Conducted a purchase from Bob after his recent forum posts, and was beyond pleased. Communication from the get-go was outstanding; very clear and open. Pricing was more than fair; no ridiculous upcharges for anything or unrealistic value expectations. Shipping was prompt and the packaging was some of the best I've seen for a lot this size.
