*** 4/7/23*** Trading is off for now. Trying to start up a business and shoulder a lot of burdens at the moment. I still check in almost every day at least once, so feel free to message me if you’ve got an idea for a trade that just has to be expressed. I’ll try to respond in a timely manner. Thanks. *** BASEBALL For pre-war baseball - HOFers, Schoolboy Rowe, Cardinals minor stars, and oddities. For 40s - 70s, any HOFer will do, but of particular interest are Cardinals and Tigers legends - George Kell, Al Kaline, Stan Musial, Bob Gibson, etc., Hank Aarons, Mantles, Clementes, Williams, Frank Roninsons, Reggie Jadksons, Willie Mays., Cards from HOFers first three seasons, and I live vintage leaders cards. For 70s-80s, I am trying to collect sets. Right now my focus is on ‘78-’84, oddball sets too. 79 and 80 Topps is the next sets to tackle after I finish 82. Also need several mid/early 80s Fleer and Donruss sets. For 70s-80s singles, HOFer RCs, ‘84-’87 Tigers RCs and autos, ‘85 Cardinals RCs and autos, And sometimes Johnny Grubbs, Bo Jacksons, and Frank Thomases. ‘90s - limited production sets like Stadium Club charter sets, and First Days, Score Select Certified Mirror Gold, Leaf Limited Gold, ’93 Leaf Studio, ‘95 Bowman’s Best Blue RCs. 2000+ 2000-2002 Limited and 2015 Topps Limited Stars; and key Adam Wainwrights, Albert Pujols, Yadier Molinas, Jordan Walkers, Juan Yepezs, Nolan Gormans, Lars Nootbaars, Ivan Herreras, and Mason Wynn cards. And Juan Soto.
HOCKEY Any HOF RCs from 68-92. For Pre-1990 OPC is preferred, but Topps is good too. I love 80s OPC. For players, Yzerman, Federov, Bure, Gretzky, and Lemieux. Select Certified Mirror Gold, Stadium Club First Day, Leaf Limited Gold. Any bargain vintage HOFer.
BASKETBALL `1980 and 81 Topps stars. 1986 and 87 Fleer stars (and 88 star RCs). Bird, Johnson, Jordan, Dr. j, Charles Barkleys, and Bad Boys Pistons - Isaiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, etc. Any bargain vintage HOFer.
FOOTBALL I’d eventually like to get into the 1986 McDonalds’ regional and national sets. I loved those when I was a kid. I need a handful of cards to finish out my ‘85 Topps, ‘87 Topps. ‘88 Topps, and 89 Topps sets. And I need most of the 1986 set. Condition comparable to Grade 6.5ish or higher for these sets please. I may put together a mid-grade 85 set too, since I am over halfway there with the cards I collected as a kid. For singles - Bo Jacksons, Barry Sanderses, Score Supplemental Emmitt Smith RC, Joe Montana RC, Walter Payton RC, OJ Simpsons. Any bargain vintage HOFer.
i will send in well-packed PWE if possible - if total cards are less than 27ish. If you are against PWE, just let me know, and I will send via bubble mailer. |

Steelers are my main focus. Pirates & Penguins will always have one or two team sets in the works as well. Any Rocky Bleier not already in pc, happy to trade heavy for. Grew up in Three Rivers Stadium. Collecting is about the memories for me. Always happy to trade no matter if it's big or small. Same town or different continent, all good. A great way to help one another. Steelers team set completion help of any year. Pirates 1971 to 1991. Few modern team sets Pens 1976 to 1993. Few modern team sets Want list is being trimmed down slowly. Listing more.. most from small box sets & pack rips, conditions will be very sharp. Happy to trade heavy if you close out a Steelers team set. 1989 Pro Set FB has a handful of VARs missing. Willing to purchase or trade heavily to complete. Small sets & packs for trade:
**packs & box sets need sorting, will have list up soon. ~ Retail boxes are always changing. Currently 88 Topps baseball Coins; 87 Bball Sportflics set; 90-91 OPC hockey wax; 90-91 Topps Hockey sealed set; 91-92 pro set French wax; 91 pro set platinum fb series 1 & 2 wax; 91 pacific fb.. few left of 99-00 upper deck McDonalds retro hockey & few blister hangar packs left of 08-09 upper deck series 2. Please feel free to drop a line if any are of interest, happy to trade. Miscellaneous:
•Framed displays of favorite players & favorite cards + memorabilia have been made with my nephew, long distance from back home in Pittsburgh. Below is a link to photos of a few of the 60+ we've made & a 2nd link for where the nameplates came from. If not the best plates around for best prices, made by a good individual? No chance I'd have the links up. Anyone who may be interested, take a look & drop either Mike or myself a line. Why keep your pc tucked away when it can be easily mounted, safely, & to see daily. I hate promoting. Whole experience over the past couple years is simply worth it. Thank you. |

EDIT as of 5/24/23: Unfortunately, I need to place a disclaimer here after some of the messages I have received. I work, as do most of you. I work away from home most of the time. Long days, lots of driving. I also have a second job I work part time sometimes. Two kids, sports, homework etc. You will see I am online as the website is open on my phone all the time to look into my lists. Please be patient. I am usually able to get into my collection a couple days through a week, and mail either on Fridays or Mondays. thank you I do not place condition on my cards. If you have questions please ask in your transaction messages. They can range from pack fresh to well loved. :) Actively trading, and will sell as well. If you see something in my Personal Collection that I have extra of, I am not opposed to considering a trade for something I dont have. I was a collector in the 90s, during the junk wax era. I recently came back into the hobby in the last year and a half. I have a stellar reputation as a trader and seller and buyer on Twitter. Please reach out with questions, and I look forward to working with you! My kids also collect, as of summer 2023 will be 8 and 11. They like Pokemon, Star Wars, WWE. Here is my PC: Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bills, NY Mets all years and players I need. Pete Alonso, Patrick Roy, Brett Favre, Jack Eichel, Jarred Kelenic.
Ice hockey goalies, all team, all players, all years. |

I trade cards to build baseball, hockey and some miscellaneous sports / non-sport sets. I also PC Felipe Alou, Derek Aucoin, Steve Begin, Jennifer Botterill, Kevin Dineen, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, Bob Kudelski, Manon Rheaume, Gabriela Sabatini and P.J. Stock as well. I do not buy cards. I also have a sweet spot for oddball / food issue / regional sets. New cards are regularly added to my FT/S list and all the cards I list here are NRMT or EX unless specified and I expect the same of you. I don't collect micro-variations (dots, stars, copyright marks, holograms, printing plate codes...), they're not fun to search and I dislike the incessant frequency with which new ones are added. Seriously, what's the point if you gotta need to use a magnifier glass to check out if there's a dot on the back of a 1991 Fleer? However, I do all my best to check all my cards and to keep my lists up to date, but please ask me first, if micro-variations matter to you. The site really needs some way of opting out of micro-variations (just a default / any var. / unverified option for each card). Besides helping to complete our collections one step closer each time, the opportunity would be nice to have traded with all the states, provinces and territories of North America. On this site only, I traded with members in 46 states, D.C., 9 provinces, N.W.T. and overseas. I can't wait to have a trade in Alaska, Delaware, North Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba, Nunavut and Yukon. However, if you don't live in the above jurisdictions, you're still more than welcome to trade with me. No trade to Russia, Belarus and Iran. I'm an easy going, helpful and patient guy, but here's now my turn to announce that my NO TRADE LIST is growing due to an increased lack of civility on the forums and the full site. If (1) you nitpick and/or always have an opinion on anything and/or act like you own the site and you're not Admin or (2) you do not respond to counters or decline without expressing a reason or don't PM me to ask more time after several days of wait or (3) you send me ridiculous off-balanced offers or (4) you accept the trade and you can't mail your cards in a timely manner or you send me loose or severly damaged cards or (5) have a brand new (empty) account without info / feedback and ask for valuable cards or (6) you clearly didn't read my profile (ask first, at least) and ask me to buy your cards, then chances are that you just won a place on my NO TRADE LIST regardless of how much I may want what you have. I am fine with shipping cards in single or multiple PWEs, if the cards are properly packaged. Also, I don't mind large or small transactions, but I currently prefer trades with 10 to 20 cards going each way or at least that the cards carry more value than the postage. I am working 12 hour shifts, but I always try to ship the same or the next business day. Just remember that Canada Post doesn't pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday. International shipping is very easy, but it costs more for BOTH traders (not just from the U.S.). Here are some tips to save on shipping costs to Canada: use PWEs (Plain White Envelopes) and avoid bubble envelopes, plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. Ship as flat as you can (cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert 4-5 cards in each pocket). The more it looks like a greeting card or documents mailed in a regular letter instead of a package, the more it tends to be cheaper to ship. Current U.S. to Canada first class postage rate (up to 2 oz) is $1.40 and if non-machinable, $1.79. If you don't have Global Forever stamps handy, three regular Forever stamps work as well. There's also no need to pay $14.85 for shipping with international tracking, because it is just too expensive, it will be way slower to arrive and Canada Post won't track your postal item anyway. Overall, postal service tends to be slower in Canada and at times a bit harder to predict, but it is as reliable as in the U. S.. Lastly, no cross-border shipping by Fedex or UPS: they charge $40.00+ custom brokerage on each and every package they handle no matter if it is duty free or not. A.S. |

I collect: NBA, NHL, NASCAR, Star Wars, History, Military, DC Comics, Olympics, whatever interests me Current project is trying to get at least one card of everyone to ever get one for NBA, NHL and NASCAR. Also working on getting at least one example of every set ever for the above sports. (Wantlists on Cardboard History) I have some health problems that make it challenging for me to get to my trade stash. It makes me a slow trader as there are some days when I'm simply in too much pain to access the boxes. My health problems are not transferable so you do not need to fear catching anything from trading with me. I generally only can mail on Saturdays. Trading: I prefer to trade 1 card for 1 card. I do not care about any made up "book value". I will gladly trade more than one card for some as well...there are a few cards on my tradelist that I do need more than one card for in return though. I only put sets on my wantlist that are close to completion, so if you have something else in any of the three sports or the Non-Sports topics I focus on, odds are I will want it. Only reason I wouldn't is if I had it already. If you don't have anything from the topics I mainly collect, but I have something you want, I will also accept football or baseball in trade, pretty much anything to get a trade done. I would prefer not to trade with smokers. I have breathing problems and cards that come from smokers are essentially useless to me, I cannot handle them. I prefer larger trades but will do any size at all. I have tried to make sure all the cards on my Tradelist are problem free, with no corner dings, scratches or other flaws, but I am human and it's possible I may have missed something, but all cards sent out are cards you shouldn't need to worry about ever finding a replacement for. I don't demand problem free cards in return as my theory is that a damaged card is better than no card, but writing and paper loss means to me that I don't actually have that card so please don't offer them to me in trade. If you don't care about condition, take a look through my "Damaged Cards" collection. These are all cards that I rejected from my tradelist for having flaws but they are available for trade. I would put them at one third a card "value" so 3 damaged cards vs. 1 of your cards. If you do want any of them, let me know and I will move them to my tradelist. I don't want to put them all there and cause matches for people expecting good cards and getting damaged cards in return. Some of the flaws are pretty big problems, some you will probably wonder why I didn't list it in my tradelist. While my collection doesn't demand perfection, I am very strict with condition on cards I send out in trade. Trading Prioroties: (what makes me the happiest to get in trade, in no particular order) - 1995-96 and 1996-97 NBA Cards
- 1994 NASCAR Cards
- Any NASCAR card that actually focuses on the car
- Automotive Non-Sport cards
- New York Rangers
- New York Knicks
- New Jersey Nets (and Brooklyn and New York Nets, but the NJ era is my favorite
- Elton Brand
- Dale Earnhardt Jr.
- Henrik Lundqvist
- History related Non-Sports cards
- Attractive women (with or without clothes)
- Anything from Racing Champions I don't have
- Team logo cards for NBA and NHL
- Non-sports subjects in Allen & Ginter
- People with last names starting with Q, U, Z and especially X.
- With that said, I will trade for anything at any time, whether it's on my wantlist or not. I prefer "quantity" to "quality" and I'm a set builder at heart.
There are also a couple of specific sets I'm really hoping to complete some day: - 1996-97 Ultra (NBA), my favorite set ever
- 1988 Leesley Bigfoot (the set that got me started collecting)
- 2002-03 Topps Chrome Refractors (NBA) Refractors are my favorite parallel and this is the closest one to completion
- 1994 Action Packed (NASCAR) tied for my favorite NASCAR set
- 1989-90 Marine Midland New York Rangers (just need the cover card!)
- 1993 & 1994 Skybox The Simpsons (One base card away from completion, also chasing inserts)
- 1954 Topps Scoop (my favorite Non-Sport set ever)
- 1953-54 Topps World on Wheels (my favorite automotive set ever)

Any and all Braves cards from 1954 - Present (RIP Hank Aaron). I have decided to scale back from trying to collect every Braves card ever made and concentrate on the sets I like. Lately it seems to be next to impossible to collect team sets since there are so many inserts, VAR, SP, and just all to many brands. Topps has once again turned collecting into $$$ for them by making so many different brands. The cost to collect is getting to be very expensive and making me question the hobby again. I still plan on trading and looking for the cards I am still missing. Willing to trade just about anything for Braves cards...... I have been trying to do the impossible and collect the entire 2016 Topps and Update Sets. Any help would be appreciated! 2016 Topps - (Last Updated 4/25/24) Base Set - Complete! If something catches your eye, feel free to propose something. Always interested in Topps VARs or SPs to complete a trade. |

Hey guys! My name is Jason Rogers and my two primary collections are Ryne Sandberg and Grant Hill. I'm a huge Cubs fan, so I also collect Cubs cards, specifically numbered cards. I use TCDB to log Sandberg and Hills only for now, but may start entering the rest of my collection as time permits. Don't hesitate to hit the friend request! My collection is relatively small - I try to not to pick up stuff I don't necessarily need. If anything I'm trying to downsize a bit. However, if you find something on my tradelist you could use, here are my collecting priorities, in rough order: 1) my three primary player collections: Kevin McReynolds, Keith Hernandez, Pete Harnisch. Those are, admittedly, really hard to hit because I've got almost every major release from those guys. 2) autographs from everyone who's played for the Mets. Again, hard to hit because the majority of the guys I need either don't have certified autos, are old/deceased, or both. However, they don't need to be in a Mets uniform, which opens up the pool a bit. My need list: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qwZl3ADQSf_gVoFHtuS6t3hRaaHnEzRZ3N3h7sJtjkQ Those are the big two; knowing that those are hard to hit, though and knowing that I just really enjoy trading, here are other things that catch my eye: 3) 1960 Topps. Picked up about 60% of this set from a friend and figured "what the heck, let's go for it." Literally just about any condition as long as there's nothing major (holes, rips) is good for me. I'm down to less than 30 cards for this set, and since they're mostly higher-value cards, I'm really *looking* for off-condition at this point. 4) Mets parallels, but specifically parallels from guys who I really like. :) Mookie Wilson, Ron Darling, Sid Fernandez, Wilmer Flores, and David Wright, mostly, with Nimmo, Gooden, Alonso, and Dom Smith as other options. It's a moving target - sometimes it's just a feel thing. Don't need base, don't need inserts, necessarily, unless they're particularly eye catching. 5) Modern base flagship cards of classic players. The Topps SP variations, basically, of the Clementes and Aarons and Jackie Robinsons and such. 6) Oversized cards. I've always loved the 5x7 parallels of base cards, ever since the mid-80s "Super" sets. They're boxtoppers now, so they're harder to find, and it kind of ties in with #4 a bit, because I really love what Topps has done the last few years with my three favorite sets ever: 1983-1985 Topps. 7) Other G-VG-EX condition vintage. I don't need anything mint. Just love to have some older stuff in my collection. I'm actively looking to downsize a bit, so taking a handful of modern base/low-end inserts off my hands in trade for a few VG/EX vintage is cool by me. I'm generally pretty easy to trade with, I think, but if you're interested in something valuable or vintage, I'd need something valuable or vintage or off my real wantlists. Thanks for looking! |

This site has greatly increased my collecting interest. I'm looking in building Pre-1980 Baseball Sets and my PC's of Johnny Bench, Tony Perez & Dave Concepcion. I am now starting to build interest in non-sports cards as well. I am open to trade most cards not part of any set I am trying to complete. My current set priorities are - updated 4/23/2024: 1950's & 1960's Reds Team sets 1965 Philadelphia War (need the checklist) 1972 Topps (need 4 cards) 2019 Topps Chrome (need 2 cards) 2020 A&G Base Mini set (need 3 cards) 2021 A&G Base Mini set (need 5 cards) 2010 Allen Ginter (need 1 cards) 2009 Allen Ginter (need 2 cards) 2012 Allen Ginter (need 28 cards) 2008 Upper Deck Masterpiece 2011 Topps Update Kimball Champions (need 2 cards) All A&G inserts and mini cards |

PC: Kirby Puckett, Nolan Ryan, Mike Trout, Todd Helton, Nolan Arenado, Nathan MacKinnon. Favorite Teams: Rockies! (and Broncos and Avalanche). I'm from Colorado originally and still call Denver home even though I don't currently live there. Current set building focus is on the following sets (so please be mindful of this when proposing a trade): Baseball: - 1992 Topps (705 / 792 = 89.0%)
- 1989 Upper Deck (259 / 800 = 32.4%)
- 1983 Donruss (290 / 660 = 43.9%)
- 2017 Topps (473 / 700 = 67.6%)
Hockey - 2022-23 Upper Deck (587 / 750 = 78.3%)
- 2023-24 Upper Deck (347 / 500 = 69.4%)
Looking forward to trading with you. |

I collect only Saints cards and anything Archie Manning. My prime collection is every regular Topps issued Saints card and all oddball Saints cards, ie. food, starting lineup, Tuff Stuff, playing cards type items. I recently started collecting all card company Saints cards. My new thing is collecting Shaq cards. |

I'm a set builder. Topps Regular and updated sets from 70s to present. I do not sell or flip, I just like building sets and trading. I like to be quick and responsive in trading. My promise to you, is that if we propose a trade, I will respond very quickly, and if we both agree, your cards will be mailed out within 24 hours. As soon as cards are received I'll mark as received / completed, and then give you a positive review. I would hope for similar from my trading partners. My word is my bond. Currently working on: 2008-09 Topps updated Astros Cards Topps '62-'67 will ultimately work on Updated sets from 02-07 Complete sets of 83, 85, 86 and 87 available to trade for full sets I need Complete sets needed: 2015, 2018 (Topps base) My goal in collecting is to obtain cards to build sets for the enjoyment of collecting and learning about the the game and who played in the past and the present. I do not sell cards and plan to pass my collection in to my boys. I also don't have condition in condition of cards I work in Minor League Baseball for over 20 years with the Somerset Patriots, the new Double-A affiliate | New York Yankees (But I'm an Astros fan). Featured in this Podcast at about 1:34: https://www.sportscollectorsdaily.com/ttm-this-week-dave-marek/ My favorite player of all time is Nolan Ryan, and have a small collection. 1. Kirby Puckett PC - TCDB #9. He was my all-time favorite player to watch growing up, and there is no close second. 2. Twins flagship Topps base cards, including Traded/Rookies/Update. I've completed 1974-2022, and need just 8 more to finish the 1970's before I move back to the 1960's. 3. All Minnesota Twins cards - TCDB #5. If I don't already have it, I want it. As I cross the 15,000 card milestone, I'm shifting focus to collecting one of each of the 961 players who've been on the Twins major league roster. Of those with a card on the Twins (*or minor league affiliate) I've collected 729 out of 847. 4. Joe Ryan PC - TCDB #1. Hard not to like this guy - not only is he an impressive pitcher, but also a big Grateful Dead fan. 5. 2021 Topps Gold Label - Thus far I've completed Class 1, 2, & 3 base, Class 1 & 2 Black, and at least 1 SN parallel for Class 1. I need 10 more to complete Class 3 Black and have 433 of the the 900 [non-1/1] colored parallels. I don't expect to collect one of each SN colored parallel, but would like to get at least one SN card of each player in each Class - for this I need 22 more. 6. Misael Urbina PC - TCDB #1. After hitting a few of his autograph cards in team breaks in late 2021, I've gone a bit overboard and now have one of the most runaway TCDB #1 collections. I recently completed a "Royal Flush" - five consecutively serial numbered cards from the same parallel set. Since it appears young Misael's prospects of making the Majors is flickering, I'm slowly moving on from this PC - mostly now only acquiring low-priced/low-SN cards I don't have. 7. Junk Era set building (1987-1994). I've finished about 35 sets, working on another 7. Most are very close, just 1990 Leaf with quite a ways to go. |

Focusing collection back down to Cubs and Bo Jackson mainly. Love trading, BUT please be realistic with your offers, I can't trade key RCs for a bunch of base! Also, really trying to get rid of most of my collection, happy to sell commons very cheap to any set collectors out there! Also, please be mindful that even though a card on my wantlist may be a 10 cent common...that doesn't mean I don't care if it's in beat up condition, thanks! |

I collect error Cards, variations, and all Garrett Whitley or Ian Anderson cards. If you find something on my for sale/trade list but don't have anything I'm looking for, I am more than happy to sell at very reasonable prices. For the vintage cards on my wantlist, I am looking for VG+ condition. No creases. 1-2 rough corners is OK, but I don't want 4 rounded ones. Centering isn't too important, as long as I can't see the next card on the front or the back. I want clean, unmarked checklists. Not all of the vintage on my trade list matches these criteria, and that is why many of them are on my trade list as I have upgraded the cards over the years. I will let you know condition before agreeing to a trade. The CJ McCollum and Josh Allen cards on my wantlist are lower priority. They are there mostly as filler or if you find other hoop/football cards on my trade list that you are interested in. I'm unlikely to trade higher value baseball for anything other than baseball. Find a bunch of common baseball and the only matches are McCollum and Allen, we can probably work something out. I also have a LARGE quantity of 1991 Topps separated out by glow back, non-glow, bold logo, etc. I don't have them listed on the site as there is no way to distinguish between the glow and non-glow backs. If you collect these and are looking to trade, please look me up and we will certainly figure something out! |

(IMPORTANT) I had to add this statement since being ripped off three times on large trades: Should you be a first-time trader with me and no matter how many great feedback notes or how many digits your total trading number is I will insist you mail first and provide a tracking number on larger trades that will be verified prior to my shipping your cards. I have had to do something here since I have lost over 2000 cards due to dishonest people on this site and it stops here and now. THIS IS NOT PERSONAL TO ANYONE it is just my way of protecting my product when trading! Again, to those easily offended traders, spoken in the words of the CAPO: "It's not personal Sunny, it's just good business". Smaller, low dollar trades would naturally not fall into this category and if You and I have traded in the past, please disregard. I trade for EX/MT to MT cards. Filling Baseball/Football sets. I have some Basketball and Hockey to trade for Football/Baseball. Fair value trades only! No 91 junk for 70s! All mistakes will be made right. I keep my stock in good condition and inform trade partners of defects. I'll expect same in return. My Steeler and Pirate binders always have empty pages to fill. I also collect Tony Gwynn and followed his entire career God rest his soul! Hit me up with a trade proposal and we'll see if we can get it done. |

Trading: PWE shipping, will use multiple envelopes if needed. My collection is one that sparks joy to me. I have no rhythm or reason to it, each card brought joy to me and so it was added to the collection. My want list is cards that spark joy for me. My Want List is being re added to and will grow greatly over the next few weeks/months. This hobby is my saving grace! I found it as a way to help my anxiety and the friendships I have made in this hobby are amazing! I truly appreciate everyone in this hobby! I look forward to doing lots of trades here and getting these cards in your mailbox and collection where they belong! One of my binder projects is a Topps Twins project and am mainly needing the vintage now, I am happy to add cards with character aka poor condition for the vintage cards. This project is to tell the story of the decades and what better way than to have character to the cards. That's for the vintage, I don't want 1990s cards that are rounded edges and ripped up. My collection is valued at how much I'm smiling at the end of the day :) |

Keep It Short & Sweet update of my profile. - I do both PWE and bulk trades.
- Collection falls 1990’s therefore I am looking for Near Mint or Mint cards. No chipped photo edges, no creases, watermarks, yellowed cards, dinged corners. This is what I will send you and it is what I expect in return. If you have questions, please advise prior to accepting a transaction.
- I pull cards before making a proposal unless stated otherwise on very rare occasions.
- When I offer to purchase cards on the TCDb, I traditionally pay on receipt of the cards.
- I would like a response to my offers within seven days.
Am sure I forgot some other things to add, but this is a start. |

I am primarily a Topps baseball set collector trading for cards which (mostly) will be added to my personal collection...one that hopefully one day will be passed along to my kids to continue this awesome hobby. I am currently reviewing the sets I have so I can list upgrades, so I will likely be adding to my wantlist frequently. My biggest goals for right now are to finish my 72-76 base sets. Of course, I am always looking to add to my sets from years prior to that.
I am trying really hard to find several cards from the 2001 Fleer EX baseball set, including the Behind the Numbers inserts...only a few to go, but they just don't show up very often. I have a good deal of cards from other sports, gaming, and non-sport genres to pass along. I have no problem trading modern for vintage and vice versa, as long a the perceived value is pretty fair. Lots of cards to trade/sell, message me if you are interested!
******** For all late 70s/early 80's cards on my Wantlist, I am looking to upgrade cards with bum corners, marks, wax stains, etc. I am looking for NM cards from this era in most cases. ************ |

Finally rid of the crutches and now just a cane, should be walking on my own soon. Still a little slow in replying cause life is busy but always looking for another trade! Thank You to all that helped out with my 2021 and 2022 Bowman sets, I just put the last card in my binders and I always look forward to that feeling. Just finished 2022 and really appreciate all the help, only 6 Invicta left for 2023 Bowman...getting close and any help greatly appreciated! I hope to get this finished before 24 comes out. Any help on 21/22/23 Topps Chrome (and Sepias)/Chrome Update(and purples), 2021 Topps/Topps Update, 2021& 2022 Panini Chronicles Baseball would be greatly appreciated. Any help with 2020 Chronicles FB, 2020 Select FB would be great and hoping to fill any other holes in my binders. Always looking for Julio Rodriguez, and Darrell Taylor cards to keep those collections going and keep my #1 spot, and after losing a binder of about 200 Griffey cards I had collected as a kid will always look to trade for one that I don't have. Favorites: Baseball: Ken Griffey Jr, Julio Rodriguez (as of 6/9/22 I am #1 collector on the site), Randy Johnson, Kyle Lewis, Ronald Acuna Jr, Logan Gilbert, Cal Raleigh, Bryce Miller, Fernando Tatis Jr, Kyle Seager, Jarred Kelenic, but love all my Mariners! Football: DK Metcalf, Darrell Taylor (as of 4/6/23 I am #1 collector on the site), Kam Chancellor, Justin Herbert, Tyler Lockett, but love all my Hawks! If you have cards of these sets/players that I don't have assume they are on my wantlist. So close on the 2021 Bowman Baseball and 2020 Chronicles Football. Any help on these two sets is greatly appreciated and thank you to those that have helped out so far! Baseball sets I am trying to fill first: 2022 Bowman (so close and any help with the top 100 would be appreciated), 2023 Bowman Lunar Glow Refractors (65 or so left), 2021/2022 Chronicles (excited to try and finish them) , 2021 Select, 2021 Diamond Kings, 2021 Stadium Club. Football sets I am trying to fill first: 2020 Chronicles, 2020 Select, 2020 Optic, 2021 Absolute Retail, 2021 Prizm Draft Picks, 2021 Chronicles Draft Picks. I collect mainly Baseball/Football but have a little Basketball, Hockey, and Soccer that I have opened up and added to this site for trade purposes. Slowly but surely I am getting my collection uploaded and at some point would love to trade all of my doubles for cards that fill my sets and help others do the same in the process. |

Primary focus is Topps Baseball. My main goal being the 71 set. I'm also big into Star Wars. Don't have much on my want list but I'll never turn down star wars cards I don't already have in my collection. My son and daughter are both big into different non sports (Pokemon, Mars Attacks, and anything political) and boxing. If it's on my want list I'm willing to trade for it. Shoot me an offer. |

Collect Henderson and Winfield; along with other HOFers. Also like to build base, subsets and team sets 1976-1989. Mainly interested in 1976-1985 Topps Baseball sets / 1978-1983 Topps Football sets, / Basketball mid 70's - early 80's. Looking to also complete insert and subsets (League Leaders, etc.); Topps/Fleer Glossy All Star sets (84-90); Post cereal sets (1990-2002); and into the 7-11 Disc sets and other oddball stuff from mid-1970's - 1990 (Food issue sets, subsets, etc.). I would also like to complete 1991 Topps Archive (1953) & 2001 Topps Archive set. Also looking to see how many 1987 Topps gum stain (on back) cards I can get - maybe compete a set although not sure all cards have gum stains. CARD CONDITION: Looking for nice cards (sharp corners/nice centering; NrMt-Mint) for my collection and I will return the same. The majority of my cards on my For Sale/Trade list are NrMt or better (unless otherwise noted). Anything I have that is less than ExMt will be discussed before mailing. Trading not top priority and may be more selective with trade offers. Condition is everything when trading. May be willing to sell. Diehard Yankee, Cowboy, and Supersonic fan |

11/16/22 - I have turned off trading while I decide what parts of my collection that I keep and what I'll liquidate. If you see something that you need, send me a message. Team Collectors - I have 1000's of pocket schedules from MLB, NBA, and some NFL, NHL, MiLB & College that I no longer collect. Let me know if you are interested in them to either trade for or buy. I started collecting autographs and Mets stuff in the early 70s. After a few years away from the hobby I'm getting back into it, and getting my existing sets back up to speed. METS COLLECTION -I have a near complete run of signed Mets Topps cards (Topps main set) from 1962 to 2006. I have 1,335 of the possible 1,379 cards signed from those years - I'm also working on getting an autograph of every Mets player. I have 987 of the 1,111 players in Mets history - Individual signed balls from Mets players on the 1962, 1969, 1973, 1986, 2015 teams - I'm currently 2nd on the David Wright collection list with over 1,000 cards. - I also collect Mets Yearbooks Programs, Tickets, Pins, Bobble Heads and just about anything Mets HALL OF FAME COLLECTION - I collect individual signed balls, Gold HOF Plaques, B&W HOF Plaques, Dexter Press Color HOF Plaques, Perez Steele Postcards, TCMA Baseball Immortls, Donruss HOF Heroes, cards, 8x10s and index cards - I'm trying to get 1 card of every HOFer but I can only use 1 card from any set. For example once I used a 52 Topps Monte Irvin, that set became off limits to me for any other player. CURRENT SETS (Signed and unsigned) - I try to get the all the cards signed in the sets that I collect. - 1985 Topps set COMPLETELY SIGNED - 2001-2010 Topps Hertitage - 2004 Bowman Heritage & Topps Cracker Jack I'm slowly adding sets, traders and wants to the site. If you need something from my trader list but don't have anything on my wantlist, please reach out to me. I'd rather trade, but I'm willing to listen to buy and sell offers as well. I get dozens of trade matches a week, where collectors have common cards from the junk wax era on their wantlist but have nothing for me. If that's you, I'm willing to sell these cards for the cost of postage and a few bucks for my time. I'm happy to make a 1 for 1 PWE trade for any of the SPs that need. Thanks for reading Bob Follow me on Twitter @Mets86champsT to see a daily post of additions to my collections, and on days when I don't get any mail, I post cool (at least I think so) items from my collection |

UPDATE 12/6/2023: After a 6 month hiatus from TCDb (my last previous login was 6/5/23), I've finally logged in again. Apologies to all those who proposed transactions or sent messages during my absence. I will be making some updates to my card inventory, and I'll be making some trades here and there. ------------------ PLEASE NOTE: My FS/FT may be a bit inaccurate due to a couple of transactions outside TCDb. Please don't let that stop you from trying to work a deal though. I'll confirm that I have all of the involved cards before I accept a proposal. However, I do apologize in advance if I am unable to find a particular card that you're looking for from my list for a trade/purchase. Let's make some trades! ------------------ Anything I have available in my FS/FT list is absolutely for sale. ------------------ About my collecting goals: I am primarily focused on building vintage baseball sets. (If it's a vintage baseball card not on my want list, I might still be interested. Just ask!) Many modern cards on my wantlist, especially the Donruss puzzle pieces, Collect-A-Books, etc., are very low priority, but that doesn't mean that I'm not interested in trading for them. Trade proposals: I try to make fair and balanced trade proposals. However, if I make one that seems imbalanced, please know that it wasn't intentional. I am always happy to review and consider counter-proposals. I am always looking for opportunities to "get to a 'yes'" when working through a potential trade. Some trade proposals just don't work out for one reason or another, and that's OK. I will try to respond to all trade proposals in some form or fashion: a message, a counter-proposal, etc. I respectfully request the same courtesy from other members. I am happy to see if we can work something out, even if you don't have something from my wantlist. I'll often look at cards that are available on someone's FS/T list to see if there is anything I can use as "trade bait" in exchange for something on my FS/T list that a fellow collector has on their wantlist. Card condition: Conditions of cards, especially vintage, can vary. Regarding card condition, I generally don't like using the letter grading scale (e.g. Ex, VG, G, etc.) because those terms mean different things to different people. (Even the professional grading companies can't agree on what specific terms mean.) I've tried to note my collection with any egregious condition issues (such as a marked checklist or very poor card condition), but sometimes I might have missed making specific notes here or there. If you are looking for specific condition of a card (especially vintage), please DESCRIBE what you are looking for such as "no creases/writing", "no marked checklists", or something similar. It will help in trade conversations; I'm also more than willing to send photos of my cards. (If you have Twitter, that's an easy way I've found to swap photos and chat about a trade discussion. If you don't have Twitter, I will usually provide links to photos of the cards involved in a trade if requested; i usually use PostImages to share links to photos of cards involved in a trade.) Regarding incoming vintage cards, I'm generally seeking to avoid cards with any major blemishes such as creasing, paper loss, writing, etc. Some corner/edge wear is generally OK as long as it's not too extensive. Centering is generally not an issue unless the card is miscut. I will sometimes make condition exceptions on star cards that might make good placeholders. For modern cards, I'm looking for NM/M condition. When in doubt, exchanging photos is helpful. For easy photo sharing, I recommend using https://postimages.org/ --------------------------------------- I also collect memorabilia from: - baseball (especially HOFers, current/former Dodgers, Giants, Yankees, and/or Angels)
- football (SF 49ers)

Got back into collecting and am going to collect Topps only, base sets. Am collecting both baseball and football. I love trading and its generally more important to me to complete sets than to seek equal value, so I'm not afraid to take less if it helps complete sets. When it comes to grading cards, I'll be as honest as can be. I look for as good condition as I can, and will try to trade the same. Update; finally getting around to entering cards from late 80s and early 90s. Most of these are trade bait, I'm only keeping Topps, so I'll be very generous on trade offers with them. When I get around to putting basketball in, I will trade basketball for baseball or football. Trade away!! |

*** trades CLOSED at this time** Will listen to small sale offers if I have something you need a lot.******* Cardinals Baseball any year any brand Some Vintage Topps Baseball Set Building (in any condition)..... Also doing 9 page project of John Riggins (Football/Redskins), see want list, can use dupes of some. Memphis Grizzlies basketball added to want list past few years I have NOT separated my traders into dot and no dot variations (or letter variations). If this matters to you, I do not mind checking for a particular one for your want list... I do expect nm or better condition on 81-present cards (unless agreed upon lower condition in messages) On vintage, I collect any condition except on upgrade lists. If you do want to trade vintage, please be clear on what your condition requirements are....many of my extra vintage are in lower conditions.. Oddball/Food Issue/Magazine/insert cards- Typically these have a much smaller print run/population than regular set cards like topps, fleer, upper deck etc. When trading for these, I like to get similar for similar. I will likely not accept a trade offer of oddball card for regular issue set cards. Completed 2812+ trades with 641 different traders (in multiple groups) since 2005 Have lots of wants on my web page, not on this database Everything in dupes collection is available for trade even if not in trade/sales list I can only ship on weekends .... Some of you may be frustrated that I turn off trades, but here is why: I am in multiple trading groups, and simply do not have time to do more than 1 or 2 trades at a time I am open to offers if you want to buy although my primary focus is trading. |

Always up for a trade but also willing to buy and sell. My wantlist is still very much a work in progress and really only reflects my highest priority wants. If there is something you want from me and you don't have any matches with my wantlist please feel free to message me and I will try my best to find something we can make work, vintage commons in good shape are always useful. Listing the condition of the cards in my for sale/trade list is not something I plan on doing as I prefer to send pictures and let people judge for themselves due to the subjective nature of card grading. The vast majority of my vintage traders are EX or better with no creases and solid Cornings but this varies from set to set and the older the card the more likely it is that it is one that fell short of my personal collecting goals and thus may have more serious flaws. Please let me know of any sensitivities you may have at the beginning of the transaction so we can ensure both parties are ultimately satisfied. I would like to receive pictures of incoming cards for every vintage trade. My main focus is vintage set building and finishing my 1970's run, for those sets I am only looking for cards that are EX-MT or better. For 60's sets and later I will generally aiming for EX or better, for PC players and oddballs I am most likely willing to accept any condition. I also collect Cuban items and PC the guys listed below: Keith Hernandez Gary Carter Tom Seaver Mike Piazza Jerry Koosman Gil Hodges Jon Matlack Elston Howard Minnie Minoso Tony Oliva Larry Doby Luke Easter Earl Battey Monte Irvin Casey Stengel Bill Freehan Andrew McCutchen Daniel Murphy |

Chipper Jones and Austin Meadows are my PCs. I like simple trades, but will do large ones if worth it. Looking for complete sets? I currently have 1970 - current Topps sets that I would love to sell. |

Trading: A minimum of 12 cards going each way unless there is a true gem / vintage in the trade. PWE acceptable but prefer large trades of 250+ cards in each direction. Please confirm that you actually have the cards before Accepting a trade; I always do the same at this end. Vintage for vintage; HoF/stars for same; inserts / parallels for same, all as much as possible. Priority are vintage, OPC and sets on my UserLists. Having tried to offer cards from these lists will increase the chances of my Accepting a trade; totally disregarding these and offering me 12+ commons from a set that I am so far from completing that they do not make the list is more prone to being Declined, especially if I see you have cards for trade that are on my lists. ------------------------------ Stats: As of 31 December 2023: Wants OPC Baseball: base sets 1965-1994 + 1981 Grey Backs and 1990 white stock test issue parallel - 295/13,896 cards (2.12%). Wants Topps Baseball: base sets 1951-2022 + 1952 Black backs, 1954 Canadian, 1975 mini parallel, 1993 & 1994 Gold parallel - 2,348/49,189 (4.77%). Breakdown by decade: 1951-60 - 1,087/3,816 (28.49%); 1961-70 - 854/6,135 (13.92%); 1971-80 - 313/7,721 (4.05%); 1981-90 - Complete; 1991-2000 - 31/7,856 (0.39%); 2001-10 - 61/6,986 (0.87%); 2011-20 - 2/6,841 (0.03%); 2021-23 - Complete. Trading/PIF/Purchases on TCDb: 2023 - 195 + 5 still In-Progress; Cards Sent - 11,877 / Cards Received - 9,527 Total since being a member: Cards Sent - 84,113 / Cards Received - 73,209 (# of trades really doesn't matter to me as it can be misleading to the quantity of cards have come and gone). Sets completed through Trades/PIF/Purchases in 2023 - 85 sets; 170 sets since Dec 2021 when I started tracking this. --------------------------------- 2024 Goals: 1. Reduce my OPC Base set needs to 250 (presently 295); 2. Reduce my Topps Base set needs to 2100 (presently 2348); by decade - to 1960, 1000 (1087); 1961-1970, 750 (854); 1971-1980, 250 (313); 3. Complete all 3 years of Donruss Triple Play (1992-1994) including inserts. Presently missing 45 cards, all inserts and the 1992 & 1993 Promos. 4. Complete all Leaf Studio Base sets (currently missing 30 cards - 1995 (12), 1997 (6), & 1998 (12)). 5. Complete 80 sets / insert sets. 6. Complete all of the Topps Glossy All Star, Rookies, & Send-Ins sets from 1983 to 1991. By year: 1983 Complete; 1984 AS Insert Complete; Send-In (4); 1985 Complete; 1986 Complete; 1987 Complete; 1988 Complete; 1989 AS Insert Complete; Send-In (22); Rookies (3); 1990 AS Insert Complete; Send-In (3); Rookies Complete; 1991 AS Insert (10); Rookies (24). COLLECTING - Sets: 1954-1968, 1977, 1997-2023 Topps Baseball sets, including updates. Here is my Topps Set Completion Status List
- Teams: Baltimore Orioles, Washington Capitals, Baltimore Ravens, and a few Baltimore Colts.
- Players: Cal Ripken Jr., Jim Palmer, Alexander Ovechkin, Dale Hunter, Chris Simon, and Olaf Kolzig.
TRADING Overview - Trades only. I don't buy or sell cards on the TCDB.
- U.S. TRADES ONLY. Shipping outside of the U.S. is expensive.
- I have 50,300+ different cards listed for trade (I don't list multiples). Fair, base-for-base, trades are welcome, especially in bulk. As a set collector, there are a lot of base cards on my want list. Having a large number of base cards on my want list makes it difficult to line up one-for-one trades for requested inserts, stickers, or non-base cards, especially in bulk. If you're asking for inserts or non-base cards, please offer cards that are similar.
- Let's communicate to make sure both parties have all cards available and in acceptable condition BEFORE either of us commits to hitting the "Accept" button. It's a mess trying to fix errors for damaged or missing cards after accepting.
- I'd like to stay within the same decade for vintage trades: 50s for 50s, 60s for 60s, and 70s for 70s. For 80s and later cards, it's not as important. Also, I'm OK with trading across sports or for non-sport if you are.
- I love to trade, but if I have more than 10 transactions going at once, I will momentarily turn off my incoming trade proposals to let the queue clear before turning it back on. I thank you for your patience and understanding.
- If you are a team or player collector and we have a large trade going, please take into consideration that it will take me a longer amount of time to pull your cards spread out over many different boxes and locations, especially if variations are involved, as opposed to pulling cards all from the same set located in one box.
Condition and Variations - For trades involving pre-1980s cards, expect to exchange images of cards to verify condition. Everyone's standard varies on what is acceptable condition. Exchanging photos solves this so both of us can determine if the condition of the cards being exchanged is preferred by both parties.
- For 50s-70s vintage cards coming my way, I'd prefer cards without tears, heavy scuffs, surface damage, writing, heavy creases breaking the surface, severely rounded corners, holes, wax stains, or part(s) of the card missing. Everything later than 1980 I'd expect to be near-mint or mint condition. Again, I'm open to exchanging images of cards to verify condition, especially for vintage cards.
- If offering cards with dark borders such as 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2007 Topps cards, please ensure that they do not have surface damage from bricking (snow) or edge chipping. Thank you.
- I make every effort to enter the correct variations. If you are a variation collector, please ask and I will verify that the variations are correct. For me, the only sets that I'm concerned about receiving the correct variations for are the 1981 Fleer, 1991 Topps, and 2012 Topps sets that I'm trying to complete master sets of.
Trade Sizes and Shipping - The bigger, the better! I'm trying to complete sets while helping you to complete yours, so large fair trades are welcome! My biggest single trade so far has been 3,509 cards: 2024 TCDB Site Award: Largest Trade. We can top that, right?
- I use the Trade Matching feature often to propose large trades. If you're on the top of my match list, don't be surprised if you get a large trade offer from me. I'm trying knock out sets while helping you with yours.
- For Plain White Envelope (PWE), I prefer to trade 15 or more cards to make it worth the postage unless the cards involved are of higher value or vintage cards.
- 15 to 24 Cards: PWE, unless you prefer otherwise.
- 25 to 48 Cards: Two PWEs (because getting TWO envelopes full of cards in the mailbox is better than getting only one!).
- 49+ Cards: Team bags in a plastic bubble mailer, or a 200ct to 500ct card box. All larger trades will have a USPS tracking number sent to you in a transaction message.
- I try to mail out as soon as possible. When work is crushing my soul, I will let you know my mailing is delayed. Apologies in advance.
Thank you for reading my profile and stopping by! SET BUILDERS, UNITE! HAPPY COLLECTING! |

All Topps cards are correct! 1981-1992 Donruss are loaded correctly For your frame of mind. I keep my PC in a binder. I'm grading these on my eye test and I tend to grade a little lower. Most of my VG/EX might be actually EX. So, if you really need a card and want to see the condition I'm happy to scan it in for you. I didn't get it finished. too many projects. But it's June I'll be sure to find what I say I have, and continue to update as I go. Thanks for visiting my page, I've got a bit of a problem, I'm trying to collect any set that I have more than 50% of the set collected already. So if you see that we have a match on a rather weird card, or sticker, yes I do want it. I PC - Don Mattingly, I do have a lot of his cards but odd balls, numbered cards, and some from 2020 that I've slacked on I still need. Variants, Variants, Variants, all brands. I'm looking at "junk era cards right now". Also check out my football card wants. Especially 1990 Pro Set Variants. I'm happy to trade or sell my doubles. I've got boxes of them I'm ready to move. |

I'm jumping back into the trading game again, however, I will probably only have 1 or 2 nights a week to devote to it, so if you send a request, please be patient as it might take me awhile to take a look at it. |

Not collecting anymore. Getting rid of all my cards. If my trading is turned back on, it's only to list what someone wants to get from me, not for trades. It's been fun, but there comes a time for all good things to come to an end. This is my time. |

PROFILE UPDATED: April 10, 2024 my SET COLLECTION: I collect predominantly hockey cards. When I first got into the hobby in the early 90s, I was only into baseball. I quickly expanded into hockey, but shortly after made the wholesale change just to hockey cards. I am also a Star Trek fan and collect those cards, as well as whatever other particular sets attract my or my kids' interest. my PLAYER COLLECTION: I often collect cards of certain players with the intent of getting them signed, usually TTM or in-person at charity hockey events I play in. I have created user lists to showcase these cards: Baseball, Hockey (A-C), Hockey (D-F), Hockey (G-I), Hockey (J-L), Hockey (M-O), Hockey (P-R), Hockey (S-U), Hockey (V-Z). I even show a list of signed cards available for trading or selling (for donations): For Sale/Trade. This player list changes frequently. The list was last updated April 25, 2024: Craig Anderson, Ken Baumgartner, Kevin Bieksa, Jennifer Botterill, Dave Keon, Georges Laraque, Kevin Lowe, Wilf Paiement, Marie-Philip Poulin, Bob Rouse, Natalie Spooner, Ian Turnbull my TRADING NOTES: - I mail cards on Fridays. If you need me to send cards before the next Friday, please advise me before accepting the deal.
- My first preference is to trade cards/sets, but I am open to selling as well.
- My standard will be to send cards in PWEs (plain white envelopes), including multiple PWEs in a single trade. Bubble mailers, etc. will used on an as needed basis. If you have a specific request you need to let me know.
- I've tried to enter variants as accurately as possible, but if you are particular about a certain card (ex: type of hologram on back of UD hockey card from early 90s) please reach out so I can verify.
my PROMISE TO YOU: I strive to be a trustworthy and reliable trading partner. If you have any issues with our transaction, please let me know so I can make it right. My ask is that you do the same. We all make mistakes from time to time - it's how you handle those mistakes that truly shows what kind of trading partner you are. |

****Mailing from a US military address in Japan**** I will ship and receive USPS from a Fleet Post Office (FPO) at standard domestic USPS rates and procedures. Anything larger than a PWE coming my way will require a customs declaration to be completed by the sender at no additional cost. This process is largely automated and/or straightforward if you're using Click n Ship, Stamps.com, Pirateship etc. I use and recommend Pirateship.com This is a hobby for me. I am interested in the history of the cards, my team and the players who wore the uniform. I enjoy cataloging my cards, organizing my sets to view and searching out the cards to complete them. Values of cards are relative to me as I do not entirely view my collection as an investment, but the cards that I do wish to collect come at a price and therefore I do seek likewise returns on trades for higher value or rarer cards e.g. SPs, rookies etc. I do my best to ensure that my available trade cards are accurate and I will pull all requested cards prior to accepting a proposal so it may take me a few days to respond to any offer. Just about any Yankees card is a welcomed addition to my collection. I have not gone to the trouble of adding all parallels, SPs etc. to my wantlist yet but I would also like to trade for these. Especially interested in any mini- or over-sized cards, die-cuts, coins, stickers, booklets, posters, pins, memorabilia cards, manufactured patch cards, autographed cards, serial numbered cards, food issues and oddball cards. When trading for any cards from 1980 onwards I am only interested in EX-MT condition or better. >99% of my listed trade cards are pack pulled as of my TCDb join date and are generally in "pack fresh" condition. If you have specific mailing requirements or requests please let me know when proposing or before accepting a trade offer. |

Priority of my want lists: 1 - Any and all Phillies cards (almost anything not in my collection is a "want") 2 - Various set ventures (baseball - 1972 Topps, 2016 Topps Chrome, Archives, Heritage sets, then hockey sets) 3 - Baseball HOFers (1980s) 4 - Baseball HOFers (1970s) 5 - Baseball HOFers (1990s) 6 - Baseball HOFers (other decades) If there are any other categories of want lists, they would fall between set completion and HOFers. I added approx. 90,000 cards available for trade in early 2023. [The next section has been updated on 3/4/2024] Note: Currently transactions are ON. While I have transaction requests turned on, trade proposals will be handled in the order in which they are received. I am continuing to take it slow because I don't have the time or patience to take on too many trades at once. Additionally, I have found that it makes it easier on both sides because the cards are known to be available. And please, when we do trade, please make it so that the postage to/from your location to mine makes a trade worthwhile for both of us. Thank you. Please also note that I am very much open to selling in addition to trading. If you see stuff you want and don't have anything in return, that's okay. We'll work out a deal that will be fair for both of us, not just me (and not just you, please). (The listings over at the SwamiLee account are in my possession and I am also selling those. The only sport left there is baseball.) |

Thanks for reading my profile. I enjoy trading cards I don't need for those that I do. I've been in this hobby for many years (I remember opening 1955 Bowman packs at our local candy store)! I usually don't pull my end before making a proposal; most times, I'm trying to get a feel for how doable it is, and it saves me from having to refile cards if things fizzle out or if I'm countered. I will, however, (usually) pull before accepting a trade. Please counter, if need be! Communication is key to good trading! I have some physical limitations..it may take me a bit to pull cards so your patience is appreciated! 1. My top priority is completing sets.
2. Recent Phillies teamsets and inserts. I do multiple teamsets to help local Philthies Phans! 3. Older Phillies teamset needs..all brands. As mentioned, I love to trade, will reluctantly sell ... cheap, if we cannot swap! PLMK what I have that you can't live without! Phillies is my team, through thick and (mostly) thin! PWE trades are great and assumed unless we agree otherwise - bubbles used if worth the shipping costs! Slowing down though - the old body won't let me hoss those 5000 count boxes too much - thanks in advance for your patience with me!! |

On August 9, 2006, (Harry) Kalas called a close play at the plate as Chase Utley scored from second base on a routine groundout against the Atlanta Braves: Chase is going to keep going and he's safe at home plate! Chase Utley, you...ARE...the...man! |

April 2024 - I've added a lot of Young Gun cards to my FS/Trade list, please don't propose a trade for these cards without being willing to offer Young Guns in return. Response A) Hate being a stickler about this but I'm really focused on wrapping up my Upper deck sets and need Young Guns cards to do so. Response B) I continue to get lopsided trade offers with folks wanting Young Gun cards, expect me to counter. March 2024 - I am extremely busy at work right now and have next to no time for card related items. Happy to look at trade offers when I can but the hobby is not a top priority for me right now. January 2024 - Over 1400 trades completed and I've owned/traded/moved over a million cards since joining the site 6+ years ago. That being said, the current state of trading on this site is atrocious. Several years back, the traders were all great to deal with but this has changed dramatically in the last few years and there's truly on a handful of traders which I feel any level of comfort dealing with. Trade offers go ignored, are countered with ridiculous offers and petty issues seem to be common anymore. I left out everyone seems to treat their cards like million dollar prized possessions. I started a No Trade list but it seemed like every few days I was adding someone to it, not worth it guys and gals. I'm finding that I can buy cards I want either from Sportlots or eBay with so much less hassle. And cheap too. All that said, when my current stash of postage runs out, I'm turning off trading and not sure if I will be returning. Was a fun ride while it lasted. November 2023 - Trade Values - I am back to using Beckett to look at card values for trade equality. Willing to trade to Canada again. I am though not accepting any responsibility for any losses, etc. once I drop my envelope in the mailbox. Trader beware! October 2023 - Nothing against any of my Canadian traders but I am no longer trading to Canada due to issues with Canada Post and the USPS destroying envelopes causing loss of cards, cards needing to be resent, issues with postage, etc. It's too much folks. To pull, package and ship cards, only to have one of the postal systems destroy the package makes it a fruitless endeavor. It's a waste of both time and money. Sadly, Canadian trades make up most of my trades so this is probably the beginning of the end of my trading days. I will probably beginning selling off most of my collection starting in 2024. It's been a fun ride but thats the way I'm heading right now. ****1990-91 Upper Deck Hockey VAR's on my For Sale/Trade list - Highly unlikely that I have any of the oddball VAR's. These cards were entered mainly as placeholders meaning I do have one version of a given card but probably not the version you need. If time permits, I may be open to checking VAR versions but it's not something that I enjoy doing nor high on my list of things to do. **** September 2023 - Continuing to focus on collecting one card of anyone who is the four Hall of Fame's. I'm over 90% complete on Baseball and Football. Basketball is lagging far behind. Haven't updated Hockey but I should be in good shape there as well. Supplies: For anyone close to Denver, I have a large amount of trading supplies that need to find a new home. I have BCW card houses, 5000 and 3200 count boxes and a host of smaller boxes (800, 660, 550, 400, 300, 200 and 100). The latter is a mixture of used and new Collect-Save-Protect or BCW brand. Disclaimer on PWE trades I'm hearing of, and personally experiencing, more and more issues with PWE trades. Mainly postal machines destroying/bending envelopes or envelopes arriving and the cards being missing. I have not seen issues like this in my prior 1100+ PWE trades. That being said, I will continue to send 25 cards or less PWE but once the envelope is dropped in the mailbox, I'm no longer responsible for damage/issues after that point. I'm not sending replacement cards or funds if there's damage once the USPS has my/your envelope or your cards are lost in the mail. I'm very close to no longer writing "Non-Machinable" on my PWE envelopes. This doesn't seem like a makes a difference to the USPS and the financial costs for doing this quickly add up. I hate to take a hard stance on this but short of stopping trading (or doing larger, bubble envelope trades), I have no other options. I'm spending too much time and money on postage to send replacement cards, when the issue arises, to make trading worth it. Happy to do larger trades (30+ cards) in bubble envelopes. What I'm collecting for: 1)I'm primarily an Upper Deck flagship hockey collector. I'm working on completing a few remaining base sets and then chasing Young Guns and insert cards. 2)I'm also collecting RC's (when possible) of all NBA/NHL/NFL/MLB players who have been inducted into their respective Hall of Fames. Also collecting non-players cards as well if they are in the HOF. Basically if the person is in the Hall of Fame for their sport, I'm hunting their RC or if it's a non-player, some type of card for them. 3)Finally, I'm collecting Baseball/Hockey and to a lesser extent, Football sets, of the 1970's/1980's. Card condition: If your cards look like they have been manhandled, I'm not interested in them for my collection. No creases, rounded corners or teeth marks. Buying cards: I've had several folks approach me about buying cards..I will rarely be interested in buying from someone and, odds are, I will reach out to you first.. Trade size: Make it worth our time.. PWE packaging: I am no longer using cardboard protection in my PWE trades. Historically, I've done 100's of trades with cards just in 9 pocket pages and then placed in envelopes and have had zero issues. After some issues I have seen lately with including cardboard in my PWE trades, I'm no longer spending the extra money, and time, just to have cardboard protection in an envelope. Postage: Please make sure you have proper postage on whatever you are sending me. Seems to be half the envelopes I get are short on postage. Minimal postage on a PWE envelope is $1.03. Canada trades: Has between 9 and 25 cards or less. I can't afford to send big trades unless there's additional cards/value to compensate. Trades less than 9 or so cards don't make a lot of sense either from a cost standpoint. |

Baseball collector only I'm open to trade for any cards I don't have in my collection if there are cards on my for sale/trade list that you want. Just shoot me a message or offer and we can try and work something out. If you are a variation collector in a trade, please let me know and I will verify the cards are the variations that you want. |
