afford as a kid and ripping for the nostalgia and the fun of it, then possibly trading to fill in the empty spaces (Not buying factory sets for the most part).

Want to start trading again: Heads up for any potential trade partners. Most of the cards I own from the late 80s and early 90s are from when I was a kid. Most cards were kept in monster boxes all those years but if you are looking for common cards from that era there is a good shot they won't be mint. I was a kid! I have gotten rid of all the creased ones but there may be soft white/corners on some of them. It is what it is. Anything relatively modern was freshly pack pulled so are all in nm or better. Will pull all cards and inspect before sending them.

Collect baseball/basketball/football and concentrating on filling some sets first.

Michael Jordan: My favorite player of all time. While I have some on my FS/FT list its going to take other Jordans or more than their worth to get them in a deal.

Hockey: Picked up a bunch in a collection on FB and don't collect hockey so willing to trade in bulk for things that I really want. Again most are commons so good for set collectors just trying to fill in blanks. Anything of value should be in great condition but will let you know if there is an issue.

What I'm looking for: No creases, no writing, no rips, that's really it. I also have very few late 90s-early 2000s cards for trade so no I don't want to trade them for junk wax era. I will however trade ultra modern for 80s and 90s as these are almost as mass produced at this point.

New personal rule: If I offer a trade and it's ignored/not acknowledged in 4 days I will withdraw the offer. I'd rather you straight up decline me with no message.  It does not need to be accepted or pulled within that time frame, but there needs to be at least an acknowledgment that it has been received and being mulled over. I get in trading moods and want to start firing out trades but cards get tied up in offers just sitting there. No hard feelings.

US/Canada Only right now.

Also have some Stadium Club and Upper Deck.  Also interested in Topps pre 1975 but I have very few of these.  I have Topps extras from 1981-through 1993 that I am willing to trade to fill vacancies that I will be adding to my wants and needs lists as soon as I can.  If interested, please ask.  I also have at least 5 flats of football and will look to sell or trade for more Topps baseball !!! I have very few baseball from 2012-2016, but started again in 2017, but still lots of spots to fill.

**Getting rid of all my commons across all baseball products new and old, I have been offering a lot of people bulk for a few cards, if your interested in a bunch, let me know, willing to sell them bulk for cheap as well, shipping figures in, but hoping to get them out to people that need them**

**Have to update that I am only shipping to US and Canada at this point**

I collect Vintage, Heritage, Archives, and most retro Baseball releases.  I like old cards and new cards with vintage designs.  I also have a growing collection of poorly cut and wildly written on cards, so I always enjoy finding examples of those, may publish a book of them some day, but they are not a premium to me, I like them cheap and crazy!

Worst collecting regret...so far....selling my dads SGC 2.5 Mickey Mantle rookie card(9007788-062), his SGC 4 1952 Jackie(9007788-067) and my 1953-1980 complete sets through Heritage Auction House in 2016, they acted like they cared but in the end their level of interest and service goes hand in hand with the grading number on your card, they flaked and disappeared on me losing thousands of my cards in their vault for over a year, stay away from them unless you have the 9.5 Mantle like they just sold, they care then.

I have most of my vintage cards listed for sale/trade but my extras are mostly well loved to good-vg examples, so if you prefer perfect cards or EX-MT I probably can't help you.

My Trading thoughts...

-In terms of overall trades, my vintage is well loved, but in decent shape, im generally looking to trade it for other vintage on my want list(which is mainly variations, Topps oddballs, or a 1952 Mickey Mantle :0) or interesting Heritage/Archives stuff like relics, SPs, or autos in roughly equal value.

-For vintage commons 1958-1985 I have removed cards with really bad corners, gum damaged, badly mis-cut, bad creases,  and anything falling into the poor category and some bordering on fair.  So cards will be high fair condition , mostly good condition, some VG, and a few EX.

-For vintage commons 1952-1957 I have removed cards with missing corners, badly mis-cut, full on creasing and bent cards, but some are what I would consider fair with creasing and rounded corners, generally the older the cards in my lists the lesser condition they are in.

-For vintage stars and high numbers from all years I have removed gum damaged, badly miscut, and cards in poor condition, but have left ones in my trade list that may have bad corners, some creasing, and would be considered fair condition due to them being harder and more expensive at the higher grades, so ask if that is something that might bother you I can share details on defects or photos.

-In terms of Heritage SPs, now that I am done with them, I am more willing to trade what I have left of them for other Heritage special inserts, chromes, autos and/or relics I need in a similar value range.  I no longer require an SP for an SP, but more so then looking for something common, looking to trade them for Heritage stuff I don't have.  All cards are EX or better, with only pack related issues.  I try and remove all dinged corner cards, but if you get some I missed I'm sorry and will work to correct if they are not.

-In terms of Heritage/Archives commons and most other cards I am willing to trade them for most things on my want list again in roughly equal value across the products.  I am also willing to sell bulk Heritage commons if you need a lot for a set.

-In terms of my 80s OPC stuff, it ranges from Fair to Ex condition, I remove cards with writing and serious damage, there are some 71/72 and 79-84 cards that are in lower conditions and mis-cut, as an American collector in the Midwest OPC is hard to get, I usually buy bulk lots and some cards are in bad shape, I pull the really bad ones out, but as experienced OPC collectors know mis-cuts are a way of life, so please understand this.

-I have a few of the Super 7 action figures from the Big League baseball line as well, I look for roughly $25 in trade value for those or figures from the list I don't have in exchange for any of them.  This is the going rate for these and shipping will cost me extra due to the size.

-I have several vintage non-sports sets I have been building, some since my childhood, I am glad to trade equal value and time period baseball cards for those as well.  These cards tend to be Good to EX.

-I have a lot of extra sets of recent Heritage and Archives as well as extra sets of 1980-1989 Topps, Donruss, and Fleer made up of cards I myself opened in the 80's so if you looking for a set let me know and we can discuss how I can give my old cards a good home.

In the end feel free to offer a trade, I wont be offended but may say no based on the above.

Definitely like the "vibe" of this site

My goal is to collect every Topps base set and Topps update set.  Some will be regular cards and some will be graded.  Joined Feb 2023

Prefer PWE trades

Definitely interested is Topps base set Short print (SP)  variations

I am a set collector which means a lot of the cards on my list are standard cards that are worth $0.18.  Lots of times when I do trades I look at value of the cards and not just number of cards

Long-time collector whose first pack of baseball cards (1976 Topps baseball) ignited a love of cardboard. At times I’ve collected complete sets, as well as players-  but the primary focus of my collection these days is Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves Topps Team Sets.

I enjoy trading with others on this site but ask that the following conditions be met in any deal:

  • Post-1980 cards need to be Near Mint-Mint (NRMT-MT) -with centering no worse than 60/40, original color borders and gloss, and no more than one corner showing a slight touch of wear. I’ve had too many modern cards sent to me with multiple corners damaged. I’m not interested in your junk.
  • Please don’t request Short-printed or SP Variations without offering a comparable card or “package” of cards. Four common base cards for a SP that would cost you anywhere from $4-$16 to buy doesn’t work. Please don’t waste your time.
  • Please make sure you apply proper postage. Sometimes PWEs come 44 cents or whatever postage due, I get it- the USPS is getting pickier when it comes to “rigid” envelopes. But if you’re sending three dozen cards, ship it in a bubble mailer or over multiple PWEs. If you’re sending a stack of 8 cards and it’s over 1/4” thick, make sure you’re not just putting a couple of stamps on it. I’ve had to make too many trips to the Post Office to pay $3 and change postage due. And if you receive a postage due envelope from me, please let me know so I can correct any wrongdoing on my part.

Failure on these three conditions will result in Negative Feedback. I hate coming across as a jerk, but I’m even more tired of giving away good cards for stuff that end up in the garbage and out-of-the-way trips to the Post Office that I shouldn’t have to make. Your understanding is appreciated.

Refocused my collecting. Willing to sell any cards on for sale/trade list or trade for the following:

Baseball:

  • George Brett (Top 2 in TCDB) - my primary collection...if you have something I need I am interested in trading for it. Tons of extra Brett stuff and others for trade for primary.
  • KC Royals

Football:

  • Derrick Thomas (Top 4 in TCDB)
  • KC Chiefs (Topps only)

Added a bunch of base Chiefs and Royals to my wantlist...these are intended to be trade fillers and not a primary focus for me. Priority will always be given to trades including the names listed above. Please do not send me a trade with multiple common Royals/Chiefs cards for stars.

I only use the card values posted on this site (even though they may not reflect current Market Value) It saves time if you and I use the same source , one to which  everyone has access .The only exception is when I'm looking at cards you are offering, I never value it at less than $.05 I figure your effort to store and trade is worth it to me.  Prices vary with Dealers, eBay and even Price guides. I do not send Internationally.  If your Profile does not indicate where you live and its not in the USA I will not complete the deal.  When I'm looking for trades if you Don't display where you live Country) I'll bypass you even if you have what I need, I may also have what you need. I just avoids mailing issues.  If I trade for a particular VAR that's what I expect in return.  I will always double check to make sure I do the same for you.As always a few people spoil it for everyone.

I'm a set builder.  I Prefer to trade but will sell.

NOTE : AllTetley Tea Discs are connected in original condition two player discs and a special offer disc.  I will not separate the cards.  If you are interested you'll need to trade for all three pieces.no value attached to offer card just value of players

Note about my trade offers:  I add one card to your side and send you the list of what I am looking for.  I am not expecting the one card for everything I want.  Please counter back with your priorities.  I have had a few trades rejected because this method of trading was not understood.

NOTE:  1999-Present Kansas City Chiefs are on my wantlist, but they are not a priority, and my collection is not well organized.  I will probably not be trading for these at this time, unless I initiate the trade.

Transactions currently OFF!!

Had a couple of hiccups with outgoing deals recently and feel the need to overhaul and recheck my traders. Feel like it's best to do it now, before I add anymore "fuel to the fire". If you read this after seeing I'm not accepting transactions, and there is something you really want, or are really wanting to move, please message me directly with the details, and we can see what we can work out. Cheers!

On another note, recently moved locations at work, and the commuting schedule now makes it tougher to process trades during the week. Will still try to get them out as quickly as possible and catch up on the weekend as needed. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. Cheers!

  1. I prefer trading inserts/short prints/parallels for inserts/short prints/parallels, vintage for vintage, junk wax for junk wax, and modern base cards for modern base cards. Even if the "value" is even, some cards are scarcer than others.
  2. The trade has to be worth the stamp. For example, trades for a single base card aren't worth the effort.
  3. My cards are from years of collecting - they're not all in mint condition. I will normally give the cards a look-over before proposing and accepting trades. If a card is in particularly fair or poor condition for the era, I will make note of it in the transaction message.

Matt Kenseth (NASCAR) is main priority. Attempting 100% completion of known cards. Primarily collecting racing, basketball, and unusual cards that grab my attention.

Kenseth collection is currently over 2,300 different cards and slowly closing in on 50% completion.

Note: If proposing a transaction, please message me prior to sending proposals if you do not have a US address for shipping.

As my name suggests, I collect stars.  Not just current, but from all generations.  I'm just getting started using TCDB, but I am not a newbie in the hobby.  I've purchased some collections, so I have some cards for all sports that I will be posting for trade, but my primary PC is baseball.

As far as shipping goes, it will depend on what cards are being moved, and whether or not it makes sense to ship it BMWT/PWE/BMWOT.  I have several relics that will have to go BMWT or BMWOT.  I am willing to trade autos and serial numbered cards for base/inserts, everything on my for sale/trade leaving my collection is my goal.  I enjoy trading, so please don't hesitate to send an offer.

I'll consider any offer that comes my way, but please be patient with me as I may counter, as I haven't logged my PC yet.  I'm not opposed to duplicates, but depending on the situation I may want a new card more than one I already have.

Most of my cards are in excellent condition, but some of the basketball and cards from the early 90s and before may have some damage.  I've tried to make notes of any damage I notice, and am trying to mark condition for those cards as well. When I pull my cards to ship I double check for flaws, and will notify you of anything I may find to give you the opportunity to request a substitute.

Robin Yount Super Collector - my collection is currently ranked 5th on the site (and climbing!)

I'm currently building a 1967 Topps baseball "beater" set - creases, ink marks and all!

Also searching for George Brett, Nolan Ryan, Pete Rose, and Alan Trammell items.

Looking to move extra and unwanted cards for my PC needs, I'm not hesitant to make large trades. I'm also not obsessed with trading 'card-for-card' or for exact 'value'. If you see a card you need, make an offer - I'd love to help you finish sets and add to your collection.

Visit my YouTube channel 'The Vintage Composer' for more info on sports card collecting, moments in sports history, trivia, and more!

I’m looking for trades to complete the handful of sets I’m working on and add to other various collections. I’m not really interested in purchasing, unless the deal is too good to pass up. I collect basketball, football, hockey and wrestling cards, but dabble in other areas. I’m always looking to add Sergei Fedorov, Michael Jordan, Brian Urlacher, and Brian Pillman cards, even if they aren’t on my want list.

Chicago Bears RC's / Certified Autos in Bears Uniform Only and Topps Chrome Refractors especially.  Now open to trading for all Chicago Bears cards (player must be in a Bears uniform/practice uniform -- no college uniforms.  I still love cards that are raw and look great, not into paying a ton of money or trading the farm because it is in a PSA/BGS case.  Normally i do not collect graded cards. I am picky on condition, the stuff i trade is not beat up, please don't trade me beat up cards, also I would prefer to do larger trades and accumulate alot of Bears cards.  Please do not offer extremely low end cards for high end cards.  I like to do like for like trading, if you want to offer a bunch of commons, i will trade a bunch of commons. To give perspective 50's = psa 5 condition, 60's = psa 6, 70's  = psa 7,  80's psa 8, and 90's to current 8.5 - 9 or better. I have a ton of 90's basketball base / inserts / parallels that i am looking to trade for Bears commons/semi stars/ parallels and inserts .  Not all of my stuff is listed, if you're looking for a card(s) reach out and ask.

Loving the trading, went a little crazy here lately!!!!  Not going to trade star cards for a bunch of commons.  Let me rephrase that, i will trade star cards and hard to get inserts for a BUNCH of commons semi stars!!!

I am not interested in money changing hands, the only money spent should be on shipping.  I AM NOT BUYING OR SELLING CARDS!!!

I want trading cards to boil down to it's original purpose........ TRADING!!!!  This site have given us an opportunity to keep it old school....... Lets do that, will trade cards for all your BEARS cards!!!!!

What I collect:

  1. Football
  2. Vikings
  3. Topps/Score sets
  4. Pro Bowlers/All Pro
  5. 1970 to current

*** I will trade for any Vikings cards I don't have.  So if you are looking for a trade & I don't have a Vikings card on my wantlist note that in the trade offer & I will add it.

Collected as a kid starting in 1979 and stopped in 1989.  2021 pulled my cards out of storage and started collecting again.  As a kid I collected all sports, whatever cards I could find.

Sadly modern day cards are influenced by fantasy football and not the play on the field.  Why would you make a card of a WR with 3 catches but not an offensive lineman or defensive players that are Pro Bowlers and possibly on their way to the Hall?!?  I'll take the Junk Wax era over today and the 42 brands all printing 20 versions of all the same QBs, RBs, & WRs!

*** I'm still in the EARLY stages of updating my For Sale / Want Lists... if we don't match now, check back in a few days, we may then!!***

Hello!

Like many (most) of you I was heavy into collecting when I was younger; sadly those cards are all gone now so I am starting collecting anew. It is amazing to me how much the hobby has changed since those glory days back in the late 80s early 90s! Let me begin by saying I am the Ditka Collector! As the name implies Mike Ditka is my main PC. If there is a Ditka card out there, and I don't have it, and I can afford it; I WANT IT!

I also PC:

  • Michael Jordan
  • Tennis - Especially Hall of Famers
  • Robbie Gould
  • Ronald Reagan
  • Any and all Chicago Bears
  • Any and all Chicago Bulls
  • Nolan Ryan
  • I love "odd ball" cards and non-sports cards
  • Cards with Egyptian Theme
  • Cards with M&Ms Theme
  • Pittsburgh Penguins

Sets I'm currently working on:

  • Baseball: 1993 Flair
  • Basketball: 2009-10 Upper Deck Now Appearing
  • Football: 2013 Panini Prestige (So close to finished!)

I have a pretty eclectic mix of cards I collect...

I am also a huge fan of TTMing. Sending cards through the mail to athletes/celebrities and asking them for autographs, it's a relatively inexpensive way to grow a nice collection of autographs and it's highly addicting!

Just because it's not listed above doesn't mean I wouldn't be interested in it,. This also goes for Trade Matching, if you don't have anything on my "Want List" but something that fits the list above... Please feel free to make ANY offer you feel is fair. Worst thing that happens is I say no.

I look forward to meeting and interacting with many of you in the days/weeks/years to come!

***** A QUICK NOTE ABOUT VARIATIONS... I REACHED A POINT WHERE GETTING THE CARD ON THE DATABASE WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME THAN LOOKING AT EACH CARD THAT CLOSELY. iF VARIATION MATTERS TO YOU, PLEASE ASK AND I WILL GLADLY CHECK FOR YOU! ******

Hello,  If you've stumbled on to my profile somehow, thanks for lookin' around!  I became a member of TCDb in 2022, although I have been a collector for over forty years.  I'm looking mostly to trade, but am not opposed to purchasing cards or selling cards as needed.  I'm not looking to get rich on this, just looking to tie off loose ends in my collection as well as help other fellow collectors out as I can.  Currently I have around 100 sets from 1982-2023 that I've got started that I'm going to try to finish.

I did make the decision that I'm not going to start any sets from 2024 forward, unless they're started for me (via a gift or something like that).  My focus is going to be completing the sets I have started.

My collection is eclectic...  I'm mostly a set builder and autograph hound, though there are some players that I will attempt to collect as well.  I have been TTMing autographs through the mail since the 1990's, and for about the last 13 years I've been creating my own customs to send out for signatures.

My current sets I'm prioritizing on finishing are:

  • 2000 Upper Deck Ultimate Victory Baseball:  Need 1 - #116 Dave Espinosa
  • 1992 Classic Pro Line Portraits Rookie Gold:  Need 1
  • 2013 Topps Baseball Update Walmart Blue Parallel:  Need 2

I also have an unopened box of 1992 Fleer Ultra Series II Baseball that I'd be willing to trade.  Looking for a box of one of the following in return:

  • 1988 Score Baseball
  • 1990 Topps Baseball
  • 1993 Topps Series II Baseball
  • 1991 Donruss Series II Baseball

Teams:  Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Chicago Blackhawks, & any alternative football leagues (XFL / USFL / AFL / WLAF / IFL)

Players:

(Baseball) Scott Spiezio, Kelly Dransfeldt, Billy Petrick, Zach Petrick, Matt Walker, Andy Peters, Jacob Goebbert, Will Clark, Ryne Sandberg, Cal Ripken, Jr.

(Football):  Desmond Clark, Jeff Query, Mike Alstott, Brett Favre.

My want lists are kept up to date as much as possible on my website for now, although I will also use TCDb for my set lists as much as I can.  I'm hoping to transfer over to TCDb in time.  As of July 2023, the majority of my needs are transferred over, some just aren't want listed.  As I finish sets, I'll put others on my want list.

I hope to make some good friendships in the hobby & work towards getting my cards for sale/trade up on here as I can.

Any questions / comments, feel free to reach out!

As of 5/3/2024:

#1 Scott Spiezio Collector on TCDb

#1 Kelly Dransfeldt Collector on TCDb

#1 Billy Petrick Collector on TCDb

#1 Zach Petrick Collector on TCDb

I'm a set builder. Topps Regular and updated sets from 70s to present.  I do not sell or flip, I just like building sets and trading.

I like to be quick and responsive in trading.  My promise to you, is that if we propose a trade, I will respond very quickly, and if we both agree, your cards will be mailed out within 24 hours.  As soon as cards are received I'll mark as received / completed, and then give you a positive review.  I would hope for similar from my trading partners.  My word is my bond.

Currently working on:

2007-2008-2009 Topps updated

Astros Cards Topps '62-'67

will ultimately work on Updated sets from 02-05

Complete sets of 83, 85, 86 and 87 available to trade for full sets I need

Complete sets needed: 2015, 2018 (Topps base)

My goal in collecting is to obtain cards to build sets for the enjoyment of collecting and learning about the the game and who played in the past and the present. I do not sell cards and plan to pass my collection in to my boys. I also don't have condition in condition of cards

I work in Minor League Baseball for over 20 years with the Somerset Patriots, the new Double-A affiliate | New York Yankees (But I'm an Astros fan).

My main PC is Hakeem Olajuwon,  Andre Johnson, Nolan Ryan, Clint Dempsey, and Emmitt Smith.  I also collect cameo cards of those players.  I am currently working on compiling a list on all of their cameo cards.  Please check out my list and let me know if you see any cards missing. TIA.

NOTICE: I've decided to make a slight change my trading approach.   I really don't have any interest in doing these large "player collection" trades anymore.  I'm a set collector and all my traders are stored by set (in nearly 100 3,200 count boxes).  It sometimes takes me hours to pull cards where someone is only looking for certain players.  Going forward, I will be rejecting these types of large trades.  I'm looking to help people complete their sets and vice versa.  A good rule of thumb when sending a trade proposal... think how many boxes will I have to pull from?  Sorry, but I hope you understand.  Craig

I’ve been collecting cards for over 47 years and have over 521,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Update on Donruss/Leaf * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  However, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will continue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 6,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards, I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

5 cards incoming is a minimum for trades, please! (Unless it's a higher-value card)

I am prioritizing my collecting on Nebraska Cornhuskers currently, so any trades for those former players are preferred.

I care about VARs/variations/parallels. If it's documented that way on TCDb, that's the one I'm looking for! Please take a little time to confirm your cards being offered are correctly documented. Easy traps that everyone falls into are 1990s ProCards/CMC cardbacks and football hobby base versus retail base.

Check out the results of the Ukraine trip here!

Declining trade offers with no message is of little use to the person initiating the trade, show some effort to those putting together trade offers and take a few seconds to note why the trade doesn't work in its current state. A few moments to communicate can lead to a deal getting done!

On the flip side, please stop sending me 1-4 card trades showing that you didn't read/ignored my top message in bold, respect for time goes both ways!

I have slowed down a bit on trading because my real job has me swamped and my ebay store is taking up a lot of my extra time. I am willing to trade but it may take me a day or two to get things pulled together.

I love trading. With that said, I don't like trading on uneven terms. If you want an autographed rookie patch of your favorite player from my collection, it's going to take more than 50 1987 Topps common cards. Like a lot more. As a matter of fact, even if you added every common card on my wantlist to the transaction for one rookie patch auto, I would hesitate. I value common cards as set builders, not collection pieces so if you look at the trade you've proposed from my angle and you wouldn't agree to it, then don't propose it.

I like to trade like for like, although I have no problem crossing sports or years (within reason --- a common from 1949 Bowman does not equal a common from 1992 Donruss). So if you want a Brett Favre rookie card from 1990, I would not have much trouble trading that for a 2017 Topps Alex Bregman.

My order of appreciation is as follows:

1) My favorite players - Alex Bregman, Robin Roberts (pitcher), Tyrann Mathieu and Joe Burrow. Any one of these is almost an automatic lock in any trade.

2) Baseball - This is my sport. This is my passion. Baseball cards will always be given top priority for trades. I am collecting sets from my birth year to present and I'm placing a priority on 1975 right now. Anything you have on my wantlist is of course desired but it sweetens the pot considerably if it is from the late 70s.

3) Football - I still like collecting/buying football cards but I have no real desire to collect sets any more. I will trade for the cards in sets that I've almost completed or cards of my favorite players listed above but other than that, I don't really care all that much. I sometimes watch college football but usually only if LSU Tigers are playing and on Sunday, I just find other things to do. The NFL has gotten old and boring for me.

4) Basketball - I don't care about the NBA at all. If the Houston Rockets make it to the playoffs, I'll root for them. But otherwise, basketball is not even on the radar. College basketball is more fun but I never watch it either. That said, basketball trades, at least those in which I'm the recipient of the basketball cards, hold the least amount of value for me. I think I'm only attempting to collect one set of basketball and I'm not even really sure why. So don't think that by adding a 1989 Hoops Michael Jordan to the pot, it's going to sweeten the deal. It will not.

5) Misc. - I'm not sure what this is but I'm putting it here just in case I find something interesting. Like maybe a Pele card or something. Hell I don't know. It's called covering all the bases.

I hope everyone is doing great!

Cheers!

White Sox. More specifically, Paul Konerko, Frank Thomas, and Mark Buehrle, but all White Sox in general.

I tried really hard to make sure that my Junk Wax Era Donruss variations are correct. I REALLY tried... I hate them. With an extreme prejudice. Like, lighter to the box hate... That being said, I will execute due diligence when one is requested in a trade. Sometimes, I may have to counter without that variation, or ask if it matters. My brain itches when I look at them. Just know that I will double check and that, sometimes, I don't have them correct. Thanks!

Also, I am only Trading, not Buying or Selling. Things get messy with money. And, I don't want "Homework." Meaning, if you want to trade, send a trade. Please don't send me messages asking me to send you a trade. I am more than happy to counter if I think it isn't fair, etc. Thanks!

Please be patient with me, as I usually don't get to look at a trade proposal for a couple of days, at least. I'm not ignoring, I just don't live on my computer. I am always interested in trading, but I work overnights and have three kids. That obviously comes first. Also, I only will be making Post Office trips on Mondays and Fridays. I always use PWE as a default, unless otherwise requested. Thank you for understanding.

12/4/2023 - Updated my PC lists, so there will be a mass of Jackie Robinson, Roberto Clemente & Corbin Burnes cards available for sale/trade here soon.  As I mention below, my want list is quite narrow, so I am more than willing to sell cards if we don't match up for a trade.

Came across tcdb.com towards the end of 2019, and I have now completed over 1,500 transactions, with over 23,000 cards changing hands!  Love everything about this site.  I have met so many cool people from all over the Country, and even a few from Canada and beyond. (Just completed a trade to Finland, as a matter of fact).

Stole this from another member, but......my goal is to have zero cards in my For Sale/Trade List.  So keep the proposals comin'!

(I know my Want List is relatively small, so I am certainly willing to Sell cards if we don't have enough matches to work out a trade)

My PC list is as follows (with TCDB rankings as of 2/9/2024):

NBA: Giannis (4), Dirk Nowitzki (4), and Tim Duncan (2).

NFL: Sterling Sharpe (3), and Don Majkowski (2)

MLB: Robin Yount (7), Tony Gwynn (6), Hal Morris (3), Mark Grace (7), Pat Listach (1) and Mark Langston (1)

Golf: Rickie Fowler (2)  & Joel Dahmen (2)

WWE: Lita (3)

UFC: Conor McGregor (4)

Non-Sport: Eddie Vedder, Judah Friedlander, Big Jay Oakerson, The Brothers Osborne (TJ & John), Rob Riggle, Bert Kreischer, Tom Segura, Charlie Berens, Post Malone and Brody Stevens

Although I currently live in Florida, I was born in Milwaukee.....hence my obsession with Wisconsin sports teams.  Ha.

Please check out my For Sale/Trade list, and feel free to message me or send me trade proposals any time.....let's see what we can get done!  (I don't necessarily trade based on "book value", but rather the value to me, so please feel free to counter if I propose a trade that you feel is unfair.  I also have no rules about "insert for insert" or any of that nonsense, so don't be shy to shoot me a proposal)

Hello, welcome to my profile.

I saw this on another members page and had to use it since lately I've been getting lots of cards where the condition was never mentioned. If I send you something you don't find adequate please let me know!!

* Please do not send me creased or written on cards, rounded corners or any other major marks. I just need to know before I receive it and had no idea. I might take checklists if marked neatly.

               * If there are any condition issues on my end I will let you know before accepting trade

               * If you are concerned with the dot and no dot VAR let me know so I can double check

               * Please DONOT declare an outrageous amount on customs, if its under $50.00 they usually let it slide. Had one recently, cards worth $5.00, sender declared $90.00, I had to pay almost $22 in fees...should have refused the shipment, not a happy camper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Just like a lot of members I work very long hours during the week, if you send me a trade please be patient and I will     get to it ASAP!!

WHAT I COLLECT!!!!

--- Toronto Blue Jays TOPPS, Fire Safety and oddball team sets

--- ALL TSN CONLON cards!!!!!

Have quite a few basketball, some hockey and some racing that I'm dissipating. Still working the sell/trade list and want list.

Have a lots of duplicates ranging from 1983ish-23, so just let me know if something interests you.

Would like to keep the transactions to trades. Always willing to sell. :). PWE is fine and I will usually provide tracking for bigger or more expensive packages..

If you're not interested in a proposed trade, please decline. I will usually give 3-4 days. And if you need some time, just let me know. Not in a big hurry on anything.

Please be aware that adding non-machinable to an envelope does wonders for the condition it arrives in. (Just a tip)

Only U.S. trades please. Sorry! Too many PO issues.

And please be patient, I will always leave feedback.

Please check the packaging before sending cards. I've had several cards arrive with marks on them from working their way out of card savers and top loaders. Thanks.

Thanks for your consideration.

Lover of all things baseball and avid card collect and trader.

First and foremost a baseball vintage set collector (1980 and earlier) with my daughter, but we also enjoying opening packs together so secondarily a current baseball set collector as well.

Happy to trade baseball for baseball, and trying to trade all non-baseball cards to make room for more baseball.

For the most part, when trading baseball for baseball, we would like to trade like for like: vintage for vintage, current for current, SPs for SPs, etc.

Dot-vars: We are listing variations accurately for trade, but not collecting different variations.  Adding all variations to our want-list to "cast a wide net" but only collecting one variation of each card.

Since I've been asked where our username came from... my daughter picked it for our geocaching name years ago and wanted to carry it over here.  Pretty simple.

Happy to post pictures of cards for trade for any trading partners that need.

***Constantly updating our want/trade lists so please check back for trades.

I collect error Cards, variations, and all Garrett Whitley or Ian Anderson cards.

If you find something on my for sale/trade list but don't have anything I'm looking for, I am more than happy to sell at very reasonable prices.

For the vintage cards on my wantlist, I am looking for VG+ condition. No creases. 1-2 rough corners is OK, but I don't want 4 rounded ones. Centering isn't too important, as long as I can't see the next card on the front or the back. I want clean, unmarked checklists.  Not all of the vintage on my trade list matches these criteria, and that is why many of them are on my trade list as I have upgraded the cards over the years.  I will let you know condition before agreeing to a trade.

The CJ McCollum and Josh Allen cards on my wantlist are lower priority.  They are there mostly as filler or if you find other hoop/football cards on my trade list that you are interested in.  I'm unlikely to trade higher value baseball for anything other than baseball.  Find a bunch of common baseball and the only matches are McCollum and Allen, we can probably work something out.

I also have a LARGE quantity of 1991 Topps separated out by glow back, non-glow, bold logo, etc.  I don't have them listed on the site as there is no way to distinguish between the glow and non-glow backs.  If you collect these and are looking to trade, please look me up and we will certainly figure something out!

My MAIN PC wants are players from the 2018 Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Winners!!!

I'm a born and raised Philadelphia fan, but my main PC is Latrell Sprewell. Followed by Allen Iverson and Otis Thorpe, as well as the 76ers team that made a championship run in 2000 (Eric Snow, Aaron Mckie, George Lynch, Theo Ratliff although he was traded, Geiger, etc). I also love my Philadelphia Eagles and Barry Sanders. A lot of my Sprewell chase is down to hard to find low numbered stuff at this point for the most part, so always willing to negotiate those (if they are still out there to be had). I'm a bartender by trade, and my other hobbies are poker and reptiles.

For possible Eagles trades, I am not interested in college uniforms or uniforms of other teams (even if it has the Eagles logo on the card) - must be Eagles uniforms only. Also (and I know we're all here to enjoy the lost art of trading) I really love the Eagles and Eagles cards, but I don't want to do 1:1 trades of for example an Iverson or Pippen parallel card for a vintage Eagles offensive lineman or cornerback. Make it make sense.

Thanks!!!

Send offers! For every 20-30 offers I send out, I get about one coming my way.

If I have cards on your wantlist and you don't have anything on mine, I will sell. It'd be nice to occasionally replenish all the funds I'm spending on stamps!

I guess it's time that I put a real profile description on here, as I've been around for a couple of years and am starting to ramp up my trading.

I am a baseball only collector. I owned a card store for about 9 years in the heyday of the junk era boom (1989-1998). When I closed it, I put the cards in storage for about 8 years, not touching them until roughly 2006.

I decided in 2020 to narrow my collecting focus to only two areas:

1980's oddball sets if they were produced by one of the big five (Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Score and Upper Deck) Here's all I need from that era:

Some 1988, 1989 and 1990 Topps Stickers (1981 through 1987 complete)

Some 1983 Fleer Star Stickers (all other years complete)

A full set of 1980 Topps White Back Supers (all other years complete)

A full set of 1980 and 1981 Fleer Laughlin Team Logo stickers

1984 Fleer Update Gooden and Clemens to finish the complete run of 1984-1991 Fleer Update sets

A complete set of 1981 Topps Scratch-offs

Complete sets of 1983-1989 OPeeChee Stickers (have 1982)

All of the Topps Team Checklists from 1980-1982 (not the pack pulled ones, the ones that were printed on thinner cardboard sheets)

1970-1976 Kellogg's sets (I have completed 1977 through 1983. I might give up on this quest as these don't meet my criteria of being made by one of the big five, and finding older ones uncracked is hard and expensive.

A fair number of 1982 Fleer stamps (1983 is done)

Most of the 1989 and 1990 KMart blister pack Topps Batting Leaders

Some of the 1991 Score Rookie/Traded Magic Motion Trivia cards (1988-1991 regular sets complete)

That's it for 1980's oddball needs

Will detail my other focus (1990's complete insert sets) when I have more time.

I have tens of thousands of star cards from football, basketball and baseball not listed in my FS/FT yet, but will be working on that as time allows. If you see that I have cards on my wantlist that you have, but don't see anything on your wantlist that I have, send me a message and I bet I can round up some trade bait while I'm working on inputting them.

Mainly Barry Sanders cards I don't have…However, I’m also interested in RCs of minor/major stars and HOFers from various years. (Mostly football, but some other sports as well)
I'll also collect "randomness" that might spark my interest at the time....

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO PROPOSE A TRADE......I know there's not too much on my want list, but I will usually find something off a FS/T list, so I'm pretty certain we can work out a deal.

As far as condition goes: My modern cards are in NM/MT or better, (pack pulled condition), and if there is an issue with the card, it will be specified....NO SURPRISES. Obviously, the older the card, the condition will vary and be specified as well.

This has been an adventuresome +/- 8 months rekindling my love of trading cards.  Thanks to all who have traded and helped me complete several sets, both new and old.

Variations (dots, asterisks & whatnot) – I try my best to keep my FS/FT accurate.  When trading for my set builds, I generally do not care which variation I have.

I will trade across eras, sports, etc.

I prefer larger trades via box/BMWT, both for the overall economy of scale, as well as a growing dissatisfaction with the postal service and their inconsistent handling of PWEs.

Very little in my collection is untouchable for the right trade.  Please, when making an offer, put a few words down to indicate your overall intent, prioritize your requested cards, really anything to add the human element back into trading.

At this time, I'm only accepting offers for trade or to sell, not to buy.  PWE only to Canada/overseas unless otherwise agreed to.  Thanks.

PC targets:

Dan Marino – anything I don’t already own
Former Miami Dolphins (70’s- mid 80’s, plus Zach Thomas, Brian Cox, Jason Taylor)
Former Baseball Favorites (Dale Murphy, George Brett, Nolan Ryan, Jose Canseco)
Current Astros (primarily Yordan, Tucker, Altuve, Bregman, Pena)
Oklahoma Sooners (while in school uniform, any sport)

Set priorities

1 card remaining:

1991 Topps Desert Storm Series 1 (#19b variation)

All baseball cards to build sets.  I'm not into buying multiple players as investors and discourage trades with people who want multiple cards of superstars or rookies. I will gladly trade one of each but not multiples of the same card,  If you request multiples and I overlook the multiple quantity when I Accept your Offer, I will only send one card but will notify you via message of that fact.

I have complete sets starting with the '51 Topps Red Backs, '52s except the last series, then '53 through current "base sets" except for a few dozen total.  I'm trying to fill in those few by trading, so if you have something I don't, please suggest a trade.

Again, If you're an investor looking for superstars and rookies, please look elsewhere for trades as I prefer to save those cards to serious collectors who need those cards to complete their sets.

I have football, basketball, hockey, soccer and other cards to trade and am working on getting them all loaded into this database.  Feel free to message me with your wants even if you don't see them listed.

I also have some complete sets (hand-collated) available for sale:  Please make offer on each.

I have a unique work schedule that keeps me away from the card room at times but I try to communicate regularly in regards to where I stand during transactions. Willing to do any size trade across sports/eras.

*Of note, some of the 70s & 80s baseball and football cards on my tradelist have conditions indicated and some do not.  It's a work in progress for me to have all of these updated.  If you have any questions about any, I'd be happy to answer them.  Most of my vintage traders have condition issues to some degree (some are fillers only!). If you're looking for nm or ex-mt, I'm probably not your guy. If you need/want fillers or lower grade, they can be had for minimal/no trade depending on the situation. Thanks!

*** I just added many 1991 Topps Desert Shield to my FS/T and want list.  This is a new set build and I prefer to trade dupes for needs in the same set.  If you offer regular base cards of almost anything else then I am likely to decline.  Thank you for your interest! ***

Hello!  I bought my first packs in 1973 and found a card of my favorite player Mickey Lolich.  I was hooked and started building sets each summer.  Took a few years off now and then but always found my way back.

PC baseball set builds I'm enjoying right now:

  • 1991 Topps Desert Shield  368/792   46%
  • 1959 Topps  555/572   97%
  • 1960 Topps  531/572   92%
  • 1962 Topps  452/598   75%
  • 1965 Topps   348/598   58%
  • 1970 Kellogg's  70/75   93%
  • 1971 Kellogg's  54/75   72%
  • 1972 Kellogg's ATG  12/15   80%
  • 1973 Topps Team Checklists  21/24   87%
  • 1972/73 Topps Hockey   174/176    98%
  • Plus many more sets on my want list...

I love trading so please don't hesitate to initiate a transaction.  Not much of a seller, really prefer to trade.

Trading Guidelines:  1)  Looking for EX or better in 1966 and earlier, need NRMT or better in anything newer as these are likely upgrades.  2)  I'm open to trades of all size, from 1 card to 1,000+.  3)  The number of HOF/Superstars and key rookies should be fair, not looking to trade my HOFs for commons.  4)  I try to accurately identify variations but check with me if you seek a specific version of a card.  5)  Condition of cards:  1979 & newer are mostly NRMT, 1978 and earlier include childhood cards and vary in condition.  I am in the process of entering grades for all cards in these years.  Feel free to ask about specific cards.  I always pull cards before accepting a trade and will inform you of any condition exceptions.

🇨🇦 I Welcome trades from my friends in Canada 🇨🇦

P.S., I still have the original Lolich card from the summer of '73 and that dupe is not for trade.

I'm really wanting to finish the 2023 Topps Stars of MLB.  4 to go!!!

Formerly a builder of baseball sets across various brands, I now exclusively collect Topps. I especially enjoy various Topps inserts and restoring my collection of Hall of Famers' cards. Regrettably, in my early trading days, I swapped many of these Hall of Famers for the latest superstars. Now, I'm focused on trading to reclaim them.

I've encountered issues on TCDB in the past while rearranging my collection, resulting in some of my wants inadvertently being added to my collection or added to my trade list, and duplicates being listed as wants. I've also managed to lose around 4,000 cards that I'll need to locate and re-enter. It's been quite a mess, one that I'm still working to sort out.

My cards from 1985 onwards are typically in near mint condition. Cards from 1981 to 1985 are generally in excellent to near mint condition, while those before 1980 vary but are mostly good or better. I'll confirm the condition before accepting any trade offers.

I prefer sending PWE trades of 18 cards or less. I don't mind trading across decades. I don’t mind sending many cards and receiving few cards as long as the value is not lopsided. I will need to double check VAR.

Trades only (I'm not interested in buying or selling).

Wrestling Mainly WWF / WWE

I will always trade my sport cards for wrestling over most all else.

Starting to collect some other non-sport cards as well.

Send me an offer, can't hurt.

If I have cards you need to finish up a set, send me message, we will work something out. I may be open to doubles or trading singles, depending on how much of the set I have done or how much I want to complete a certain set.

I also have lots of memorabilia and auto cards, mainly wrestling, that I am open to trading, that are only listed in my collection and not for sale/trade section.

I also realize that I may have many Sports cards on my for sale/trade list that may be needed and cant be  traded for, so I am going to be offering cards for sale as of March 13, 2023.I have my PayPal link below and prefer payments sent Friends and Family.

I am currently scaling down my entire collection to only focus on what I truly love. Hockey, Penguins, Yankees, Titans, Gators, Nomar Garciaparra, Bryce Harper, and Marc-Andre Fleury.  All others are up for trade or sale.  I am currently in the process of adding everything to my "For Trade" collection, so feel free to check in periodically for updates.  Off topic, I also collect vinyl records and comics, so we may be able to work out something there as well.

I do tend to travel at times for work, so I may not be able to respond immediately as the type of work that I do requires dedication, but I typically can respond within a week or less, and usually within 24 hrs, just please be understanding.

Now the #1 collector of Ryan Klesko cards on TCDB!  With more to come!

PC:

High priority: Ryan Klesko, Dale Murphy, Dave Winfield, Dominique Wilkins, Kenyon Yovan, Michael Conforto, Adley Rutschman, Nick Madrigal, Trevor Larnach, Steven Kwan, Cadyn Grenier, Drew Rasmussen, Gary Payton II, Jacob Melton, Travis Bazzana, Trent Caraway, Gavin Turley, Garret Forrester, Will Frisch, Cooper Hjerpe, Justin Boyd, Mitch Canham, Kevin Abel, Nahshon or Rezjohn Wright, Terry Baker, Christian Chamberlain, Gary Payton, Ethan Thompson, Darwin Barney, Damien Martinez, Jam Griffin, Jake Luton, Jermar Jefferson, Hamilcar Rashed Jr, Luke Musgrave, Anthony Gould, Kitan Oladapo, A.C Green "In the Name" letter cards, Jade Carey.

Lower priority: Junior Seau, some Bo Jackson, Eric Lindros, Jordan Poyer, Mike Hass, TJ Houshmandzadeh, Jacoby Ellsbury, Steven Jackson, Nick Barnett, Matt Moore, Ochocinco/Chad Johnson, Sean Mannion, Johnny Hekker, Sam Gaviglio, Matt Boyd, any Oregon State alum/player in any sport (male or female).

PLEASE SEND TRADE OFFERS.  It's my favorite part of the hobby.  Always willing to negotiate a good deal for both sides.  One card, or 10+ cards.  I'm fine with any size.  USA & Canada only, unless the card is significant enough to me to ship overseas.

I do NOT collect/keep any other cards of any other players/teams.  If the card isn't a unique card to me of one of my guys above, it's not something I will keep.  I don't want duplicates either.  I'll trade it or sell it if it's something I think I can move; otherwise, no thanks.  But I DO want any card of any of my PC guys if I don't already have it.  My trade/sell and want/wish lists are updated, so if it's not on those lists, it's highly unlikely that I'm interested in it, or I already own it.

Fan of: all OSU sports, Braves, Red Sox, Blazers, Chargers, Flyers, Timbers, Tottenham FC.

Goal for VINTAGE ONLY CARDS (condition NOT very important...just no rips/tears, no writing on the front...some creases ok...not really concerned with how the back looks): Hank Aaron (preferably in a Milwaukie uniform, but not required), Mickey Mantle pre-1969 (earlier the better), Babe Ruth any vintage year, Joe DiMaggio any year, Lou Gehrig any year, Ted Williams pre-1955, Jackie Robinson any year, Shoeless Joe any year, Jimmie Foxx any year, Satchel Paige any year, and Stan Musial pre-1960.  For basketball, would like a Alcindor while in Milwaukie, early Doctor J, Oscar, early Magic/Bird, Bill Russell, Wilt, David Thompson, Cousy, Mikan, Moses & maybe a couple others.  Prefer to stay as cheap as possible, but for the right card might go a little higher...obviously Mantle/Ruth/Joe D/Wilt and those types would be more.  Again, condition I know won't be great at these prices.  I now have a Hank, Mantle, Jackie, Clemente, Yogi, Bob Gibson, Ernie Banks, Sandy Koufax, Mays, Jerry West, Maravich and Gervin at these levels, and a couple of Ted Williams, that I'm very happy with.  But the more the merrier if the price is right!

  • I will typically send cards via PWE unless the quantity is above 20 and then I will send BMWT.  If you wish a smaller trade to be sent BMWT, please let me know & adjust the trade accordingly.

Keep It Short & Sweet update of my profile.

  • I do both PWE and bulk trades.
  • Collection falls 1990’s therefore I am looking for Near Mint or Mint cards. No chipped photo edges, no creases, watermarks, yellowed cards, dinged corners. This is what I will send you and it is what I expect in return. If you have questions, please advise prior to accepting a transaction.
  • I pull cards before making a proposal unless stated otherwise on very rare occasions.
  • When I offer to purchase cards on the TCDb, I traditionally pay on receipt of the cards.
  • I would like a response to my offers within seven days.

Am sure I forgot some other things to add, but this is a start.

Interested in all cards, but especially 80's and 70's Basketball, also all years of WNBA.

Prefer to only ship to the US and Ontario.  Trade only, no buy or sell at this time.

Usually use TCDb values purely because it's quicker.

Interested in deals worth more than the postage.

May 2024 - A&G entry is in progress!  Don't hog all the short prints :)

Now I'll just be entering older stuff, but probably won't do overproduction and will only do vintage for specific trades.  Entering condition etc. is a lot.

Now up to 250 trades!  Sorry I'm slow entering feedback.  I let them stack up to about 10 ...or 20... and knock them out at once.  I promise I will leave feedback eventually.  I include my nickname on all trades.  Nicknames are much more distinctive than six digit numbers to find trades in the list.

I am still in the process of entering my tradeables on the database.  Have entered 1994 thru 2021 baseball* and 2009 thru 2020 football so far*.  I've got somewhere near 20 total monster boxes of available cards to enter, so bear with me for a while.  I can usually dig other stuff out and enter it on the fly.

I am not concerned with matching value or volume on trades.  I will do my best to send more than I receive whenever possible.  I would prefer to get something more than base if I'm sending inserts, s/n or GU etc. unless it's only a few among a big batch.  Would prefer to at least partially fill an envelope with a half dozen or so instead of one or two unless there's nothing else needed between us.

If I list a variation, I want that specific variation.  I strive to list my tradeable ones accurately as well.

* The bulk of my football stops at 2018, with a few other sets in '19 & '20.  I'm now working backward to earlier years.
Except for A&G, baseball stops at 2021 as well.  I have nothing newer than that for trade.

Collecting Baseball, Football, and Hockey sets, (those want lists are all entered)

50+BB, 5+FB & 1 hockey player collections, (these are not all entered yet)

Washington football team previously marketed on Native American imagery cards, (doubt I'll try to enter a lot of these, but I trade for a ton!)

Golf, Star Trek, Star Wars, Space & Moon Landing cards, etc.

I have NOT entered the bulk of my collection.  On last count I was pushing 250,000 total cards.  Most of what is in here is either the first few sets I entered in one shot, or cards I've traded for.  I have no plans to enter the rest of the sets I have.  Will probably enter my player collections just to see where I rank...

I collect mostly 1980s and 1990s baseball cards, with a few sets in the 1970s mixed in. While I list a few favorite players on my profile, I collect quite a few players and am also trying to complete several sets. Even if it's not on my wantlist, if I don't have it, you're welcome to offer it in a trade, or ask if I'm interested. Admittedly not very interested in cards after roughly 2004, so if they're in my collection, unless they're a favorite player of mine, I'd probably be willing to trade it too, even if it's not in the for sale/trade list.

Also note that I have the following baseball sets for sale or trade. (I'd prefer to sell or trade an entire set rather than break it up.)

  • 1986 Donruss Rookies
  • 1989 Donruss Rookies (still sealed)
  • 1995 Upper Deck Series 1
  • 1997 Stadium Club
  • 1997 Upper Deck Statistical Leaders (still sealed in box)
  • 1998 Bowman Series 1
  • 1999 Upper Deck MVP

11/16/22   -  I have turned off trading while I decide what parts of my collection that I keep and what I'll liquidate. If you see something that you need, send me a message.

Team Collectors - I have 1000's of pocket schedules from MLB, NBA, and some NFL, NHL, MiLB & College that I no longer collect. Let me know if you are interested in them to either trade for or buy.

I started collecting autographs and Mets stuff in the early 70s.  After a few years away from the hobby I'm getting back into it, and getting my existing sets back up to speed.

METS COLLECTION

-I have a near complete run of signed Mets Topps cards (Topps main set) from 1962 to 2006. I have 1,335 of the possible 1,379 cards signed from those years

- I'm also working on getting an autograph of every Mets player. I have 987 of the 1,111 players in Mets history

- Individual signed balls from Mets players on the 1962, 1969, 1973, 1986, 2015 teams

- I'm currently 2nd on the David Wright collection list with over 1,000 cards.

- I also collect Mets Yearbooks Programs, Tickets, Pins, Bobble Heads and just about anything Mets

HALL OF FAME COLLECTION

- I collect individual signed balls, Gold HOF Plaques, B&W HOF Plaques, Dexter Press Color HOF Plaques, Perez Steele Postcards, TCMA Baseball Immortls, Donruss HOF Heroes, cards, 8x10s and index cards

- I'm trying to get 1 card of every HOFer but I can only use 1 card from any set. For example once I used a 52 Topps Monte Irvin, that set became off limits to me for any other player.

CURRENT SETS (Signed and unsigned)

- I try to get the all the cards signed in the sets that I collect.

- 1985 Topps set COMPLETELY SIGNED

- 2001-2010 Topps Hertitage

- 2004 Bowman Heritage & Topps Cracker Jack

I'm slowly adding sets, traders and wants to the site. If you need something from my trader list but don't have anything on my wantlist, please reach out to me.

I'd rather trade, but I'm willing to listen to buy and sell offers as well.

I get dozens of trade matches a week, where collectors have common cards from the junk wax era on their wantlist but have nothing for me. If that's you, I'm willing to sell these cards for the cost of postage and a few bucks for my time.

I'm happy to make a 1 for 1 PWE trade for any of the SPs that need.

Thanks for reading

Bob

Trading on pause while on vacation

Still working on completing Topps Baseball sets 1960,1969, and 1970.   I have complete sets from 1971 to 1981 But I need to upgrade some as I sort through them.Trying to complete Reds team sets from any year, have most of the 70s covered and am working backwards.  Have a good start on the 60s.  Partial Reds sets from 1980-2020 are sitting in boxes waiting to be sorted.  I have alot of reds duplicates including specials/inserts for former reds stars (Bench, Morgan, etc,)

Also working on modern base sets and some inserts as they catch my interest.

Still working on updating my collection in the database.

I have been collecting cards for as long as I can remember. I am mainly a set builder but have just started doing a few PC’s. I am trying to complete my closest sets but will trade for any set needs. I prefer larger trades but will do small trades also. I am currently not trading overseas due to some issues that have been arising. I have hundreds of thousands of cards I haven’t added yet. Working currently on adding all of my Football cards. Baseball cards will follow. That will be a chore that is for sure. If you’re looking for something not listed just ask, I may have it and if I don’t then nothing was hurt by asking. Cards in my collection are not untouchable unless they are part of a set. I collect mainly Football and Baseball currently but have all sports.

My Pc’s for now are:

Hockey

Bob Probert

Tie Domi

Joey Kocur

Patrick Roy

Eric Lindros

Basketball

Charles Barkley

Anfernee Hardaway

Tim Duncan

Football

I am mainly a set builder.  My major goal is completing my "legacy" Topps baseball set (complete sets of every base set since the year I was born).  I am working on 71-73, and 2014.  I have the others.  70's era condition is not critical, I'll take fillers until my set is complete, so long as the value is in line with the condition.. If it's on my 1971, 72 or 73 wantlist, I'll take those cards you're embarrased to trade!  Anything from the 80's forward, I am generally looking for EX or better.

HEALTH UPDATE - thanks to everyone who reached out.  I am back to work, and feeling good.  I have significantly less colon than when this began, but ,by the grace of God, it appears that I have now fought off cancer a second time.

I pc Alan Trammell cards, my favorite player from childhood, and seeing as how I also just recently battled colon cancer, I am collecting Trey Mancini cards too. Football is Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson and Chris Spielman.  Please feel free to add in any cards of these players in trades!

I would like to trade my extra baseball 70's for 70's football or O-Pee-Chee.  Also trade my extra 80's baseball and football for 80's hockey and O-Pee-Chee and LEaf baseball.  I don't have these on my wantlists, because there would be so many...  If you are interested, however, message me, and I will initiate an offer.

I have several "extra" complete sets, that I would be willing to trade for a set of equal value that I do not currently have.  Check out my completed sets list on my website, if you think you're interested.

Only looking for Baseball in trades. Also will eventually be looking to complete my dad's Baltimore Orioles collection. Have only entered about 1% of that collection so far. As a child going to card shows with my dad are my best memories with him.

Haven't collected since mid-90s but want to go back and complete my sets from 1970s-90s. Please be patient with me and if you think my trade offer is unreasonable, please let me know. I'm not trying to pull anything shady. I just am not really in-tune with today's market values yet. I want to work with you and my biggest goal is to maintain a perfect rating with my trades.

Can't wait to connect with other collectors out there

Growing up in Detroit, Al Kaline & Gordie Howe were my boyhood sports heroes.   Always collecting and trading for pre 80's Detroit sports cards. Currently collecting 1975 Topps baseball mini set. Many '75 mini I have now are considered fillers due to condition and need of upgrade.  I'm limited in vintage cards to trade but have plenty of desirable cards in great condition.

Aside from minor league baseball, don't look for junk wax era baseball commons and VARs listed here for trade.  Parallels, inserts, SNs, RCs, HOFers, food issues, oddballs, etc... can be found instead. The vast majority of the cards offered are in great condition/ pack fresh.  I try my best to point out any minor flaws such as a dinged corner (no matter how slight).  Unless it's a vintage card, any noticeably flawed cards with soft corners or creases will not be offered here. Cards are from a smoke and pet free environment.

**Grumpy rant- I am on this trading site to interact with others and share the joy this hobby gives me.  If you send an offer with no message don't be surprised if it's declined. Of course, this depends on the offer (or my mood) so don't get butthurt if you get declined in this fashion.  If you can take the time to pull, package, mail, and check off status bars, you certainly have time to write a short note...just saying.

When making offers on a card that is the only 1-2 being offered on the site, be aware if the cards you are offering are cards I can trade for at anytime your offer will likely be declined. Most of these cards hold a premium value as well.  I would expect a rare offering/value in exchange.  Offers not on my want list will also be entertained thus, that little bit more of an effort may benefit the both of us.

Having been a former MLB groundskeeper, I'm offering IP autographs that I have acquired for trades only.  They are listed as to what particular card is signed.  I'm more than happy to email photos upon request.

Sorry, no international trades (including Canada) for me.  Probably going to lose out on some great hockey cards but based on past shipping experiences, it's just my preference.

1960 Topps (VG/EX or better on commons)

Hank Aaron, Robin Yount

Milwaukee Braves, Milwaukee Brewers

Topps base cards of MVPs, ROY, and Cy Young winners in the year the player won the award.

My vintage cards will be used as trade material to complete my 1960 Topps set and I will not trade these cards for new stuff.  My definition of a vintage card is any card issued prior to 1980.

Cards on my For Sale/Trade List from 1981 to present are generally in NM condition or better unless noted otherwise. Cards issued before 1981 are in EX-MT condition or better unless noted otherwise. If the card is a lesser grade I will try to note the reason(s) why (I'm working on this). I am not a professional grader but I try my best to adhere to the grading standards published by Beckett.

I accept PWE trades and generally will send out the same way. I may offer the use of a bubble mailer with tracking but only if the value of the cards in my estimation warrants further delivery assurance.

Hi!  My name is Joe Schuld.  I'm 62 YO and I live in NJ.  I am married and have 6 children ranging from 29 YO to 18.  I work as a limo driver so my working hours are not the regular 9-5.  I am also an avid bowler ( bowling in leagues and coaching high school ) as well as trying to do some family geneolgy.  I say this because these are reasons why I am pulled away from tcdb.  I am a lifelong collector who only found tcbd during the pandemic/lockdown.  For years I used ebay but got turned off to them and their handling of Paypal.  I find myself buying less and less these days because of the constant rising prices of new material.

I am more of a set collector than anything although my favorite baseball player is Don Mattingly and my favorite football player is Phil Simms.  I'm a lifelong NY Giants fan and a fan of the Boston Red Sox but I don't necessarily collect any of these per se.  If you have something that catches my interest, we can talk.

I have 10's of thousands of cards available for trade but I am pathetically slow in getting everything loaded here on tcdb.  My want list of sets ( which covers baseball, football, basketball and some non-sports ) is several pages long which is why I haven't loaded it here yet.  Still working on that.

I am more than willing to trade in your favor and will gladly send any items first.  If I learned anything during the lockdown, I realized that my kids don't care one bit about my collection.  So I am very happy to trade away to complete the unfinished sets I have piled up over the years.

Thanks!

Joe

  • If you would like to know the condition of any card in a trade or sale, please message me and I will send you a picture and/or do my best to describe it. We likely have different standards for "card condition", as I have never had a card graded or intend to do so. For any cards with which I've noticed defects (e.g., rough corners), I've tried to mark them with "Fair" or "Poor" ratings. I am still working on updating this for all cards.
  • I love trading, and I do my best to respond to every offer as quickly as possible; some weeks are busier than others.
  • I usually will withdraw trade proposals after a week or so, so I can free up those cards for other trades.
  • I'm slowly working on ensuring the small card variations (i.e., asterisks, periods, etc.) are correct, but please feel free to check with me during a trade.
  • I will gladly trade base cards for inserts/autos/etc. If you can offer a lot of base cards for a higher-valued card to get from me, I'm all for it.
  • I am more than happy to sell cards listed in my For Trade / For Sale list, too.

I  mostly collect football cards from the 90s, along with a couple autograph sets I love.  I try my best to properly grade any of my cards for trade and throw out anything I find with creases anywhere.  I prefer to trade 1 for 1, equal values.  Please don't offer me 100 1990 topps commons for a 5 dollar card , I'll reject it.

Collecting:

2004 Topps Fan Favorites Autos

1999 Upper Deck Century Legends Autos

2000,2002,2004 Greats of the Game Autos

1997 Leaf Repro Autos

1997 Leaf Old School Draft Autos

Pretty much any insert set from 1990-1997

Topps sets from 1997 and before

Primarily collecting all rookie year base and insert basketball cards, though there are some parallels (particularly refractors) that I collect instead of base versions. I try to keep this wantlist updated, but currently expanding to include relic and autograph cards and I will often fall behind in entering items I purchase or when new sets are released.

I have smaller and less specific collections related to any Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Storm, Seattle Mariners, and a few specific players. I don't track these collections as closely so I have cards I haven't entered on here and my wantlist is nowhere near complete.

I'm always open to trades, where PWEs of 10-20 cards are preferred, but I'm not interested in buying on TCDB unless it's a good deal (either low price, hard-to-find cards, bulk, etc.), otherwise I strongly prefer to buy cards elsewhere. In trades, I'm generally just looking for fair value and don't mind trading one for many, vintage for modern, rare for commons, etc. and vice versa, as long as the net result ends up being a better value over just buying the cards on my wantlist. This makes international trades unlikely, but I'm not opposed to them.

I'm on TCDB daily, but don't always have time to read messages or evaluate offers. I'll reject an offer immediately if we seem really far apart in what we think is fair, otherwise my goal is to respond within a couple days. I don't mind if it takes others longer, I'll usually wait a week or two of no response before pulling an offer I've made. I am motivated to shrink my FS/FT list and/or refresh it so always willing to try to make a trade work even if there are no initial matches.

I bought a pack of 1985 Topps back when I was a kid and I've been hooked ever since. I completed my first set the following year of 86' Topps. My goal was to get every card ever made. It only took a few years to make that goal pretty unobtainable, but it wasn't for lack of trying. My first set that was older than me that I finished was THE 1971 Topps. Worked on it for years. If the internet and eBay wasn't invented, I'd probably still be working on it.

I am currently working on every major Topps set from 52-69. When completing my 64 set I came across some beautiful high numbers which made me upgrade the rest of the set. Now I am upgrading my entire 60's collection to at least Ex-Mt. The majority of my 70's set are Nm if not Mt. Haven't gotten that picky with the 50's yet, just want to finish them. While my passion is vintage cards, I have spent entirely too much money on current stuff. I have limited my collection to baseball so stay tuned to me listing all of the other sports on my trade list. (Still having a hard time letting go of my childhood cards)

I'm also a huge Cincinnati Reds fan. Like the Bengals also but like I said limiting to baseball. Bo Jackson is my only exception. Lol

Always looking for Bryce Harper cards I don't have. If you have some, send me a message or offer.

I am NOT selling or trading any cards in my collection.

I send a lot of proposals out and usually don't ever get many. Always feel free to counter.

Pretty much always willing to trade. Usually prefer PWE trades but will always consider bigger. The most cards I've sent in a trade so far has been around 50. Would like to break that record!

Always let me know if you are missing a card or receive a wrong/damaged card because I would get replacements for you. I will always make things right.

I should have all VAR cards listed correctly. Let me know if you receive a wrong one.

I will also be interested in memorabilia, autograph, or serial numbered Phillies cards. Haven't added them to my wantlist yet and don't plan to but might at some point.

I am slowly tracking my WHOLE Phillies collection which will be a long process as I am still trying to figure out how to organize them.

I have lots of numbered/auto cards on my trade list, which I can get rid of pretty easily. Just recently, I made sure my fs/t list was organized and up to date. Haven't added many cards to it recently but hope to sometime.

Haven't bought anything on this site yet and don't really plan to, but I might change my mind.

Would be willing to sell. If we can't work out a trade we can work out a sale. Send me an offer on what you want, I will give you a fair price on them.

New New update: I only trade to US addresses. Please understand and thank you for doing so. International trade is too expensive for me. US address ONLY!

With school now in full swing and basketball season coming up (I coach as well as teach) i appreciate all patience on trades. I will look at them i promise; however, when you spend an obscene amount of time out of the house for your job, you put family above hobbies. Like I said though, they are looked at, carefully considered, and replied to in one way, shape or form. It just takes a little time. Thank you for your understanding! Family first always!

New Update: The shift of my collection of basketball is complete. I am only keeping Detroit Pistons and Grant Hill. Check out my eBay as well for stuff that may not appear on here. Hit me up with a message if you are interested. I am only collecting Detroit stuff for Football and Hockey as well. Baseball wants will get updated as I go along as well.

Old post:

Finally after a trip to Michigan and nine (9) months of redoing, updating, and revamping my collection, everything is in order!

Available for sale! Football is getting uploaded periodically as well. If you have a player from the 90s you are looking for in football I can make a special search as well. I have no desire to keep football so they are all up for grabs. I will update my "Wants" list in the future; however, PayPal is always accepted - we can negotiate pricing and postage depending on how much and how many cards.

I prefer baseball, but depending on what the cards are I do enjoy basketball. I will update the "Wants" as time goes on with basketball and baseball alike.

TOP TEAMS:

Detroit Tigers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Montreal Expos, Detroit Pistons, Detroit Lions, Detroit Red Wings, Oakland Athletics.

PC: Lou Whitaker, Gavin Lux & A.J. Puk, Grant Hill

Again, please focus on "Collection Updated" only because the other collection is garbage. I just cant delete it.

My collecting started in the 1950's and has grown through many ups and downs.  I became discouraged in 1980 when all the card manufacturing companies started creating numerous sets and subsets with so many variations.  The New York Yankees have been my collecting interest.  As a young boy, it was my goal to collect every card issued for a Yankee player.  Much like my stamp collection that I inherited from my grandfather, I knew that some items would be out of my price range yet never was there a time when the volume of the collection became a question.

When I attempted to pick up my sports card collection in the 1990's, I was struck by the people who were speculators in the sports card buying side of the collecting.  Those who stop in a card shop, purchased a hobby box manufacturer's brand, opened the packages, removed only the cards listing in the Beckett monthly pricing magazine as value cards, and left the remaining cards on the counter.

Recently, returning to all the sports cards I have accumulated over the years, I discovered a yearning to reduce my collecting to an enjoyable level and try to do something with all the other cards.  Searching the internet lead me to Trading Card Database.  I signed into the program and was very pleasantly surprised by the database.  I am a new user of the database and still learning.

My collecting interests are as follows:
Baseball: New York Yankees - Topps base set {all years}
Football: Jacksonville Jaguars - Cards of all manufacturing brands {1995 thru present}

I will consider trades for cards of either team.

Thank you for viewing my profile and hope we can create a trade!!!

I will try to respond to any offer within a few days.  I only trade on this site.  Not looking to buy.

If there are any trades that involve the cards from Donruss sets of late 80s and early 90s, I have only listed them to trade.  They do not represent which version I truly have as I do not have the time or the eyesight to verify each and every card.  Please let me look into cards that are asked for to verify the version being asked about.  As for recieving these cards, I am ok with whichever variation of the card you have to offer.

I deal with some health issues and I'm not always the best at responding to messages and getting slower pulling cards for trades. If you reach out and don't hear from me it's nothing personal. I'll be taking some time off from trading to put my trades and purchases into their final resting place. If you think we have a large trade that you don't mind waiting a day or two longer than usual send me a note what you are thinking about and i'll try to get back to you.

I'm shutting down trading to pursue another Hobby.  I'm going to buy an RV and travel and work remotely.  I have a quest to visit all 425 National Parks.  I will resume trading when I get back off the road years from now.

I super collect Ray Lewis. I'll never gets them all but I will get as many as I can

I also collect Roger Staubach, Drew Pearson, Kellen Winslow Sr. and Patrick Queen to a lesser extent

I'm also trying to collect as many Die-cut and Acetate sets as I can

No trade to small.  PWEs are fine just make sure the cards are protected.

When I propose a trade I haven't pulled the cards yet.  Too many times I have pulled a bunch of cards and gotten no reponse to an offer.  If you accepted the trade I will pull them and let you know if I am missing anything or if they are on the way.

Condition is not that important to me, as long as the card doesn't look bad I'm OK.  That being said if condition is important to you let me know so I can make sure they are OK.

Sets Completed:

Baseball:

1980 Topps, 1980 Topps Burger King, 1991 Topps, 1992 Topps, 1993 Topps, 1993 Leaf

I'm primarily on this site to collect Kansas City Royals, I also want to help others complete sets and make some friends through the hobby.  Ideally, my trade would be quantity coming to you, and some small quality coming back to me.  I am very willing to send 15-25 commons for 1 or 2 vintage cards, parallel, numbered card, cheap auto, etc.  I know a lot of you all are here for the same reason so it differs when it comes to the Royals, gimmie quantity for quality.  I'd also rather send enough cards back and forth that are worth more than the $1 it costs to send unless its something special or worth a couple bucks, thanks for understanding.

CURRENT PRIORITIES: (Actively collecting)

Kansas City Royals (nearly all)

Garbage Pail Kids (nearly all, GPK/MLB S1 and S2, and Battle of the Bands are my faves)

Vintage Wacky Packages

1981-82 Topps Basketball (64.6% complete as of December 2023)

1959 Topps Baseball (Just at 44.6% as of March 2024)

1995-98 Metal Basketball (I'm a Metal junkie)

2008 Topps Heritage Chrome /1959 Inserts

SHIPPING: (Pretty similar to most I believe)

<25cards with nothing of significant value will be sent in PWE no tracking

>25 most likely sent in bubble mailer with tracking

If there is a card with significant value I'll send with tracking in bubble mailer as well

I love the hobby and enjoy helping ALL collectors!  Send any fair trade and I will nearly always accept.

Thanks for letting me be a part of your experience.

FYI, my mail days are usually Wednesday or Thursday, possibly on a Saturday

The basketball and oddball stuff is in as well. Some hockey is in, but after talking to my wife, she wants to start collecting VGK. 😅

TL;DR:

  • I will always default to PWE trades (up to ~30 cards or 3.5 oz), unless we discuss other shipping options first.
  • I prefer trading over buying/selling.
  • Feel free to trade anything for anything else, such as cross-sport, vintage for modern, baseball for Star Wars, etc. If you want it and you have something I want, propose it.
  • Sometimes it takes me a few days to get trades approved and out the door, but I do try to be prompt.
  • I am open to all sizes of trades.
  • This is a hobby - HAVE FUN :)

I'm always down for PWE trades. If there's not a lot that I match with, send it anyways and I'll take a look at your For Trade list to see if we can come to a deal. Same with my proposals, please feel free to counter with something that works for you. Or sometimes there's not a good trade at the time, no big deal.

I've recently picked up sports card collecting as a hobby to help deal with my stress and mental health. I've collected as a child and had some of my best memories around baseball and cards. Thus, my approach is laid-back and easy. If you have an issue with any part of a trade, please drop me a note and allow me to work it out with you. Maybe I forgot a card, or sent you the wrong thing, or I missed a corner or something - just let me know and we'll fix it. Again, NO. BIG. DEAL.

I do work so I don't always have time to pull cards and take them to the Post Office right away. I do take them into the Post Office since we have drop box thieves running around in my area, so I can only go during business hours. But I don't like people waiting on me so I'll get the cards out within a few business days.

The fun part:

All-time favorite and main target is Cal Ripken Jr - my childhood hero that I modelled my entire work ethic after. I have ~350 different variations (no duplicates) of his cards in my personal collection.

I'm also really big on Shohei, I'm a huge Manchester United fan, and I live in Fort Worth so I support all the DFW teams (TX Rangers, Dallas Cowboys/Stars/Mavs/etc).

Here's a list of players I look out for:

  • Cal Ripken Jr
  • Shohei Ohtani
  • Ed Belfour
  • Paul Scholes

GO RANGERS!!

Today is very special for me, the city of Arlington, the entire DFW Metroplex, and all Rangers fans. I grew up in a trailer park JUST south of the of the Ballpark in Arlington (the pretty stadium, not the current one). My home was nestled up against a creek, and we had a well-beaten path through the creek directly into the South parking lots. EVERY big play, EVERY home run we would hear the crowds roar, we would hear the fireworks, we would hear the announcers. And of course we would hear it all on the radio (no TV for home games back then). The radio had a small delay, so the crowd would tip us off to a home run before the radio would call it. As kids, we would mow lawns, do physical labor around the neighborhood to earn a few dollars to go to the games. If we had no money, we would go up there during the 7th inning and walk in for free for the last few innings. I can still hear the home run music, still hear the roar of a Nolan Ryan strike out. Still remember the smell of the ballpark. The grind of making that extra money for dollar hotdog night. Still remember sitting in the stands, scoring the game in the program (or bringing my own paper to score with). Last night brought that all back to me, allowing me to relive it all again today. Thank you Texas Rangers for allowing me to experience that kind of child-like joy and for bringing back those good memories again.

ARMY DOMINATES MY TIME.  IF YOU NEED A QUICK TURNAROUND, DO NOT PROPOSE/ACCEPT TRADES WITH ME. A WEEK AT THE LEAST.

PCs: Cleveland Browns, Mets, Topps Football, Gooden, Strawberry, Carter, Piazza, Dykstra. Only in Mets unis for the single players.

Any PCs that aren't in my "collection" are wants. There are just too many to simply add all missing cards to wantlist.

Would like to focus on Topps football; 74 currently.  Condition not necessarily a priority on older cards, just no holes, missing paper, wicked creases, rounded corners...

VARs are important to me concerning Mets and Browns cards. They are not for Topps sets.

Working on validating all VARs on my FST List; I may not have the correct VAR that matches your want list. I edit FST sets as trades arise. Any VAR trades will be verified prior to accepting.

Sets verified so far:

Football: 83 Topps Stickers, 84 Topps, 86 Topps, 87 Topps, 89 Topps, 91 Ultra, 91 UD

Baseball: 83 Fleer Stickers, 89 Donruss, 90 Donruss; INC or INC. Verified. (You're on your own with border VARs), 90 Fleer, 91 Donruss, 92 Donruss, 92 Leaf

Please understand, my FST cards are "trading cards". They are stored in monster boxes, moved back and forth plenty, to fill trade requests. they older they get, the more "character" they show. I will let you know if a card has major flaws. I am in no way shaming collectors who prefer minty cards, but I will never consider any of my cards mint. If mint or as close to mint as possible are the level of card you are searching for, please pass me by. I do not want to waste either of our time and put you in a position where you aren't satisfied.

I am a "maximize postage" guy.  Please keep requests to a 9-card minimum. Exceptions may be made for special cards. Thank you for understanding.

I collect Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Hockey cards.  I have some other sports as well, but don't keep up as much on those sports.

For anyone looking to trade with me, I typically follow the following guidelines:

  • I don't trade parallels, rarer inserts or cards, short prints, or autos for base (no matter how many base cards you put into your offer).  If I listed a regular base card one my wantlist, then lets trade base for base.
  • I also don't trade vintage or modern for junk wax no matter how many junk wax cards you include.  I like to trade similar eras.
  • I also don't pay attention to copyright variations and don't have much interest in pulling cards to look for you unless you make it worth my time to do so! ha!

My favorite PCs that i collect across all of the sports are:

  • Mike Schmidt
  • Steve Carlton
  • Bryce Harper
  • Trea Turner
  • Chase Utley
  • Dan Marino
  • Michael Vick
  • Eric Lindros
  • Ron Hextall
  • Rod Brind'Amour
  • Claude Giroux
  • John LeClair
  • Mark Recchi
  • Michael Jordan
  • Zion Williamson
  • Grant Hill
  • Dell Curry
  • Steph Curry

COLLECTING

  • Sets: 1954-2024 Topps Baseball base sets, including updates. Here is my TOPPS SETS STATUS list.
  • Teams: Baltimore Orioles, Washington Capitals, Baltimore Ravens, and a few Baltimore Colts.
  • Players: Cal Ripken Jr., Jim Palmer, Alexander Ovechkin, Dale Hunter, Chris Simon, and Olaf Kolzig.

TRADING

Overview

  • Trades only. I don't buy or sell cards on the TCDB.
  • U.S. TRADES ONLY. Shipping outside of the U.S. is expensive.
  • I have 50,900+ different cards listed for trade (I don't list multiples). Fair, base-for-base, trades are welcome, especially in bulk. As a set collector, there are a lot of base cards on my want list. Having a large number of base cards on my want list makes it difficult to line up one-for-one trades for requested inserts, stickers, or non-base cards, especially in bulk. If you're asking for inserts or non-base cards, please offer cards that are similar.
  • Let's communicate to make sure both parties have all cards available and in acceptable condition BEFORE either of us commits to hitting the "Accept" button. It's a mess trying to fix errors for damaged or missing cards after accepting.
  • I'd like to stay within the same decade for vintage trades: 50s for 50s, 60s for 60s, and 70s for 70s. For 80s and later cards, it's not as important. Also, I'm OK with trading across sports or for non-sport if you are.
  • I love to trade, but if I have more than 10 transactions going at once, I will momentarily turn off my incoming trade proposals to let the queue clear before turning it back on. I thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • If you are a team or player collector and we have a large trade going, please take into consideration that it will take me a longer amount of time to pull your cards spread out over many different boxes and locations, especially if variations are involved, as opposed to pulling cards all from the same set located in one box.

Condition and Variations

  • For trades involving pre-1980s cards, expect to exchange images of cards to verify condition. Everyone's standard varies on what is acceptable condition. Exchanging photos solves this so both of us can determine if the condition of the cards being exchanged is preferred by both parties.
  • For 50s-70s vintage cards coming my way, I'd prefer cards without tears, heavy scuffs, surface damage, writing, heavy creases breaking the surface, severely rounded corners, holes, wax stains, or part(s) of the card missing. Somewhat centered is preferred. Everything later than 1980 I'd expect to be near-mint or mint condition. Again, I'm open to exchanging images of cards to verify condition, especially for vintage cards.
  • If offering cards with dark borders such as 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2007 Topps cards, please ensure that they do not have surface damage from bricking (snow) or edge chipping. Thank you.
  • I make every effort to enter the correct variations. If you are a variation collector, please ask and I will verify that the variations are correct. For me, the only sets that I'm concerned about receiving the correct variations for are the 1981 Fleer, 1991 Topps, and 2012 Topps sets that I'm trying to complete master sets of.

Trade Sizes and Shipping

  • The bigger, the better! I'm trying to complete sets while helping you to complete yours, so large fair trades are welcome! My biggest single trade so far has been 3,509 cards: 2024 TCDB Site Award: Largest Trade. We can top that, right?
  • I use the Trade Matching feature often to propose large trades. If you're on the top of my match list, don't be surprised if you get a large trade offer from me. I'm trying knock out sets while helping you with yours.
  • For Plain White Envelope (PWE), I prefer to trade 15 or more cards to make it worth the postage unless the cards involved are of higher value or vintage cards.
  • 15 to 24 Cards: PWE, unless you prefer otherwise.
  • 25 to 48 Cards: Two PWEs (because getting TWO envelopes full of cards in the mailbox is better than getting only one!).
  • 49+ Cards: Team bags in a plastic bubble mailer, or a 200ct to 500ct card box. All larger trades will have a USPS tracking number sent to you in a transaction message.
  • I try to mail out as soon as possible. When work is crushing my soul, I will let you know my mailing is delayed. Apologies in advance.

Thank you for reading my profile and stopping by!

Football only except Andre Dawson. JJ Watt. Hall of Fame Members with a preference to defensive players and linemen. 1st Topps cards of HOF Members.

On football cards to trade/sell the grade if not noted is: 1980 to present - NM or better, 1979 - VG+ or better, 1970 to 1978 - wide range, Pre 1970 - I try to indicate grade on each card.

I have quite a bit of baseball prior to 1993 but do not follow or collect anymore except Dawson. All my non-Dawson cards are for trade but have few entered into the database (and really would rather not enter them). Let me know if you would want to trade and I can check out your want list.

My focus is on baseball set building. Players I am always interested in are; Carlton Fisk, Frank Thomas, Thurman Munson and Yadier Molina. I'm currently looking to complete 1980-83, 90s and 2000-2008 Topps Baseball.

Couple of comments on trades; I'll trade most anywhere but for overseas trades let's make sure it's worth the postage. This is not my day job so sometimes I can get backlogged so please be patient and I'll get cards out asap. Most trades I'll go with the tcdb price unless it's a premium card or one without a price indicated in which case I usually will start with SportsCardsPro.com to check pricing.

Modern Sets I'm currently working on:

  • 2022 Topps Gypsy Queen
  • 2022 Topps Gypsy Queen Green
  • 2022 Topps Heritage
  • 2022 Stadium Club
  • 2022 Bowman Platinum
  • 2023 Topps Heritage

2000s Sets

  • 2007 Topps
  • 2008 Topps

1990s Sets

  • 1996 Topps
  • 1998 Topps
  • 1999 Topps

1980s Sets

  • 1981 Topps
  • 1982 Topps
  • 1987 Donruss

Currently 1970s sets I'm working on:

  • 1978 Topps Baseball
  • 1979 Topps Baseball

I'm liquidating most football and all basketball sets, I prefer to sell those but I'm open to trades.

Thanks to everyone on TCDB for helping complete the following sets.

  • 1988 Score
  • 1989 Score
  • 1990 Topps
  • 1992 Fleer Ultra
  • 1992 Pinnacle
  • 2021 Topps Update
  • 2022 Topps Base Set
  • 2022 Topps Update
  • 2022 Topps Holiday
  • 2022 Topps Gallery

Most trades will be PWE unless you are getting a large batch then we'll see what we can work out.

December 2023 Update

Still trading with my main focus being the collection reorg. I'll be adding cards from my collection to FST as I go so watch for new items. 50% of sales go to Lahaina Restoration Foundation.

Favorites:

Baseball: Boston Red Sox, Dennis Eckersley, Carl Yastrzemski, Harmon Killebrew, Eddie Murray

Football: Brett Favre, Walter Payton, Danny White

Basketball: Boston Celtics & Larry Bird

Hockey: Boston Bruins

Other: AFL/VFL (Aussie Rules Football), NRL (National Rugby League (AU)), Texas Longhorns, Georgia Bulldogs

I enjoy buying large lots of random cards from estates, auctions, yard sales and digging through them to find my favorite players or just anything I don't already have. I'm open to trading/selling. Cards are in various conditions as some are from packs I bought vs. large boxes of randomness bought from various places across the country.

TRADING: Will process trade requests in the order they are received. FST cards are ExMt or better with a few vintage exceptions. Trades of all shapes and sizes are welcome. I'm not particular about condition except I have a 'no writing' rule. Seeing writing on a card reminds me of the horrors I inflicted upon my cards as a kid...lol.

VARIATIONS: I checked my sets when I initially entered them in 2021, but some of this years additions to 'variation hell' have not been double checked (EX. 1991 Fleer Baseball). If the VAR is important, please let me know and I will check my cards.

BUYING: Not currently buying.

SELLING: Currently selling from FST list. Working on moving some to collection items to FST.

DO NOT USE FEDEX to ship here. The local hub is notorious for losing, misdelivering, and flat out lying about packages.

NOTE: I will reply as soon as I can. Full-time job doesn't allow much spare time during the week (what's up with that?!?) Most trade processing will happen Fri-Mon as of August 2023

Any and all car racing related cards (no motorcycles, boats, or monster trucks).  Always willing to trade for cards not in my collection, even if they are not on my want list.

Primarily here for trading, not buying/selling.  Probably will not sell unless you have some offer that I can't refuse (and really unlikely to sell anything out of my personal collection).

Generally not willing to trade cards from my personal collection with the exception of some parallel, autographs, and relics, as long as they meet the following criteria-

1.) Are not part of a complete (or near complete) set

2.) Are not a Kulwicki

3.) I have another card in that same parallel/autograph/relic set.  If I don't have another card from that same set, I may still be willing to trade, but the trade would have to include a card from that specific set.

Started collecting cards seriously when I got a paper route as a kid. '81 Donruss, Topps, Fleer, with all the errors to go along with Topps football.

Walked away for a few years and got back in during the junk wax ramp up.  After drowning in cards I walked away again until early 2021. Those cards in the closet aren't doing anyone any good, might as well do something with them!

Trying to build sets for:

1976 to 1980 Topps Football

2021-22 Score Football

1980 Topps Baseball

1982 Donruss Baseball

Also looking for any Rancho Cucamonga Quakes cards post 2010, when they became the class A team for the Dodgers.

If you have concerns about the condition of a card, let me know and I can send you a pic.

If you are looking for specific variations of the Donruss cards (INC vs INC.), please let me know. I've been able to get all the variations recorded correctly, so if you want that gotta have card, let me know! P.S. I hate Donruss

Getting back into the hobby after ~30 years, which means the bulk of my current collection is junk era wax that includes a good number of HOF players as well as commons. I'd love to trade those to people that are looking to complete sets or collect their favorite team and/or player.

My personal collection is focused on Andre Dawson, Kirby Puckett, Dylan Cease, and any other White Sox (current or retired) players.

I have also started a new project to collect the 1975 Topps Chicago White Sox cards and added a few players with smaller card runs to my PC: Julio Cruz, Ron Karkovice, and Rudy Law.

Prefer to do smaller trades via PWE but am open to bigger trades too. Not looking to buy cards right now until I reduce volume on cards outside of my PC.

TCDB Rankings as of April 11, 2023:

  • Andre Dawson - #9
  • Dylan Cease - #3
  • Julio Cruz - #1
  • Kirby Puckett - #527
  • Ron Karkovice - #1
  • Rudy Law - #1
  • Chicago White Sox - #799

*** Update - April 11, 2023 ***

I have now initiated the quest to begin set building and my focus will initially be on completing the Topps Flagship sets from the 1980's that I began collecting as a kid.

When proposing or reviewing trades, I am mostly looking for base for base trades. Trade offers skewed towards requesting parallels, inserts, SPs, etc. for a larger quantity of base will most often be countered or declined. I am open to cross-decade trades too, meaning I will send newer base for junk era base or vice versa depending on what we each need. Open to trades of all sizes that meet these criteria.

For vintage cards (pre-1980 for my purposes), I only trade vintage for vintage.

Thank you for reading and look forward to trading!

***I will check condition of my older cards before I agree to a trade. It is likely that cards from '85-'99 will have soft corners or show a little wear. If there is more severe damage (creases, marks, etc) I will let you know and pull the card from my fs/t list (added the cards as quickly as possible and didn't pay attention to the condition of every individual card). Thank you for your understanding with this, and I look forward to more trades. If you have any questions about condition before proposing a trade, feel free to message me.

- I might also be willing to sell cards if trades can't be worked out or there are no matches between our lists. Feel free to offer. Just know I'd rather trade if possible and I may value certain cards differently than you. Thanks again

My football cards are or should be 100% correct, I would like to move as many as I can out of the 90,000 I have for trade. Also, my girls are collecting Pokémon cards and have asked if I can trade for cards they dont have, any help would be great. They do have a ton of duplicates that are not listed on the site because they like to trade with friends at school. All their trade cards are in great shape, not game played.

My Collections--

TCDb Trading--

  • For trades, when selecting cards from my want list, I prefer base set cards over parallels or inserts in order to complete team sets.
  • Open to any trade offer, just looking for equal value on both sides and cards from my Want list.
  • I'm most likely going to use a PWE (Plain White Envelope) to send trades unless the trade is for >28 cards or higher in value or you let me know otherwise before the trade is agreed.  Thanks!
  • I'll trade my few football and basketball cards for cheap if you want em!
  • I have a complete set of 1981 Donruss Baseball I got as a door prize that I wont take the time to completely add to my FS/T list.  If you want it, let me know and we'll work out a good trade for you.
  • FYI-- When adding new cards to my FS/T list, Ive decided to stop worrying about a lot of minor variants from the early 90's, such as the Donruss "." variants, Upper Deck hologram variants, and various copyright code variants.  If you want a specific VAR in a trade, please ask at the time of the trade and I'll make sure I've got the one you need.  I worried about it for a long time so most are entered correctly.   Thanks for understanding.

Looking to trade for Michael Jordan cards specifically. I'm not a condition freak at the same time I'm not looking for junk or worthless cards. I have cards from baseball, basketball, and football that I would like to trade with others for Jordan cards but I'm always willing to listen to any deals offered to me. The football and baseball cards are vintage, some are in excellent condition and some not so much. But, I can promise you I will not be trading or offering anybody a card that is not worthy of being traded or sold. I'm willing to send pictures as well. I won't trade any of my  M.J.'s unless it's for one I don't have already. Any cards I do have are open to trade except ttheJordans so  malsome offers let's trade some cards.

I use sleeves and top loaders then sealed up. Placed in a  cardboard sleeve and shipped using a PWE (Plain white envelope. I'm a down to earth and easy to talk to deal with person so offer me your deal already! LOL

I collect Michael Jordan cards from the 1980's to present, oddball cards, and checklists. I'm just getting started on my collection. I have some mixed football cards from the 70's and 80's however, they are not in excellent condition but they are not trash either. Please  free to look through my collections and if you see it and need it hit me up and we'll talk.

Typically, I do PWE (plain white envelope) trades but after a few successful transactions, I'll happily trade larger.

YouTube - BreakingTheSeal - Opening trading cards, collectibles, video games, and other nerdy stuff.
Instagram - BreakingTheSeal_YT - Reposts of any YouTube shorts and maybe other content.

Open for trading.  Due to time and postage would prefer at least 5 or so cards in any trade usually.

Any duplicates I have are likely also up for trading.  Just haven't gone back and determined which sets I want to finish.

Currently prioritizing completing the following sets:

  • Baseball - 2021 Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary
  • Baseball - 2021 Topps Chrome
  • Baseball - 2021 Topps Chrome Update
  • Baseball - 2022 Topps Chrome
  • Baseball - 2022 Topps Chrome Update

Prefer PWE and will ship up to 12 cards (depending on thickness) per PWE using 9 pocket pages and Kraft envelopes (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B094K1QDW4/)

Hi! My main goal is completing my Topps Chrome Football sets.

For small-quantity, low-value trades I will automatically default to PWE shipping unless we agree otherwise BEFORE the trade is accepted.

**No trades outside the United States (Canada is fine) unless agreed upon BEFORE the trade is accepted!**

Thanks for looking. Let's make some trades!

Thanks for reading my profile. I enjoy trading cards I don't need for those that I do. I've been in this hobby for many years (I remember opening 1955 Bowman packs at our local candy store)! I usually don't pull my end before making a proposal; most times, I'm trying to get a feel for how doable it is, and it saves me from having to refile cards if things fizzle out or if I'm countered.  I will, however, (usually) pull before accepting a trade.  Please counter, if need be!  Communication is key to good trading!   I have some physical limitations..it may take me a bit to pull cards so your patience is appreciated!

1.  My top priority is completing sets.

2.  Recent Phillies teamsets and inserts.  I do multiple teamsets to help local Philthies Phans!

3. Older Phillies teamset needs..all brands.

As mentioned, I love to trade, will reluctantly sell ... cheap, if we cannot swap!  PLMK what I have that you can't live without!  Phillies is my team, through thick and (mostly) thin!  PWE trades are great and assumed unless we agree otherwise - bubbles used if worth the shipping costs!  Slowing down though - the old body won't let me hoss those 5000 count boxes too much - thanks in advance for your patience with me!!

Before I accept any offers, I like to pull my cards to ensure I've really get them, they are the correct variations, their condition is ok, etc. So, it may take me a few days to respond. Please be patient.

Not a big fan of 1 or 2 common card trade requests. At least make the offer where the cards are worth more then the postage?

I am really getting into NON-SPORTS cards in a big way. Superhero, movies, old TV shows...just about any and all subjects. Don't be shocked if I counteroffer any proposal to trade sports cards for non-sports. Trying to grow my non-sports collection while eliminating what little racing, hockey and basketball cards I have.

That being said, I am really looking at sports-for-non-sports offers in a more favorable light.

IF YOU HAVE NON-SPORT CARDS NOT ON WANTLIST...

- does not mean I don't want them, probably just haven't added every non-sport cart to the wantlist!! Let me know what you have and I'll let you know if I want to collect them.

My trading philosophy...

I use the values listed in the database, not as absolute truths but more as a set of scales to weigh each side of a transaction.

Still trying to get my collection organized. To be honest, I still don't know what I have, what I want to collect and what I want to get rid of. This site has given me the push I needed to organize things. I am trading but not everything (maybe 70%) is recorded. I plan on trying to focus on just baseball, football and non-sports going forward. And to be honest, right now I'm trying to focus on non-sport. I'll trade baseball and football for non-sports.

Collecting: I'm mostly a set builder, focusing on baseball, football and non-sports (movies and superhero type cards).

- Always had a soft spot for holograms.

- Prefer smaller sets to the mega series of earlier days. 900 card sets? Meh...

- Just got back into modern set building and I'm really liking Topps Allen & Ginter sets, although the gazillion subsets and variations is confusing/annoying.

- Really don't have true "favorite players" or teams. Gravitate towards Red Sox and Patriots but I don't fixate on them anymore.

- upgraded my Mac to a new MacMini and need to re-install scanner drivers, etc. Have some cards missing in the DB and I'll spend a day or two scanning once it's up.

Stole this from another profile..."Note: I always pull before accepting a trade so please give me time when you propose a trade."

Back to sorting cards and updating my collection online...

I collect all Phillies and Eagles cards, with a particular interest on the vintage '57 - '69 Phillies Baseball and '60 - '70 Eagles Football.

My collection consist of  70's, 80's and early 90's, Baseball and Football. I also have 600 +/- 1989 - 2017 Basketball, and 70's Hockey cards that I am interested in Trading.

Saved all the Trading Cards my 4 boys collected when they were young. They are all middle age now. Somehow carried “those boxes” around for the past 40 years.

Now retired, I recently started to organize, inventory and catalog the contents of “those boxes” .... thanks for TCDB, and this wonderful network of collectors, I would have been lost.

Individual player collections:

  • Bo Jackson
  • Harold Carmichael
  • Mike Schmidt

Unfortunately I am on hiatus for the time being and hope to be back trading soon. I can still trade but message me first with what you're wanting.

Walter Payton is my favorite player so I'll be interested in all things, Sweetness.

Sadly, I'm a Minnesota Vikings fan so not much to choose from. Justin Jefferson, Moss stuff and now Harrison Phillips. Twins too, mainly Buxton.

I'm currently working on cards pertaining to my home state of Nebraska. Don't be surprised if a trade offer contains a bunch of obscure former Huskers. Looking for all cards of athletes/entertainers (no politicians) who were born here and moved away as a child (Wade Boggs) or lived in the state their entire life (Alex Gordon).

It's been a great year of trading so far. I will entertain all offers but will be more inclined to accept trades that consist of me sending out at least 12 cards.
