Steelers are my main focus. Pirates & Penguins will always have one or two team sets in the works as well.

Any Rocky Bleier not already in pc, happy to trade heavy for.

Grew up in Three Rivers Stadium. Collecting is about the memories for me.

Always happy to trade no matter if it's big or small. Same town or different continent, all good. A great way to help one another.

Steelers team set completion help of any year.

Pirates 1971 to 1991. Few modern team sets

Pens 1976 to 1993. Few modern team sets

Want list is being trimmed down slowly. Listing more.. most from small box sets & pack rips, conditions will be very sharp.

Happy to trade heavy if you close out a Steelers team set.

1989 Pro Set FB has a handful of VARs missing. Willing to purchase or trade heavily to complete.

Small sets & packs for trade:

**packs & box sets need sorting, will have list up soon.
~ Retail boxes are always changing. Currently 88 Topps baseball Coins; 87 Bball Sportflics set; 90-91 OPC hockey wax; 90-91 Topps Hockey sealed set; 91-92 pro set French wax; 91 pro set platinum fb series 1 & 2 wax; 91 pacific fb.. few left of 99-00 upper deck McDonalds retro hockey & few blister hangar packs left of 08-09 upper deck series 2.

Please feel free to drop a line if any are of interest, happy to trade.

Miscellaneous:

•Framed displays of favorite players & favorite cards + memorabilia have been made with my nephew, long distance from back home in Pittsburgh. Below is a link to photos of a few of the 60+ we've made & a 2nd link for where the nameplates came from. If not the best plates around for best prices, made by a good individual? No chance I'd have the links up. Anyone who may be interested, take a look & drop either Mike or myself a line. Why keep your pc tucked away when it can be easily mounted, safely, & to see daily. I hate promoting. Whole experience over the past couple years is simply worth it.

Thank you.

Hello there! Welcome to my page. I enjoy collecting all sorts of things especially cards. I enjoy collecting because usually when I come up on a stack of cards they are all in dissarray and I get to order them neatly and at the same time search for the hidden treasures within. I'm more about the process than I am the cards themselves. So, once I get them all in order and I've done my research I like to put them in the hands of someone else who will appreciate them in a different way. So if you're that person, don't hesitate to send me an offer!

Currently my collection includes:

baseball, pokemon, yu-gi-oh!, dragonball Z, digimon, magic the gathering, and some other odds and ends.

Most of my cards are in -excellent- condition but I will make a note and make sure any potential buyer is aware of any damage or excessive ware. Thanks for visiting my page! All the best!

I trade cards to build baseball, hockey and some miscellaneous sports / non-sport sets. I also PC Felipe Alou, Derek Aucoin, Steve Begin, Jennifer Botterill, Kevin Dineen, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, Bob Kudelski, Manon RheaumeGabriela Sabatini and P.J. Stock as well. I do not buy cards. I also have a sweet spot for oddball / food issue / regional sets. New cards are regularly added to my FT/S list and all the cards I list here are NRMT or EX unless specified and I expect the same of you.

I don't collect micro-variations (dots, stars, copyright marks, holograms, printing plate codes...), they're not fun to search and I dislike the incessant frequency with which new ones are added. Seriously, what's the point if you gotta need to use a magnifier glass to check out if there's a dot on the back of a 1991 Fleer? However, I do all my best to check all my cards and to keep my lists up to date, but please ask me first, if micro-variations matter to you. The site really needs some way of opting out of micro-variations (just a default / any var. / unverified option for each card).

Besides helping to complete our collections one step closer each time, the opportunity would be nice to have traded with all the states, provinces and territories of North America. On this site only, I traded with members in 46 states, D.C., 9 provinces, N.W.T. and overseas. I can't wait to have a trade in Alaska, Delaware, North Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba, Nunavut and Yukon. However, if you don't live in the above jurisdictions, you're still more than welcome to trade with me. No trade to Russia, Belarus and Iran.

I'm an easy going, helpful and patient guy, but here's now my turn to announce that my NO TRADE LIST is growing due to an increased lack of civility on the forums and the full site. If (1) you nitpick and/or always have an opinion on anything and/or act like you own the site and you're not Admin or (2) you do not respond to counters or decline without expressing a reason or don't PM me to ask more time after several days of wait or (3) you send me ridiculous off-balanced offers or (4) you accept the trade and you can't mail your cards in a timely manner or you send me loose or severly damaged cards or (5) have a brand new (empty) account without info / feedback and ask for valuable cards or (6) you clearly didn't read my profile (ask first, at least) and ask me to buy your cards, then chances are that you just won a place on my NO TRADE LIST regardless of how much I may want what you have.

I am fine with shipping cards in single or multiple PWEs, if the cards are properly packaged. Also, I don't mind large or small transactions, but I currently prefer trades with 10 to 20 cards going each way or at least that the cards carry more value than the postage. I am working 12 hour shifts, but I always try to ship the same or the next business day. Just remember that Canada Post doesn't pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

International shipping is very easy, but it costs more for BOTH traders (not just from the U.S.). Here are some tips to save on shipping costs to Canada: use PWEs (Plain White Envelopes) and avoid bubble envelopes, plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. Ship as flat as you can (cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert 4-5 cards in each pocket). The more it looks like a greeting card or documents mailed in a regular letter instead of a package, the more it tends to be cheaper to ship. Current U.S. to Canada first class postage rate (up to 2 oz) is $1.40 and if non-machinable, $1.79. If you don't have Global Forever stamps handy, three regular Forever stamps work as well. There's also no need to pay $14.85 for shipping with international tracking, because it is just too expensive, it will be way slower to arrive and Canada Post won't track your postal item anyway. Overall, postal service tends to be slower in Canada and at times a bit harder to predict, but it is as reliable as in the U. S.. Lastly, no cross-border shipping by Fedex or UPS: they charge $40.00+ custom brokerage on each and every package they handle no matter if it is duty free or not.

A.S.

Trading Note

I love trading and have no issues trading across the border to our friends down south. I don't particularly care about the dollar value of the cards in the deal and am more focused on balancing the quantity, but I will adjust if dollar value is important to my trading partner. I'm pretty easy and flexible and just ask that people are fair and reasonable. I will also happily trade football for hockey or vice versa and the era of the cards does not matter to me - I just want to get rid of my doubles for cards that I actually want. My doubles have absolutely no value to me as part of my collection.

Buying

I am not really that interested in buying cards and would much rather trade. That being said, if something peeks my interest I still may go for it. I will not buy from outside Canada however, as the exchange does not make it worth my while.

Still need to enter Starting Lineups.  I enjoy collecting autographs, tennis, basketball, football, Olympic sports, and baseball.  Non-sport cards in my "collection" could likely be available if there's something you're looking for.

Variation Opinion Section:

With 1989, 1990, & 1991 Donruss, I only want 1 copy of each card number (except checklists and Juan Gonzalez); I have recently tried to put the "for trade" ones in the right variation, but those are likely not 100% accurate.  Same for 1987 Topps Football, 1991 Topps Football, 1991 Bowman Football, 1992 Topps Kids, 1992 Stadium Club, 2006 Topps Total Football, 1992 Leaf (and Leaf Black Gold), 1992 Fleer, 1994 Topps, and most UD hologram backs.

With 1990 Topps Football, I would like both the disclaimer and non-disclaimer backs, so the variation is important and I have kept those "for trade" ones accurate.  1990-91 Fleer I am looking for the "no black line" backs so those variations are important.  1990 Score baseball I'm looking to finish the master set, so those variations are important also.

With Brewers & Packers Police sets, I do not care which municipality the card is from, I just want 1 of each player.  I have not tried especially hard to put the "for trade" ones in the right variation, but if you'd like me to check specific ones, I'll do that.

March 2024 - Life changes have drastically cut into my hobby time.  Not on the site daily, and also not always able to deal with all items when I do log on.  I will still get accepted trades sent out ASAP as a priority.  Responding to offers or making counter will likely be delayed.

___

TLDR; PWE trades, US and overseas trades need to to worth the postage.  Prefer larger trades.  Won't trade a $5 card for 50 x 10 cents commons that dozens of other members are also trading.  I try to match years when trading.  I have low end inserts not listed.  Will sell, Junk wax commons starting at 5 cents.  Not looking to buy unless you have cards very few other members do, and cheaper than sportlots. Sometimes I am slow in trade talks but get accepted trades out in 48 hrs.

___

My main collecting goal on TCDB is finishing my older incomplete sets.  Secondary goal, is to get base card for various projects.  Majority of those are older hockey including some junk wax era sets.  My wants listed here are all low-end.  I will also sell cards, starting at 5 cents.  Stars, rookie, inserts and more recent sets may be more.  Will discount for bulk buys.

When trading base cards, I try to match up years.  Example, I am not a fan of trading 2004 cards for 1992 cards.  A few I don't mind but not in bulk or the entire trade. Also, my Young Gun Goalies for trade are only available for other Young Gun goalies I need or similar value.

My trade list on TCDB is incomplete.  Majority of my list are base cards.  I have not listed my inserts, parallels, jerseys, etc..  or other non-base.  I also have some early 80s that are in various condition.  If you have a lot of my wantlist but I have little off of yours, send me a message if you collect certain players or teams and I can check my unlisted non-base to see of we have a match.

I prefer PWE trades within Canada.  Like to do trades from 20 to 200 cards.  I will trade with the US but will be more particular as postage cost usually outweighs the cards.  Any trades overseas will need to be of cards I can't trade for domestically or value enough, to justify the shipping/handling.

I use team bags with filler cards/cardboard, or 9 pocket pages.  Cards of value ($5+) will be top loaders.  Unless the cards are of value, they will not get individual sleeves.  If I use sleeves, there may be multiple cards per sleeve.  If you strongly desire a bubble mailer, be sure to include it in the message of the trade offer.

I don't always respond to trade offers ASAP.  Sometimes I have other offers on the table that I am waiting on or need to think about a deal.  Sometimes I do the right thing and send a message, but usually I tend not to.  I will try to be better but apologies in advance anyways.  When a trade is accepted, my goal is to get the cards in the mail within 2 business days.

I have a number of 79-80 and 80-81 OPC on my wantlist.  For those I am looking for excellent or above.  Fuzzy and slightly rounded corners are fine but I am not interested in creased cards, corners that are rounded like playing cards, or cards that have centering so bad that some of the card is off the card.  For the 80s cards I have listed, they are in VG/Ex or better.  If I wouldn't want to receive it in a trade, I don't list it.

I mention all of this so you know what to expect.  Also do onto others as you have done onto you, so I don't expect anything more than what I listed above.  I am pretty easy with packing, but I know some aren't.

I have a blog where I post custom cards - jblarghcards.blogspot.com - if you see something you like I could trade a custom card.  They are fan art and a novelty item, don't expect them to be PSA 10s.

This applies to all cards but especially the older pre-junk era cards. If the condition of your cards are less than nrmt or mint then make an effort to note this on your entries. I, like probably most other collectors on here, am not looking to trade my sharp cards that are in a very collectible condition (usually straight from pack and protected) for cards that are withered, worn, have dull corners, creases, marks etc. Be transparent. It's a frustrating process lately it seems. People care about condition, it shouldn't come as a surprise and it's very disappointing to not get in return what you're giving

I have a lot of cards up for sale/trade that I don't take the time to input into TCDB as we know it can be very time consuming. If you see something you want to trade for there's a good chance I have more from your wantlist so feel free to send offers. I will generally accept most offers as long as we can reach a fair (Beckett book value) deal

Fully transparent with card conditions etc.

Priorities:

1. Upper Deck (base set and Young Guns) 1998-99 to Present

2. Tim Hortons base sets

3. McDonald's base sets

NOTICE: Due to medical issues with back pain and a toe operation I will NOT be accepting any trade transactions. Until further notice.

I may check the site from time to time but just to lurk.

I'm Primarily a Set collector: Baseball, Football, Non-Sport, Vintage. Prefer Pre-1980 Vintage. I also collect my local DC Area and Some Maryland teams.

I am OK with receiving PWEs, However, I normally do not send out PWEs myself. I like having my packages tracked and prefer to send in bubble mailers. So only sometimes will I send a PW (and hope the recipient tells me when the card(s) arrives).

I live in the USA and ship ONLY to the USA. Sorry I will not trade with any other countries due to shipping costs and no tracking  Even shipping to just Canada is expensive. The last package I shipped to Canada was over $20 and I think it was a medium bubble mailer that shipping within the US would have bonly $5.

My Hobby PET PEEVES: Use of regular scotch tape on any surface that can come in contact with the cards even toploaders and cardsavesrs and Card"Savers" in general.

Refocused my collecting. Willing to sell any cards on for sale/trade list or trade for the following:

Baseball:

  • George Brett (Top 2 in TCDB) - my primary collection...if you have something I need I am interested in trading for it. Tons of extra Brett stuff and others for trade for primary.
  • KC Royals

Football:

  • Derrick Thomas (Top 4 in TCDB)
  • KC Chiefs (Topps only)

Added a bunch of base Chiefs and Royals to my wantlist...these are intended to be trade fillers and not a primary focus for me. Priority will always be given to trades including the names listed above. Please do not send me a trade with multiple common Royals/Chiefs cards for stars.

Update 9/16/2023:

Sorry to those who have posted trades to me recently. I’ve had to turn off trading for a bit and decline some, due to work.

I will be turning trades back on, but i’m looking to sell!

Due to my job, I will be moving to Maine in about 8-10 months, and I need to seriously reduce the amount of cards I need to transport and maybe make some money to help with the relocation.

Anything on my trade/sale list is for up for sale.  Base cards starting at .05 up to 2018 Ohtani Chrome RC. I’m reasonable and not looking to get rich. If you see something on my “Haves” list that you are interested in, send me a message and maybe i’ll part with it. I work with you on a price.

Shipping:

PWE: $1.50 up to 9 cards in album sleeves

BMWT: $5.00

I will send more than 1 PWE if you want to keep shipping cost down.

Sorry to all you trade only members…I’ll be back to trading once my move is complete, but I don’t feel like transporting all of these cards 400 miles.

Topps Flagship Sets and Phillies

I prefer to send smaller trades PWE when possible to keep the cost down. I try to keep the PWE's to at most 27 cards.  I get weary of the thickness in those sometimes, but haven't had any issues yet(KNOCK ON WOOD).  I'll gladly send two PWE's if the trade warrants it. Obviously not possible for thicker cards or more expensive cards.  Bulk trades are welcomed if the value is there.

Currently #14 in Unique Phillies cards...looking to move up the ladder. My goal is to crack the top 5 by 2024, and eventually take the top spot. Help me out!!!

I like to trade base for base, insert for insert, S/N for S/N, etc.  just so both sides seem to be getting a fair deal.  However, there are times when I will trade outside these parameters if it makes sense.  Just don't send me 50 base cards for a $20 card.

Mostly Baseball but also some Basketball, Football, Hockey and a little non-sport. Mainly looking at completing a lot of sets 1955-2021. Looking for mostly VG for 50's - 60's and mostly VG-EX (70's) and EX-NM (late 70's-present) going forward. Creases and writing are fillers for me. Will definite consider less than that for star/key cards of sets. Prefer to trade sport for sport ex. baseball-baseball) and vintage for vintage but not set in stone. I try to trade value for value. Please don’t ask for 20 HOF/star rookies/inserts for 20 commons from the same era. Also high wants are A&G and Gypsy Queen mini's but I don't have that many marked in trade wants as of now. If you have any you’re willing to trade lmk what you have and I’ll work out a trade.

Various hockey sets, most between '80 and '97

My priorities are:

#1 - 1995-96  Score Hockey - Black Ice parallels, Check It + Golden Blades inserts

#2 - 1996-97 Score Hockey - Check It + Net Worth + Sudden Death + Dream Team inserts

#3 - Doug Gilmour - Anything I don't already have (not limited to trading cards)

#4 - Henrik Lundqvist - Anything I don't already have (not limited to trading cards)

#5 - All 1st Generation Pokemon TCG cards and various non-gaming cards as well

#6 - All Canadian and American NHCD sets

#7 - 1994-95 Parkhurst SE Hockey - Base Sets + Vintage inserts + Euro Stars

#8 - 1995-96 Parkhurst International - Base Sets + Parallels + Inserts

Other sets  - 1992 Fleer Baseball - Inserts + Update set

                  - 1996-97 Collector's Choice Hockey

                  - 1992-93 Score Canadian Hockey

                  - 2013-14 Score Hockey + Inserts + Update set

                  - 2x Ultra-pro 20-pocket Pages

                  - 2x Very lightly used "one-touch" holder

If I have cards which you are interested in, but not very much from my wantlist, send me a qucik PM. I can usually find some cards from your list and we can put a trade together. Likewise, depending on what your are interested in, I have, on occasion, "sold" cards for the price of whatever that postage costs in order to get them into the hands of someone who really wants them.

I have lots of baseball and a little basketball from late 80's to early 90's that I'm looking to trade. If you see something you like, feel free to ask for more details, or send a trade or purchase offer. Although my preference is trading, I am willing to sell anything from my trade list that you might be interested in. To a lesser extent, I am also open to buying (as it may be the only way to obtain some of the inserts I am interested in)

I am open to small and large trades, and any offer will be considered. Although I prefer to trade base card for base card, insert for insert, star for star, etc, I understand that this may not always be possible based on each others' needs and available traders, but please be reasonable. In doing this, my biggest aim is not necessarily looking at perceived monetary values, but moreso finding value for both sides by growing both of our collections. I am willing to trade cross-border, or even with our members outside of North America, as long as the trade is agreeable for everyone. Remember, international shipping costs are more for BOTH traders.

I am quite happy to provide details on card conditions or any kinds of photos you might want, just say the magic words. I will always do my best to let you know of any sort of defects I observe, but I ask the same in return. I believe I have a pretty good record of having done this with trading partners in the past. If the condition of any card is of utmost importance, please let me know. I am slowly adding grades and notes to anything I would consider to be less than "NM-MT", but I am not a professional grader, so I do not claim that these are 100% accurate.

*UPDATE 05/15/2023 Turning trades off for a bit. Need to try to organize my collection. It is getting a bit out of hand at the moment. Between the recent cards Ive had come in and go out, it seems all messed up. Plus I purchased a rather large lot and need to get it sorted out and uploaded. Thank you*

I restarted collecting hockey cards in 2017ish to build a collection for my son. Looking to buy/sell and trade for cards I want/need!

Currently, I am still updating my Sell/Trade lists. If you see cards in my Personal Collection that you need, however; DO NOT hesitate to ask me about them as I may have multiple copies that just haven't been uploaded yet; HOWEVER, I will NOT part with PC cards; only doubles if I haven't uploaded them yet. If all goes well, we may be able to help each other out.

Other than the sets I am trying to finish, I also PC the San Jose Sharks and Manon Rheaume. Any help would be appreciated.

If we have done deals, smoothly or not, could you please leave feedback? Thanks

1. Kirby Puckett PC - TCDB #9. He was my all-time favorite player to watch growing up, and there is no close second.

2. Twins flagship Topps base cards, including Traded/Rookies/Update. I've completed 1974-2022, and need just 8 more to finish the 1970's before I move back to the 1960's.

3. All Minnesota Twins cards - TCDB #5. If I don't already have it, I want it. As I cross the 15,000 card milestone, I'm shifting focus to collecting one of each of the 961 players who've been on the Twins major league roster. Of those with a card on the Twins (*or minor league affiliate) I've collected 729 out of 847.

4. Joe Ryan PC - TCDB #1. Hard not to like this guy - not only is he an impressive pitcher, but also a big Grateful Dead fan.

5. 2021 Topps Gold Label - Thus far I've completed Class 1, 2, & 3 base, Class 1 & 2 Black, and at least 1 SN parallel for Class 1. I need 10 more to complete Class 3 Black and have 433 of the the 900 [non-1/1] colored parallels. I don't expect to collect one of each SN colored parallel, but would like to get at least one SN card of each player in each Class - for this I need 22 more.

6. Misael Urbina PC - TCDB #1. After hitting a few of his autograph cards in team breaks in late 2021, I've gone a bit overboard and now have one of the most runaway TCDB #1 collections. I recently completed a "Royal Flush" - five consecutively serial numbered cards from the same parallel set. Since it appears young Misael's prospects of making the Majors is flickering, I'm slowly moving on from this PC - mostly now only acquiring low-priced/low-SN cards I don't have.

7. Junk Era set building (1987-1994). I've finished about 35 sets, working on another 7. Most are very close, just 1990 Leaf with quite a ways to go.

I was given my first set of baseball cards when my family attended a game during my hometown AA baseball team's (Altoona Curve) inaugural season in 1999. I would have been almost 4 years old then. My love for baseball accompanied by receiving those pieces of paper containing images of the professional players I admired is where the addiction began. As I continued to receive cards as gifts and traditionally purchased the Curve's team set at the ballpark every season, it became evident I was becoming a collector. When I began getting autographs and trading cards with my cousin and classmates, there was no turning back.

I primarily collect baseball and football, but also like to collect the Washington Capitals and Michael Jordan. I consider what I have listed below as primary targets though.

  • Pittsburgh Pirates
  • Ichiro
  • Barry Bonds
  • Pittsburgh Steelers
  • Michael Jordan
  • Washington Capitals
  • Alexander Ovechkin
  • Nicklas Backstrom
  • Pitt Panther Graduates

NOTICE: I've decided to make a slight change my trading approach.   I really don't have any interest in doing these large "player collection" trades anymore.  I'm a set collector and all my traders are stored by set (in nearly 100 3,200 count boxes).  It sometimes takes me hours to pull cards where someone is only looking for certain players.  What's worse, I recently had a guy screw me on a trade after I pulled 120 random cards.   Going forward, I will be rejecting these types of trades.  I'm looking to help people complete their sets and vice versa.  Sorry, but I hope you understand.  Craig

I’ve been collecting cards for over 47 years and have over 503,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Update on Donruss/Leaf * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  However, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will continue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 6,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards, I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

I am a player collector...collecting Robin Yount and Ersan Ilyasova

I like to trade!!  I mainly prefer PWE trades but am set up for larger trades too.  I have a scale at home and the wife works at the post office, so I rarely need to go there.  I like to get my trade list into the hands of members that could use them.  If this means that I give a lot more than I receive, this is fine with me.  You get the cards you need; I get the space back in my area.  I am open to buying and selling, but mainly, I am a trader.  I have mostly gone through and updated for the correct variations in my trade listing.  I also have a spreadsheet that I have documented my Glow vs Non-Glow backed '91 Topps.  Let me help you fill your collecting needs.

My primary collection is something regional, I really want to collect the old Brewer Police cards, they were issued for each community throughout Wisconsin.  But I have been especially looking for the Robin Yount cards.  I think there are over 785 different police sets issued between 1982 and 1993, with over 865 different cards that I am very interested in (He has two cards in the 1993 sets).  Currently, I have 311 different Yount cards.  It's actually been fun, but I have a long way to go.  Any of the other Brewers cards that I have would be available if you are interested but let me check on the condition.  Since I am getting a lot of them through thrift stores, eBay and rummage sales, some are pretty ragged.  I also have Packers Police cards that would potentially be available too.

A fun project that I have started is gathering information on Robin's 3,142 hits.  I have been putting a collection together of him and the pitchers that he hit off of.  This means that I am on the hunt for many, many copies of Robin's Topps cards, one copy for every hit within that year.  But also, many AL pitchers.  I plan to match up the pitcher's card with Robin's card and add a little write up of the at bat and the game.  I'm such a nerd.  UPDATE - Still need over half of Robin's Topps cards.  But I have done very well in regard to his pitchers.  I only need 3 and 2 others to have upgraded!!  Big thanks to everyone that has helped!!

I personally have a very small collection and wants.  When I find something for myself,  I like to try to give a little extra as a big thanks for finding me something special.  Thank you to all that has helped!!

I have over 25,000 cards for trade (baseball, football, basketball and hockey)- Brooklyn Dodgers are my preference to trade for,  primarily from 1950-1958.  (UPDATED 1/7/2021-COMPLETED 1955 BOWMAN'S & 1958 Topp's)   (UPDATED 12/29/2022 COMPLETED 1954 BOWMAN & 1954 TOPPS). If not Dodgers, other cards from the 50's and 60's to fill sets.  In addition to the Dodgers I am a lifelong New York Ranger fan and am trying to slowly build that collection on the hockey side.

I will be checking for matches daily and hope to be sending fair offers regularly.  But always happy to get offers from members.  I encourage you to counter any of my deals you feel are not gonna work for you.  Just declining my offers without any comment or trade revision doesn't really help me submit better trades.  The more I know about your wants or needs, the better chance I have of getting a good offer out to you.

Not a real stickler on card condition for the most part, happy for anything VG (3) or better feeling I can always upgrade in the future.  In the meantime as I am updating my collection, please feel free to ask me if I have what you are looking for.

Rely on Beckett for pricing information to do my best to make trades as equitable as possible, with the understanding that most, if not all of us, are not card graders by profession and allowing for small variances in condition claims.

***TO MY CANADIEN TRADING PARTNERS/FRIENDS LETS STICK TO PWE DEALS SO WE WILL NOT HAVE TO BE HASSLED WITH CUSTOMS FORMS, ETC.  THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.***

Even though I don't see Becket as my bible, I do want the trade value for both parties to be in the same ballpark.

A very minor ding in a corner is not a deal braker for me. I will let you know of anything greater than a very minor ding in the card you will be receiving. I would appreciate the same in return.

If you know of any other sites like this, please let me know.

thanks

I'm downgrading my collection significantly at the moment.

Just like many of you, my for sale/trade list seems to be at about 98% accurate but I will try to accommodate any trades that are offered.

Please feel free to add more to your side of the trade as I am looking at clearing some things out right now.

I like to do trades at 108 cards as it fits perfectly into 4 binder sleeves and then into a bubble mailer for a good shipping price.

Thank you to all who have traded with me so far, Its been fun.

Primarily Baseball: Set Builder & Player Collector in the 80's and 90's and there a few sets that I am seeking to complete.  Really enjoy the odd-ball stuff upon my return to the hobby.  Many duplicates for trade.  Still working on cataloging many 1980-1993 Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Score, Bowman and Upper Deck cards as I built sets from wax/cello/rack packs with very little help via the trade.

Some Football:  Built sets in the 80's and have some duplicates to trade.

Some Hockey:  Built sets in the early 90's and have some duplicates to trade.

Some Golf:  Built 1981, 1982 Donruss Golf  and 1991 Pro Set.  Some duplicates for trade.

Some Basketball:  Not sure exactly how I acquired most of these cards and most are for trade.

Some Multi-Sport:  Not sure exactly how I acquired most of these cards and most are for trade.

Some Racing:  Built a few sets in the early 90's and have some duplicates for trade.

Some Non-Sports:  Built sets in the late 80's and Early 90's and there are a few that are incomplete.  Have some duplicates for trade.

Basketball (especially Orlando Magic), Soccer (Chelsea & Australian players), NFL (Steelers), Wrestling (all promotions & eras), Australian Rules Football (Adelaide Crows, SANFL), non-sport (CCGs, Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel etc.)... a bit of everything really.

If I have something you want on my FS/T list, please send me a message & I will be happy for us to try to work out a deal, regardless of what is on my wantlist.

Not currently looking to purchase cards here, but happy to trade or sell.

If you do not have 100% positive feedback for trades, I will probably ask you to send first.  If that isn't suitable then please do not send me a trade offer.

***European Union based members, please note*** - due to continued issues with Customs returning my outgoing parcels & large envelopes to me, I will only consider trades that will fit into small envelopes (about 18 cards each) & remain cost effective, so please consider this when sending me a transaction proposal.  Large trade offers will almost certainly be declined.  I am not going to send anything that requires a customs form as it will not get through.  Send me a message if you'd like me to explain further.  Thank you for your understanding.  This does not apply to non-EU based members.

Have been collecting primarily baseball since 1976 with some gaps in the '00s/'10s while raising a family.

Trying to finish up sets that are over 90% complete.

I've started to accumulate as many Tigers as possible, including duplicates, inspired by the onemillioncubs guy.  I'm up over 13,000!  If you should have Tigers that you want to purge, please let me know and maybe we can work something out.  Late '80s - early '90s are my faves but I'll take anything.

LOVE this site and glad I found it; reignited my love for the hobby and this database is what I've wished for for many years.

Hockey, golf, wrestling, some non-sport. My son and I are trying to complete a few cheap sets.

All trades are in PWE. I will never send cards in a condition that I wouldn't be content to receive myself, and the cards I'm trading are real cheapies for the most part. Having said that, if you're especially concerned with condition, please let me know beforehand and I will give you my honest assessment.

Looking to sell some pieces as well within Canada.

Personal hockey collection includes former Peterborough Petes and players born in and around Peterborough (Yzerman, Eric and Jordan Staal, Ricci, Stillman, Fisher, Pronger, Bogosian, Kassian, Langenbrunner, Larmer, Tugnutt, Larry Murphy etc).

Personal golf collection includes Mike Weir, John Daly, Nick Faldo, Jack Nicklaus. I'm also trying to get one card from each player to win the Masters.

Personal wrestling collection includes Bret Hart, Randy Savage, Bobby Roode, Ted DiBiase, Tito Santana, Jake Roberts, Mr. Perfect, Nia Jax, Bayley

Personal non-sport collection includes some Batman, James Bond, Star Trek, Sylvester Stallone, Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, Presidents Bush, Nixon, Reagan, Ford, Eisenhower, Truman

If you think you have something I might like that isn't on my want list, feel free to propose something anyway.

All baseball cards to build sets.  I'm not into buying multiple players as investors and discourage trades with people who want multiple cards of superstars or rookies. I will gladly trade one of each but not multiples of the same card,  If you request multiples and I overlook the multiple quantity when I Accept your Offer, I will only send one card but will notify you via message of that fact.

I have complete sets starting with the '51 Topps Red Backs, '52s except the last series, then '53 through current "base sets" except for a few dozen total.  I'm trying to fill in those few by trading, so if you have something I don't, please suggest a trade.

Again, If you're an investor looking for superstars and rookies, please look elsewhere for trades as I prefer to save those cards to serious collectors who need those cards to complete their sets.

I have football, basketball, hockey, soccer and other cards to trade and am working on getting them all loaded into this database.  Feel free to message me with your wants even if you don't see them listed.

I also have some complete sets (hand-collated) available for sale:  Please make offer on each.
  Topps 1986
  Topps 1987
  Topps 1988
  Topps 1989
  Topps 1990 hand collated set

Trading: PWE shipping, will use multiple envelopes if needed.

My collection is one that sparks joy to me. I have no rhythm or reason to it, each card brought joy to me and so it was added to the collection. My want list is cards that spark joy for me. My Want List is being re added to and will grow greatly over the next few weeks/months.

This hobby is my saving grace! I found it as a way to help my anxiety and the friendships I have made in this hobby are amazing! I truly appreciate everyone in this hobby!

I look forward to doing lots of trades here and getting these cards in your mailbox and collection where they belong!

One of my binder projects is a Topps Twins project and am mainly needing the vintage now, I am happy to add cards with character aka poor condition for the vintage cards. This project is to tell the story of the decades and what better way than to have character to the cards. That's for the vintage, I don't want 1990s cards that are rounded edges and ripped up.

My collection is valued at how much I'm smiling at the end of the day :)

ALWAYS on the look out for Temple University trading cards of any sport.

When trading newer inserts I'm generlaly looking for Phillies cards in the same subset. Not a hard and fast rule but not realy looking to trade a 2021 insert for 4 1991 Donruss cards.

Decided to start collecting Buffalo Sabres cards from 1984 on, want list includes 1970 on though. So basically, taking all Sabres cards people want to jettison. Not looking for stickers though.

Started collecting World Series one sheets from 1984 on. Always welcoming help on that front.

Open to trades and willing to help those looking to finalize sets. If it's on my trade list, I generally have it in a set or its part of an assortment of cards I've gotten over the years. Reach out if you have a specific need in those years.

I collected in the late 80's. Then completely shut down for 30 years. Pandemic provided me an opportunity to return to my collection spring 2020. I had 72 complete sets--Topps regular and traded sets from 1980-1996, and all of the other brands during that era, includiing the 1984 Fleer Update set.  In 2020 I sold the entirety to a LCS. The only cards I retained were personal card collections for Puckett and Sandberg. I sold my Sandberg collection of 450 cards in 2021. My only focus is the Puckett collection (currently #2 on TCDb)-- 1,600 different KP cards. I am willing to buy or trade. For the most part, my only traders are Puckett cards and some MN Twins issued team sets from 1985-1986-1987.

I work night shift, so I just picked up card collecting to occupy myself.  True FNG when it comes to this type of thing.

At the moment, I'm only doing hockey.  Looking for 2020-2021 and newer Blues cards for the most part (since that's all I really have at the moment), but if someone is looking to offload 2018-2019 Blues cards (due to the Stanley Cup) I would be interested in starting that collection.

Upper Deck and the Upper Deck O-Pee-Chee variants only right now.

Not super serious right now and will only mail in PWE unless you have a large amount in trade/sell.  Not actively selling, so if you are looking to buy, I would appreciate it if you have a price in mind.

Currently have a decent amount of duplicates in base set cards i'm wanting to trade.

Hi !

I collected basketball and football cards in the middle of the 90's. I'm back in the hobby for about two years. I'm looking for cards that can complete my old sets, and want to propose my duplicates for trading, or maybe selling.

My first PC player is David Robinson.

My favorites teams are the Charlotte Hornets and the SF 49ers. So, I'm looking for cards of Kelly Tripucka, Larry Johnson, Muggsy Bogues, Alonzo Mourning, Glen Rice, Dell Curry... And Jerry Rice, Steve Young...

I also collect cards of the all-stars of the 90's, like Jordan, Pippen, Rodman, Barkley, Ewing, Shaq... and in football Emmitt Smith, Dan Marino, Brett Favre, Marshall Faulk...

Feel free to propose me a deal !

Salut,

Primary focus is Topps Baseball.  My main goal being the 71 set.  I'm also big into Star Wars.  Don't have much on my want list but I'll never turn down star wars cards I don't already have in my collection.

My son and daughter are both big into different non sports (Pokemon, Mars Attacks, and anything political) and boxing.

If it's on my want list I'm willing to trade for it.  Shoot me an offer.

Primarily a Topps base set builder, but am always happy to scoop up any flashy Cardinals cards you have. The primary players I collect are Mark McGwire and Dakota Hudson, so please let me know if you have any Dakota Hudson autos! I am currently working on completing my 2019 Topps base set. My for sale list is almost always up to date, but there are too many things to add to my want list so hit me up if you want something of mine or you think I might want something of yours and we can make something work.

Happy to trade international and to FPO's. I will assume low value trades under 12 cards or so will be PWE unless otherwise stated. Please let me know when accepting or sending a trade request if you would prefer otherwise.

Top 100 Mark McGwire collectors and climbing!

Hi folks,

I primarily collect cards of Pittsburgh Penguins players. There are plenty of cards I'd like that I don't yet have on my wantlist.

Favourite players:

Mario Lemieux

Alex Kovalev

Paul Kariya

Matt Cullen

I'm not super-concerned with getting equal monetary value for my cards, I'm just looking to build my collection, mostly with Penguins cards.

I'll be adding more cards for trade over the coming weeks.

Only interested in trading for the moment. Always up for a fair trade, please try to line up similar cards (year for year, base for base, insert for insert, etc.). Tip for US traders to save on shipping costs to Canada: avoid bubble envelopes (e.g. use PWEs), plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. I'm fine with PWEs if the cards are properly secured. Ship as flat as you can (e.g cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert cards in each pocket).

Cards to sell or trade but only my duplicate cards. Please examine the value of my cards before to propose me a trade. And try to equal the same value for fair trade. Check on also my collection cause i have many complete sets to sell and also many unopened items. If you search items of one of your favorite players i have a big inventory of Figurines to trade or sell too. Just ask me and i will respond you.

I use the Beckett Price to evaluate MY cards. I use also the market value for some other ones. I trade or sell them in using this value. I have so many respect for the value of ALL cards so its important to me to trade with this idea in mind. If all collectors did that, the value of our collections would be better and the market will be in growth. For me, each serial card is important not only the special numbered ones.

My favorite players are Brett Hull, Guy Lafleur, Martin Brodeur, Patrick Roy, Mario Lemieux, Wayne Gretzky, Nolan Ryan, Cal Ripken, Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire, Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady.

I am mainly a set builder.  My major goal is completing my "legacy" Topps baseball set (complete sets of every base set since the year I was born).  I am working on 71-73, and 2014.  I have the others.  70's era condition is not critical, I'll take fillers until my set is complete, so long as the value is in line with the condition.. If it's on my 1971, 72 or 73 wantlist, I'll take those cards you're embarrased to trade!  Anything from the 80's forward, I am generally looking for EX or better.

HEALTH UPDATE - thanks to everyone who reached out.  I am back to work, and feeling good.  I have significantly less colon than when this began, but ,by the grace of God, it appears that I have now fought off cancer a second time.

I pc Alan Trammell cards, my favorite player from childhood, and seeing as how I also just recently battled colon cancer, I am collecting Trey Mancini cards too. Football is Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson and Chris Spielman.  Please feel free to add in any cards of these players in trades!

I would like to trade my extra baseball 70's for 70's football or O-Pee-Chee.  Also trade my extra 80's baseball and football for 80's hockey and O-Pee-Chee and LEaf baseball.  I don't have these on my wantlists, because there would be so many...  If you are interested, however, message me, and I will initiate an offer.

I have several "extra" complete sets, that I would be willing to trade for a set of equal value that I do not currently have.  Check out my completed sets list on my website, if you think you're interested.

Red Sox (#8 on 8/3/23) and Hall of Famers (current and future!)

  • Set collecting: 1957, 1965, 1971 and 1972 Topps sets. I'll take anything in any condition if the trade is fair enough. I just like the design of the cards and I am hoping to accrue as many as I can before it gets too impossible to complete.
  • I am interested in any Red Sox card that I don't have. Exceptions to this are all the dot/no dot and/or letter variations from the nineties, as I only really need one version of those.
  • My cards listed for trade are at least NrMt unless otherwise noted. I try my best to grade cards using a few sources (Site 1Site 2, Site 3), but will let you know if there's a surprise when I pull the cards for trade.
  • Please let me know if there are any notable condition details with cards, especially if vintage. I will try to ask when proposing/considering a trade as well.
  • I try to trade pre-80s cards for other pre-80s cards if possible.
  • If a card is marked as an autograph (AU) with condition "Ex" on my For Trade/For Sale list, that means it's a hand-signed, through-the-mail (TTM) autograph. Open to any offers for these cards if you're interested!
  • I am willing to trade any non-Red Sox autograph in my "Other Autographs" collection for any comparable autograph of a Red Sox player that I do not have an instance of already.
  • I usually trade using a PWE (plain white envelope - thanks AnalogKid) for up to 27 cards, but let me know if you prefer a different way to send cards. If more than 27 cards, I either go with 2 PWEs or a bubble mailer.
  • If you see something on my For Trade list but we don't match up well, let me know. I'm sure I can try to make a swap happen!
  • This is a great site. Thank you for trading!

Note: '88 - '92 Donruss, '91 - '92 Stadium Club, and '92 Leaf variations on my FT/FS list are up to date.

2011 Honorable Mention New Baseball Card Blog of the Year award winner.   Read by dozens (and long defunct) .

I'm a long time collector since the mid 80's, and now as I'm nearing the back half of my life, I'm trying to shape up my collection rather than just accumulating anything and everything.   Overall my main focuses are:

  • Topps Base Runs of HOF and Favorite Players- Every Topps Base card of a player from RC to last base Topps card
  • 1952 Bowman-  Trying to finish the set by 2025
  • Texas Rangers, Arkansas Razorbacks, NW Arkansas Naturals in general
  • Player PCs: Tony Gwynn, Darryl Strawberry, Michael Young, Wil Myers, Adrian Beltre

# 1 ranked collection on TCDB of Wil Myers, Parker Bridwell and Christian Colon

Trying to reach #1 on Michael Young, Ian Kinsler and Elvis Andrus but haven't logged collection yet

Tyring to reach top 50 on Tony Gwynn, Darryl Strawberry and Adrian Beltre

Trading:  Any trade should make both parties feel like they are better off than when they started.   Please feel free to counter any trade I send with what would make you happy if what I offer doesn't do it (as long as it's still fair).  I'll do the same on trades I get, but I'm pretty easy!

I'm open to any size trade, my favorites are PWE trades up to around 10-12 cards for ease of packaging, but again, I'm up for anything.

Mariners cards. Any and all.

Goal: #1 M's collector on TCDb. Status: #1 (ca. 22 Apr 2024)

Rankings on TCDb in Collections of Some of my Favorite Mariners (and non-Mariners, non-baseball players, and teams) (ca. 22 Apr 2024): Logan Gilbert: #1; Felix Hernandez: #1; George Kirby: #1; Dylan Moore: #1; Cal Raleigh: #1; Kyle Seager: #1; Edgar Martinez: #2; Julio Rodriguez: #2; James "Cool Papa" Bell: #3; J.P. Crawford: #3; Mitch Haniger: #3; Ichiro Suzuki: #5; Seattle Kraken: #7; Bukayo Saka: #8; Barack Obama: #11; Ken Griffey, Jr.: #30; Arsenal FC: #72

  • If you would like to know the condition of any card in a trade or sale, please message me and I will send you a picture and/or do my best to describe it. We likely have different standards for "card condition", as I have never had a card graded or intend to do so. For any cards with which I've noticed defects (e.g., rough corners), I've tried to mark them with "Fair" or "Poor" ratings. I am still working on updating this for all cards.
  • I love trading, and I do my best to respond to every offer as quickly as possible; some weeks are busier than others.
  • I usually will withdraw trade proposals after a week or so, so I can free up those cards for other trades.
  • I'm slowly working on ensuring the small card variations (i.e., asterisks, periods, etc.) are correct, but please feel free to check with me during a trade.
  • I will gladly trade base cards for inserts/autos/etc. If you can offer a lot of base cards for a higher-valued card to get from me, I'm all for it.
  • I am more than happy to sell cards listed in my For Trade / For Sale list, too.

Happy to do trades for similar value or to sell if the situation is right! Prefer PWEs but will head to the post office for bigger trades/higher value trades if necessary. Open to sending large quantities for a single if the situation is right. Even if you don't have any matches with my want list, please still feel free to send an offer my way! I'm happy to browse through others collections to make a trade work.

PC - John Elway. Also looking to fill holes in the sets I collected when I was younger, and trying to build the Topps baseball sets I missed out on when I stopped collecting for a while. Just recently started to build a collection of Texas Rangers Topps base parallels.

To get the most for my postage buck, I'm trying to keep my trades to either: 1.) - less than 20 cards or so (which will go out in PWE's), or 2.) - larger than 50 which will go out in bubble mailers. Also, unless they're something which I'm really interested in, I'll pass on trades of only 2 or 3 cards going each way.

August 07, 2023 - My apologies to everyone. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and have a broken wrist, buggered elbow and leg. I am turning trading back on but ask for your patience, it's hard to go through the cards in my present condition.

OK, it is now April 01, 2023 and I have finally figured out what I'm going to concentrate on for the next two years.

Priority #1 - Tim Hortons cards on my want list and the first three binders that I still need (2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18)

Priority #2 - Young guns on my want list.

Priority #3 - Remaining McDonald's cards on my want list.

To that extent, I have started releasing all the O-Pee-Chee cards that I have in my collection and started adding, or correcting the Upper Deck base sets to my want list as well as memorabilia cards from Upper Deck.

I have no problem with cross sport trading and welcome all proposals.

Happy Trading.

February 2022 update:

So my efforts to focus on hockey as much as possible over the past 16 months have failed miserably. There are just too many really nice baseball (and a few football) sets to collect. I am a sucker for vintage look and feel (Gypsy Queen, A&G, Heritage, Archives). I am also pretty keen on inserts and a few parallels.

If you have any of the following, let's talk:

Hockey:

  • OPC Retro parallels

Baseball:

  • 2019 A&G Hotbox Gold parallels
  • 2021 Gypsy Queen Green parallels
  • 2021 Topps Archives Big Foil inserts

I've been having a great time trading around the world - looking forward to keeping the good times rolling in 2022!

I have mostly hockey - I love to trade for inserts. Adding cards daily as it takes lots of time to add everything. I do not mind trading 100 cards for 1 card if it's the same value and vice versa

I use beckett to compare prices not TCDB - if you are happy with that, let's trade by all means

Cards are as good as they can be but the 90's can have slight minor faults as there have been a lot of handling lets face it. If you are unhappy with the cards, we can always figure out something - ae. returns and paying the return postage...

----------------------------------------------------------------------

HELLO EVERYONE!

WELCOME TO MY NECK OF THE WOODS!

First off I have to get this out there...  I am willing to trade, but life does get in the way sometimes and that does interfere with my fun, and stress relief of collecting. Please understand this, so if I don't respond right away, it doesn't mean I haven't seen your proposal.  I have a few that are not understanding this so if I feel that it continues I will turn off my Trade/Sale List.

Please keep trades a max of 12 cards or less and I do PWE.

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO DO A BIG TRADE PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE PROPOSING ONE!

Plus, I like to check to make sure I have the cards you are looking for before accepting trades.  Yes the site states I have it but I like to double check as I am finding errors in my list.

Anyhow, hope to here from ya!

"ULTIMATE END GAME OF MY COLLECTING!"

  • 1966-1967 TOPPS HOCKEY (CDN VERSION)

(At this time I do not have card #35 - Bobby Orr - RC. If you are an individual or a store and have it for sale or willing to trade please PM me and we can try and make a deal.)

  • If you see something you need or want give me a shout.  I always look at a trade to make things work, even if I don't have it on my want list, which keeps changing!
  • At the same time I am willing to help out fellow collectors to complete their collections and look for cards they can't find!  So if I don't have it, I will try and find it for you.
  • For collectors that don't like trading and would rather buy, all cards on my Trade List are For Sale. Message me what you are looking at and we can go from there.

I love collecting and trading baseball cards -- recently my passion for collecting has been re-ignited and I find myself wanting to collect instead of working!

My goal is to accumulate cards from my birth year (1969) to current.

Baseball -- mainly vintage, but open to anything...

FYI -- I do not pay attention to any variations (the late 80's Donruss is the bane of my existence), so within my collection, I will have many variations co-habitating with each other.

I'M ALWAYS OPEN FOR SELLING IF INTERESTED!  Just look on my For Trade/Sell List and everything is available.

After a hiatus of more than 25 years in baseball card collecting, I got back into the hobby during the COVID lockdown with a renewed interest. I have picked up my collection where I last paused, back in 1994, and actively looking to fill the few gaps in the 1969-1994 years, mainly for Montreal Expos cards, as well as pick up all the new issues since then, complementing that with a few extra players in their pre or post Expos teams.

I have diven in the new Topps products, allowing myself the costly leasure of ripping open packs. And, although I am aiming to complete the flagship sets (Opening Day, Series 1, Series 2, Update & Holiday), my preference lies in the Archive and Heritage series, where I get the pleasure of looking at classic card designs of recent players and HoF'ers, but benefiting from the precision printing and slitting of high-end equipment.

Current set builds:

  • Topps Archives 2020 (322 / 324), 2021 (300 / 300), 2022 (336 / 380)
  • Topps Opening Day 2018 (131 / 200), 2019 (122 / 200)
  • Topps Heritage 2019 (723 / 725, or 761 / 895), 2020 (683 / 725, or 714 / 899), 2021 (613 / 725, or 614 / 908)
  • Topps Heritage Chrome Purple Refractors 2020 (137 / 150)
  • Topps Holiday 2017 (199 / 200), missing #107, 2019 (277 / 300), 2020 (288 / 300), 2021 (287 / 317), 2022 (199 / 300)
  • Topps Update 2021 (330 / 330)

Sets being completed dating before hiatus

Don't hesitate to contact me if you are looking to offload Expos cards, or even enquire if I have doubles of those players, as I'd be really happy to help you out as well. ;-)

Cheers & Happy collecting!

I'm all about the O-Pee-Chee (All Sports and Non Sports) + some Soccer and the occasional oddballs that catch my eye.

Love trading and will always try to find something to make it work. My trade lists goes up and down as I buy lots from garage sales/auctions/kijiji etc and then try to trade the pieces for more O-Pee-Chee goodness.

Please don't bother asking for things not on my trade list. If they're in my collection then they are in my collection for a reason.

My Collections--

TCDb Trading--

  • For trades, when selecting cards from my want list, I prefer base set cards over parallels or inserts in order to complete team sets.
  • Open to any trade offer, just looking for equal value on both sides and cards from my Want list.
  • I'm most likely going to use a PWE (Plain White Envelope) to send trades unless the trade is for >28 cards or higher in value or you let me know otherwise before the trade is agreed.  Thanks!
  • I'll trade my few football and basketball cards for cheap if you want em!
  • I have a complete set of 1981 Donruss Baseball I got as a door prize that I wont take the time to completely add to my FS/T list.  If you want it, let me know and we'll work out a good trade for you.
  • FYI-- When adding new cards to my FS/T list, Ive decided to stop worrying about a lot of minor variants from the early 90's, such as the Donruss "." variants, Upper Deck hologram variants, and various copyright code variants.  If you want a specific VAR in a trade, please ask at the time of the trade and I'll make sure I've got the one you need.  I worried about it for a long time so most are entered correctly.   Thanks for understanding.

Typically, I do PWE (plain white envelope) trades but after a few successful transactions, I'll happily trade larger.

Hi All,

Just dumped most of my collection, and only am collecting Heritage.

Don't have much of anything to trade any more either.

Someday I hope to get back in the game, but not anytime soon.

Looking to only buy at this time.

I will miss you all and this great community.

Thanks for looking!!

Thanks for reading my profile. I enjoy trading cards I don't need for those that I do. I've been in this hobby for many years (I remember opening 1955 Bowman packs at our local candy store)! I usually don't pull my end before making a proposal; most times, I'm trying to get a feel for how doable it is, and it saves me from having to refile cards if things fizzle out or if I'm countered.  I will, however, (usually) pull before accepting a trade.  Please counter, if need be!  Communication is key to good trading!   I have some physical limitations..it may take me a bit to pull cards so your patience is appreciated!

1.  My top priority is completing sets.

2.  Recent Phillies teamsets and inserts.  I do multiple teamsets to help local Philthies Phans!

3. Older Phillies teamset needs..all brands.

As mentioned, I love to trade, will reluctantly sell ... cheap, if we cannot swap!  PLMK what I have that you can't live without!  Phillies is my team, through thick and (mostly) thin!  PWE trades are great and assumed unless we agree otherwise - bubbles used if worth the shipping costs!  Slowing down though - the old body won't let me hoss those 5000 count boxes too much - thanks in advance for your patience with me!!

Primarily a baseball card collector.

Currently living abroad but am able to trade through domestic (US) mail. I'm interested in too many cards that aren't on my Wantlist, but I'll probably give preference to the following.

Tier 1

  • Cal Ripken (1981-2001)

Tier 2

  • Orioles Greats (Brooks, Frank, Boog, Palmer, Murray, Mussina)
  • Recent/Current/Future Orioles Stars (Rutschman, Gunnar, Grayson, Bautista, Kjerstad, Westburg, Holliday, Mayo, etc.)
  • Vlad Guerrero (Expos)
  • Ichiro (Mariners)
  • Derek Jeter
  • Juan Soto

Tier 3

  • Unique baseball or football cards of players from Hawaii
  • Hall of Famers (70s-90s)
  • 1998 Stadium Club, 1998 Donruss Collections, 1998 Metal Universe

Will send all trades via protected PWE unless otherwise agreed upon prior to accepting a trade.

I will wait until you receive your cards until Completing any trade and providing feedback.

April 2024 - I've added a lot of Young Gun cards to my FS/Trade list, please don't propose a trade for these cards without being willing to offer Young Guns in return. Response A) Hate being a stickler about this but I'm really focused on wrapping up my Upper deck sets and need Young Guns cards to do so. Response B) I continue to get lopsided trade offers with folks wanting Young Gun cards, expect me to counter.

March 2024 - I am extremely busy at work right now and have next to no time for card related items. Happy to look at trade offers when I can but the hobby is not a top priority for me right now.

January 2024 - Over 1400 trades completed and I've owned/traded/moved over a million cards since joining the site 6+ years ago. That being said, the current state of trading on this site is atrocious. Several years back, the traders were all great to deal with but this has changed dramatically in the last few years and there's truly on a handful of traders which I feel any level of comfort dealing with. Trade offers go ignored, are countered with ridiculous offers and petty issues seem to be common anymore. I left out everyone seems to treat their cards like million dollar prized possessions. I started a No Trade list but it seemed like every few days I was adding someone to it, not worth it guys and gals. I'm finding that I can buy cards I want either from Sportlots or eBay with so much less hassle. And cheap too.

All that said, when my current stash of postage runs out, I'm turning off trading and not sure if I will be returning. Was a fun ride while it lasted.

November 2023 - Trade Values - I am back to using Beckett to look at card values for trade equality.

Willing to trade to Canada again. I am though not accepting any responsibility for any losses, etc. once I drop my envelope in the mailbox. Trader beware!

October 2023 - Nothing against any of my Canadian traders but I am no longer trading to Canada due to issues with Canada Post and the USPS destroying envelopes causing loss of cards, cards needing to be resent, issues with postage, etc. It's too much folks.

To pull, package and ship cards, only to have one of the postal systems destroy the package makes it a fruitless endeavor. It's a waste of both time and money.

Sadly, Canadian trades make up most of my trades so this is probably the beginning of the end of my trading days.  I will probably beginning selling off most of my collection starting in 2024. It's been a fun ride but thats the way I'm heading right now.

****1990-91 Upper Deck Hockey VAR's on my For Sale/Trade list - Highly unlikely that I have any of the oddball VAR's. These cards were entered mainly as placeholders meaning I do have one version of a given card but probably not the version you need. If time permits, I may be open to checking VAR versions but it's not something that I enjoy doing nor high on my list of things to do. ****

September 2023 - Continuing to focus on collecting one card of anyone who is the four Hall of Fame's. I'm over 90% complete on Baseball and Football. Basketball is lagging far behind. Haven't updated Hockey but I should be in good shape there as well.

Supplies:

For anyone close to Denver, I have a large amount of trading supplies that need to find a new home. I have BCW card houses, 5000 and 3200 count boxes and a host of smaller boxes (800, 660, 550, 400, 300, 200 and 100). The latter is a mixture of used and new Collect-Save-Protect or BCW brand.

Disclaimer on PWE trades

I'm hearing of, and personally experiencing, more and more issues with PWE trades. Mainly postal machines destroying/bending envelopes or envelopes arriving and the cards being missing. I have not seen issues like this in my prior 1100+ PWE trades. That being said, I will continue to send 25 cards or less PWE but once the envelope is dropped in the mailbox, I'm no longer responsible for damage/issues after that point. I'm not sending replacement cards or funds if there's damage once the USPS has my/your envelope or your cards are lost in the mail.

I'm very close to no longer writing "Non-Machinable" on my PWE envelopes. This doesn't seem like a makes a difference to the USPS and the financial costs for doing this quickly add up.

I hate to take a hard stance on this but short of stopping trading (or doing larger, bubble envelope trades), I have no other options. I'm spending too much time and money on postage to send replacement cards, when the issue arises, to make trading worth it.

Happy to do larger trades (30+ cards) in bubble envelopes.

What I'm collecting for:

1)I'm primarily an Upper Deck flagship hockey collector. I'm working on completing a few remaining base sets and then chasing Young Guns and insert cards.

2)I'm also collecting RC's (when possible) of all NBA/NHL/NFL/MLB players who have been inducted into their respective Hall of Fames. Also collecting non-players cards as well if they are in the HOF. Basically if the person is in the Hall of Fame for their sport, I'm hunting their RC or if it's a non-player, some type of card for them.

3)Finally, I'm collecting Baseball/Hockey and to a lesser extent, Football sets, of the 1970's/1980's.

Card condition:

If your cards look like they have been manhandled, I'm not interested in them for my collection. No creases, rounded corners or teeth marks.

Buying cards:

I've had several folks approach me about buying cards..I will rarely be interested in buying from someone and, odds are, I will reach out to you first..

Trade size:

Make it worth our time..

PWE packaging:

I am no longer using cardboard protection in my PWE trades. Historically, I've done 100's of trades with cards just in 9 pocket pages and then placed in envelopes and have had zero issues. After some issues I have seen lately with including cardboard in my PWE trades, I'm no longer spending the extra money, and time, just to have cardboard protection in an envelope.

Postage:

Please make sure you have proper postage on whatever you are sending me. Seems to be half the envelopes I get are short on postage. Minimal postage on a PWE envelope is $1.03.

Canada trades:

Has between 9 and 25 cards or less. I can't afford to send big trades unless there's additional cards/value to compensate. Trades less than 9 or so cards don't make a lot of sense either from a cost standpoint.

Before I accept any offers, I like to pull my cards to ensure I've really get them, they are the correct variations, their condition is ok, etc. So, it may take me a few days to respond. Please be patient.

Not a big fan of 1 or 2 common card trade requests. At least make the offer where the cards are worth more then the postage?

I am really getting into NON-SPORTS cards in a big way. Superhero, movies, old TV shows...just about any and all subjects. Don't be shocked if I counteroffer any proposal to trade sports cards for non-sports. Trying to grow my non-sports collection while eliminating what little racing, hockey and basketball cards I have.

That being said, I am really looking at sports-for-non-sports offers in a more favorable light.

IF YOU HAVE NON-SPORT CARDS NOT ON WANTLIST...

- does not mean I don't want them, probably just haven't added every non-sport cart to the wantlist!! Let me know what you have and I'll let you know if I want to collect them.

My trading philosophy...

I use the values listed in the database, not as absolute truths but more as a set of scales to weigh each side of a transaction.

Still trying to get my collection organized. To be honest, I still don't know what I have, what I want to collect and what I want to get rid of. This site has given me the push I needed to organize things. I am trading but not everything (maybe 70%) is recorded. I plan on trying to focus on just baseball, football and non-sports going forward. And to be honest, right now I'm trying to focus on non-sport. I'll trade baseball and football for non-sports.

Collecting: I'm mostly a set builder, focusing on baseball, football and non-sports (movies and superhero type cards).

- Always had a soft spot for holograms.

- Prefer smaller sets to the mega series of earlier days. 900 card sets? Meh...

- Just got back into modern set building and I'm really liking Topps Allen & Ginter sets, although the gazillion subsets and variations is confusing/annoying.

- Really don't have true "favorite players" or teams. Gravitate towards Red Sox and Patriots but I don't fixate on them anymore.

- upgraded my Mac to a new MacMini and need to re-install scanner drivers, etc. Have some cards missing in the DB and I'll spend a day or two scanning once it's up.

Stole this from another profile..."Note: I always pull before accepting a trade so please give me time when you propose a trade."

Back to sorting cards and updating my collection online...

I'm T. M. Bilderback (but you can call me Michael), and I write books. You can find them anywhere that ebooks are sold...you can also check them out of the library through Overdrive.

My highest priority sets right now are any sets on my want list!

When trading, I will happily trade sports cards for non-sport and gaming cards.

Thanks.

NOTE: Trades are turned OFF for now.

NOTE: Items in my personal collection are NOT for sale or trade. Also, please check any notes I've posted for trade cards. If there IS a note, the card is NOT NM-MINT. Some will have blemishes or problems, and the problems will be listed in the notes. Photos are available of any trade card with notes if requested - you must include an email address with your request.
