Sport and non sport cards...as well as new and vintage figures (toys)!

Nearly my entire collection of cards and figures (along with most all other material possessions) were maliciously destroyed not long before I joined the database. I came only looking for ideas regarding starting over but instead I gained a greater understanding for the hobby, made some wonderful acquaintances and have learned more than ever expected.

** GOAL: Now if I could ONLY replace my Monkees and Beatles cards- wishful thinking, I know- Hopeefully since condition doesn't matter- I can begin piecing some together without getting stung too badly!**

Condition is important to me. I do not want any modern cards that are not at least NRMT/MT for modern cards. For me this means back to 1980.

NBA:  Karl Malone, LaMelo Ball, Scottie Barnes

UFC:  Anderson Silva, Dustin Jacoby

Collecting all parallels of Prizm UFC 2021 & 2022, I have many doubles I'd love to trade for some I don't have!

Albert Pujols (St. Louis only), Brian Urlacher, Khalil Mack, Walter Payton, Bo Jackson, Justin Fields

If you see something in my collection not on the For Sale/Trade list, feel free to make a trade offer. I like the "no-brainer" trades, that I glance at, and quickly accept.  If I glance at it and you're sending me 9 base cards and asking for 9 parallels or patch cards, I'll move on to the next offer.

If you PC someone in particular and see something in my collection, trade offers welcome.

Just because it's on my Trade List doesn't mean it's a throwaway card.  It's on there for trade bait.  Also, there's a lot of Bears cards I would consider even if it's not on my want list.

I typically send out trades PWE, unless the total value warrants tracking.  My version of PWE involves protecting the cards before they go in the envelope.  I prefer to not receive cards that have been run through the mail sorting machine, only in a 9 card binder page.

I collect: NBA, NHL, NASCAR, Star Wars, History, Military, DC Comics, Olympics, whatever interests me

Current project is trying to get at least one card of everyone to ever get one for NBA, NHL and NASCAR. Also working on getting at least one example of every set ever for the above sports. (Wantlists on Cardboard History)

I have some health problems that make it challenging for me to get to my trade stash. It makes me a slow trader as there are some days when I'm simply in too much pain to access the boxes. My health problems are not transferable so you do not need to fear catching anything from trading with me. I generally only can mail on Saturdays.

Trading:

I prefer to trade 1 card for 1 card. I do not care about any made up "book value". I will gladly trade more than one card for some as well...there are a few cards on my tradelist that I do need more than one card for in return though. I only put sets on my wantlist that are close to completion, so if you have something else in any of the three sports or the Non-Sports topics I focus on, odds are I will want it. Only reason I wouldn't is if I had it already.  If you don't have anything from the topics I mainly collect, but I have something you want, I will also accept football or baseball in trade, pretty much anything to get a trade done. I would prefer not to trade with smokers. I have breathing problems and cards that come from smokers are essentially useless to me, I cannot handle them. I prefer larger trades but will do any size at all.

I have tried to make sure all the cards on my Tradelist are problem free, with no corner dings, scratches or other flaws, but I am human and it's possible I may have missed something, but all cards sent out are cards you shouldn't need to worry about ever finding a replacement for. I don't demand problem free cards in return as my theory is that a damaged card is better than no card, but writing and paper loss means to me that I don't actually have that card so please don't offer them to me in trade.

If you don't care about condition, take a look through my "Damaged Cards" collection. These are all cards that I rejected from my tradelist for having flaws but they are available for trade. I would put them at one third a card "value" so 3 damaged cards vs. 1 of your cards. If you do want any of them, let me know and I will move them to my tradelist. I don't want to put them all there and cause matches for people expecting good cards and getting damaged cards in return. Some of the flaws are pretty big problems, some you will probably wonder why I didn't list it in my tradelist. While my collection doesn't demand perfection, I am very strict with condition on cards I send out in trade.

Trading Prioroties: (what makes me the happiest to get in trade, in no particular order)

  • 1995-96 and 1996-97 NBA Cards
  • 1994 NASCAR Cards
  • Any NASCAR card that actually focuses on the car
  • Automotive Non-Sport cards
  • New York Rangers
  • New York Knicks
  • New Jersey Nets (and Brooklyn and New York Nets, but the NJ era is my favorite
  • Elton Brand
  • Dale Earnhardt Jr.
  • Henrik Lundqvist
  • History related Non-Sports cards
  • Attractive women (with or without clothes)
  • Anything from Racing Champions I don't have
  • Team logo cards for NBA and NHL
  • Non-sports subjects in Allen & Ginter
  • People with last names starting with Q, U, Z and especially X.
  • With that said, I will trade for anything at any time, whether it's on my wantlist or not. I prefer "quantity" to "quality" and I'm a set builder at heart.

There are also a couple of specific sets I'm really hoping to complete some day:

  • 1996-97 Ultra (NBA), my favorite set ever
  • 1988 Leesley Bigfoot (the set that got me started collecting)
  • 2002-03 Topps Chrome Refractors (NBA) Refractors are my favorite parallel and this is the closest one to completion
  • 1994 Action Packed (NASCAR) tied for my favorite NASCAR set
  • 1989-90 Marine Midland New York Rangers (just need the cover card!)
  • 1993 & 1994 Skybox The Simpsons (One base card away from completion, also chasing inserts)
  • 1954 Topps Scoop (my favorite Non-Sport set ever)
  • 1953-54 Topps World on Wheels (my favorite automotive set ever)

I am looking to complete a Master Set of 2011 Press Pass Fanfare, first and foremost, 2008 Press Pass Eclipse, and 2008 Press Pass VIP, a distant second and third, will be liquidating all else. Willing to trade in your favor for my want list! If you have anything from my want list, and its in your collection, and not for sale/trade, I'd trade in your favor for what you have that I need. I would consider purchasing for my want list, if price is reasonable. As of January 28, 2023, Database is 100% completed for all cards I have, in all sports. Looking to trade ONLY for 2011 Press Pass fanfare on my want list. If no trade possible for cards I am looking for, I am open to offers to purchase.

I am back from Puerto Rico, ready to trade or sell.

PS:  I might consider giving up my collection of 2008 VIP, and 2008 Eclipse as a trade for 2011 Fanfare, but it would have to be a substantial trade towards my quest for 2011 fanfare.

I'm having difficulties with the site. Constant 403s, probably because the ADMINs banned my forum access [not my fault] and blocked all contacts. Trading is a very slow process, using only PMs, I'm always here, just very slow going. Hopefully the new website [see1a] will help communication.

~THE BIG PICTURE is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and has begun. ~

STEP 1 - Sort and organize all cards, physically and onsite. Makes all trades much easier. Also changing my signoff from ~bob~ to just Bob

**NOTE: I have Donruss '87-'92, Fleer '91-92, Topps Big '88 and '89, Leaf '93 and other multi variation sets. 50+ monster boxes, sorted by number, but not by variations. If you collect these, send me a list, I'll look them up, and pull, and trade or sell.

As of the early '90s, I will add 1 representative set/year, Favorite Team Sets and Players for BB and FB. Individual faves for all other sports and non-sports. Vintage pre-90s will always be collected.

THE TRADING POLICY ***New July 2022***

When my Trading is on, the following policy has to be followed. The T/S list inventory is extremely large and varied. So here is the order that I approach trades:

1.     Small , 1 set trades. [@  25 cards]

2.     Medium to Large, 1 set trades [@25-100 cards]

3.     Small mixed sets [2-3 sets, @ 20 cards]

4.     Medium to Large mixed sets are extremely difficult to complete in a timely manner. I won’t decline them but will work on them slowly and push them to the end of the offers.

**5. Sometimes I will push special requests ahead, If I feel I can finish quickly.

I will message you as soon as I see a new offer with a possible timeline. If you  wish to withdraw, I understand. If you are OK, I will accept the offer after I check my cards. Thanks for your understanding, if I don’t prioritize this way, no trades will get done.

I'm Primarily a Set collector: Baseball, Football, Vintage, Hockey, Non-Sport. Prefer Pre-1980 Vintage. I also collect my local DC Area and Some Maryland teams.

I am OK with receiving PWEs containing only 1 card maybe 2. However, I do not send out PWEs. I like having my packages tracked.

I live in the USA and prefer to trade within the US. I can ship to Canada but it needs to be something worth the $15+ in shipping costs. Sorry I will not trade with any other countries it is too expensive to ship, plus there usually is no tracking available and takes a long time for shippments to arrive for either end.

My biggest annoyance is the use of regular clear scotch tape anywhere near the card(s) especially if on the toploader (takes a huge effort to remove it). Also do not like the use of Card "Savers" for more than one card and hate when they are taped shut. If tape is to be used to secure cards it is best to use Painter's Tape (the BLUE tape). It isn't always blue but that is the traditional color.

Hey all, my trading priorities at the moment are vintage (mainly 1972 high numbers) and Topps refractors from the early-mid aughts of past greats (mainly ATFF refractors [2003-2005], Topps Retired refractor autos [2003-2005], Archives Reserve hits [2001-2002], 2004 Chrome black refractors, eTopps and 2005 Pristine [refractors of then-retired players only]). Offer me any of that stuff and I'll be motivated to work out a deal! We could probably still trade even if you don't have any of that particular stuff, but I ask that you please don't offer me "junk" (forgive the term) unless it's "junk" that you're asking for in return, as I'm generally less interested in overproduced stuff.

Check out my blog Baseball Card Breakdown that I've run since 2013. I also do a 1991 MusiCards Blog where I get to ramble more about my youth and music I like. Also worth noting that I occasionally make my own custom cards.

I haven't logged that much of my collection/wants into TCDB yet, but I'm working on it. My card blog, however, features a big wantlist as well as a trade bait page that I'd encourage potential trade partners check out. Thanks!

Primary PC is Hakeem Olajuwon — especially cards from 2000 and earlier, though will consider all others I do not have as well.

Minor PCs of Sean Marks, Kirk Penney and Travis WIlson. (Come on you all know who they are!).

Also as a tertiary PC I am very slowly working on a collection of one RC of all Hall of Farmers.

Cards listed in my FS/FT are (supposed to be) my duplicates. I will consider trading most non-PC cards from my collection so feel free to ask.

I highly dislike Paypal and would prefer not to use for any payments.

Primarily a collector of NASCAR. Goal is to obtain Master Sets of all Press Pass, Wheels, etc. Already have many Master sets. Favorite Drivers are Jeff Gordon, Dave Blaney, Jeff Burton, Mark Martin , Landon Cassell and Dale Jarrett. Not really a fan of Dale Sr.

Strictly a collector now albeit was on the National Circuit for several years during the late 70's and 80's. Back then was a dealer in all sports with a specialty in older Baseball (T Cards, E Cards, Old Judges, Goudey etc.).

Why NASCAR? My father used to build stock cars in the 40's and 50's. I drove stocks (locally) in the early 70's. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of my Dad and I at Daytona and Sebring.

I am one of the members that helps within the site.  I work closely with the IRs and can answer most questions.  Please send me a message if there is anything I can assist with.  If I don't know, I can certainly try to figure it out or direct you to a resource.

I am a player collector...collecting Robin Yount, Ersan Ilyasova, Brett Favre and Bobby Labonte.

I am also negotiating trades for a member that I have been helping with the site.  These cards are all for John.  His profile name is Electric Burrito.  Derek Jeter, Wayne Gretzky, Marshall Faulk, Jim McMahon, Pete Rose, Aaron Judge, Bo Jackson and a few others.

Trying to help a member get the last 1991 Stadium Club variations.  Please let's get him there!!  I have plenty to trade with. Holy Moly!!  Two left!!  Please help us get there!  A VERY BIG THANKS TO ALL THAT HAVE HELPED!!

I like to trade!!  I mainly prefer PWE trades, but am set up for larger trades too.  I have a scale at home and the wife works at the post office so I rarely need to go there.  I like to get my trade list into the hands of members that could use them.  If this means that I give a lot more than I receive, this is fine with me.  You get the cards you need, I get the space back in my area.  I am open to buying and selling, but mainly, I am a trader.

My primary collection is something regional, I really want to collect the old Brewer Police cards, they were issued for each community throughout Wisconsin.  But I have been especially looking for the Robin Yount cards.  I think there are over 775 different police sets issued between 1982 and 1993, with over 850 different cards that I am very interested in (He has two cards in the 1993 sets).  Currently, I have 285 different Yount cards.  It's actually been fun, but I have a long way to go.  Any of the other Brewers cards that I have would be available if you are interested, but let me check on the condition.  Since I am getting a lot of them through thrift stores, eBay and rummage sales, some are pretty ragged.  I also have Packers Police cards that would potentially be available too.

A fun project that I have started is gathering information on Robin's 3,142 hits.  I have been putting a collection together of him and the pitchers that he hit off of.  This means that I am on the hunt for many, many copies of Robin's Topps cards, one copy for every hit within that year.  But also, many AL pitchers.  I plan to match up the pitcher's card with Robin's card and add a little write up of the at bat and the game.  I'm such a nerd.

Came across tcdb.com towards the end of 2019, and I just completed transaction #1,200!  Love everything about this site.  I have met so many cool people from all over the Country, and even a few from Canada and beyond. (Just completed a trade to Finland, as a matter of fact).

Stole this from another member, but......my goal is to have zero cards in my For Sale/Trade List.  So keep the proposals comin'!

My PC list is as follows (with TCDB rankings as of 3/15/2023):

NBA: Giannis (4), Dirk Nowitzki (4), and Tim Duncan (3).  (I also unofficially collect MJ , Kobe, & Larry Bird).

NFL: Sterling Sharpe (5), and Don Majkowski (2).

MLB: Aaron Ashby (1), Roberto Clemente (1), Jackie Robinson (2), Robin Yount (7), Tony Gwynn (7), Hal Morris (3), Mark Grace (7), Ethan Small (1), Pat Listach (1), Corbin Burnes (1) and Mark Langston (1).

WWE: Lita (6).

(Although I currently live in Florida, I was born in Milwaukee.....hence my obsession with Wisconsin sports teams.  Ha)

Please check out my For Sale/Trade list, and feel free to message me or send me trade proposals any time.....let's see what we can get done!  (I don't necessarily trade based on "book value", but rather the value to me, so please feel free to counter if I propose a trade that you feel is unfair.  I also have no rules about "insert for insert" or any of that nonsense, so don't be shy to shoot me a proposal)

I want to collect all 40 of Joe Ferguson's cards. Why? Because in 1976 every 11 year old kid playing backyard football quarterback in Rochester, NY was pretending to be him. I was one of them. He was my Buffalo Bills childhood hero.

I have 3 kids so my budget is limited so i hope to be able to work on my collection through trades on this site. I have been back heavy in the card game since Jan 2021.  I have only been on IG since then and it has opened a new benefit to my collecting addiction lol.

I also collect Stone Cold, Marshawn Lynch, Hakeem Olajuwon, Dennis Scott, Johnny Knox, and Houston Astros mainly George Springer, Kyle Tucker, and Jose Altuve.

Happy Collecting Friends!!!

Hut Stricklin and Tom Peck racing cards and memorabilia; Hooters Girl/Playmate Lynne Austin cards; and Magic the Gathering Vizzerdrix cards, especially in foreign languages.

A Note regarding my FS/FT list: most of myBaseball  "junk era" sets were initially entered prior to the various new variations added since mid-2020, such as Inc/Inc., */**, etc. The system places everything under variation "A" by default, and though I've tried to update everything there are probably a couple of set I've not sorted yet; just ask if want me to check a specific card or set. I have revised my FS/FT list for 1991 Topps; the listed versions are correct for that set, and the cards showing a grade (usually NRMNT) are those with normal backs. The glow-back cards are those listed without grades.

Regarding trades in general, I'm happy to ship and receive by whatever method you prefer from PWE to insured with tracking so long as it makes sense from both ends. Also, I know I have substantially more on my FS/FT list than my Wantlist, but I'm open to other offers if I have something you need. Everything on my FS/FT list is just waiting to be turned into something I collect and I don't mind if it takes multiple steps to reach that end. Here's my general preference for trades:

1. Obviously, anything on my Wantlist;

2. Anything on your FS/FT list that matches the Wantlist of another member who has someting on my Wantlist (which is any Hut Stricklin, Tom Peck, Lynne Austin, or Vizzerdrix card, even if they don't show up; I don't always remember to add things back to the Wantlist after I get them in a trade, but I'm always looking for dupes);

3. Other Racing cards that have at least as many people looking for them than there are listed as FS/FT;

4. Baseball cards that have at least as many people looking for them than there are listed as FS/FT;

5. All other cards that have at least as many people looking for them than there are listed as FS/FT; and

6. I'll consider anything else; coins, cds, dvds, books, memorabilia, fossils, whatever--make me an offer.

Let's make a deal.

    • Any other pre-1970 graded football
      • Any condition, preferrably PSA; primarily looking for cheap, low-grade commons

Any cards that I have that do not meet the above criteria will be removed from my collection. As of right now, I only sell on COMC (and I don't see that changing). I just don't have the time with my lifestyle (working 40-50 hours a week, plus coaching three baseball teams) to pull, package, and mail trades, or even mail my own sales. I do enjoy sending PIFs and typically check wantlists here before sending a box to COMC for consignment. If I'm looking for something specific and notice you have it FS/T, I may reach out to try and make an offer. I don't expect to receive any proposals, and would rather send someone a few cards from their wantlist and get nothing in return than try to hash out a deal.

I do have cards listed FS/T; they are available via COMC, listed in my "COMC" collection, and can be accessed by following the External Sales Link on those cards. I don't have them in my possession, so I can't do a trade with you. However, I want to see these cards go to people who really want them. If you see something you like, send me a message on here and let me know - the price will come down, and I'll even take a bit of a loss to get you cards for your collection. I keep my prices more in line with what is currently offered on COMC, but I'll certainly be wiling to negotiate, especially with a TCDB member, as these are typically higher than what these cards are truly worth, in my opinion.

My collection is one that sparks joy to me. I have no rhythm or reason to it, each card brought joy to me and so it was added to the collection. My want list is cards that spark joy for me. My Want List is being re added to and will grow greatly over the next few weeks/months.

This hobby is my saving grace! I found it as a way to help my anxiety and the friendships I have made in this hobby are amazing! I truly appreciate everyone in this hobby!

I look forward to doing lots of trades here and getting these cards in your mailbox and collection where they belong!

One of my binder projects is a Topps Twins project and am mainly needing the vintage now, I am happy to add cards with character aka poor condition for the vintage cards. This project is to tell the story of the decades and what better way than to have character to the cards. That's for the vintage, I don't want 1990s cards that are rounded edges and ripped up.

My collection is valued at how much I'm smiling at the end of the day :)

Main focus is to complete my 1972 Topps baseball set.  I need around 80 more lower-grade high numbers (>#656).

I’m also looking to acquire, either through trade or purchase, a 2011 Topps Update Mike Trout rookie.  I would trade many personal collection cards for this since getting this card would complete my run of Topps base and Update sets from 1973-2022.

1970’s cards in for-trade list are generally in VG or worse condition.

Cardinals, Rod Carew, Brooks Robinson, Albert Pujols

I trade away all duplicates, inserts, and cards from sets I don't plan on completing.

Some specific players I collect:

Theorian Fleury

Tuukka Rask

Tyler Herro

Carl Nassib

Joe Burrow

I am very interested in trading and if there are any condition issues I will let you know before trading.  I ship small trades PWE unless you request a stiff/non machinable envelope. (All cards in top loaders with penny sleeves and sealed with painters tape).  Larger trades will go in appropriate boxes.

i am interested in a lot of different topics, so if you see something you may want and I don’t have a match, send me a message and I will look through your for trade list.

I prefer to trade rather than sell. It takes me a lot of time to add my cards to the trade list. I have a great # of cards for trade that I haven't been able to add yet. If you want to know if I have it just ask.

Not collecting anymore. Getting rid of all my cards.

If my trading is turned back on, it's only to list what someone wants to get from me, not for trades.

It's been fun, but there comes a time for all good things to come to an end. This is my time.

My goals: I'm trying to complete a few sets from the 1980s and early 1990s. Please have a look at my goals list for details.

Your goals: If you need any cards from my trade lists, feel free to send a trade proposal. Even if you don't have anything on my want lists to send in return, let me know anyway. I'm always willing to try and figure something out, and I'm trying to get my trade lists down to zero cards.

About me: I blog about trading cards and also create and sell custom cards and other sports-related items. If that piques your interest, please have a look at the following sites:

Check out my collecting goals here.

Please note: I can only trade Pokemon cards for Pokemon cards, so said the kid.

Typically, I do PWE (plain white envelope) trades but after a few successful transactions, I'll happily trade larger.

Taking a break from trading. Back soon.

Things I collect:

  How I trade:

  1. I will accept all size trades and also I would be happy to make them in your favor.
  2. I will alert if I notice any condition issues when I pull the cards before accepting the trade.
  3. I will trade to Canada via 2 PWEs max. I will also trade overseas via 1 PWE.  I am not selling to Canada unless you are willing to pay the FULL shipping cost.
  4. I am always looking for everything getting to your collection with no surprises and if you find something you weren't expecting, I will do everything in my power to make it correct.
  5. I do not buy, unless I reach out to you about it.

Thanks, - TwinKiller (Luke)

Trades have been officially shut down as of 8:30 PM (PST) on 9/19/2020 so I can get caught up and I'm not trading for stuff I actually have. I estimate I own 1.3 Million cards and am only 1/5 of the way through them.

Current total of cataloged cards: 238K (Between Main, FS/T and Various Collections)

UPDATE: Neurology confirmed I suffer from Severe Chronic Migraines, which have been causing 90% of my issues. The medications are starting to help. With that said, if you need a few cards I have, reach out. Chances are, I will likely just send them to you PWE as I get organized. (11-16-22)

NOTE: If I have Parallels in my main collection you need--ask. I collect examples of parallels, PC Cards and in rare cases sets. I may being willing to give up parallels.

Collecting since 1984.  Everything baseball that I don't have--I want. Cards listed under the "For Trade" collection are available for trade.

Priority of my want lists:
1 - Any and all Phillies cards (almost anything not in my collection is a "want")
2 - Various set ventures (baseball - 1972 Topps, 2016 Topps Chrome, Archives, Heritage sets, then hockey sets)
3 - Baseball HOFers (1980s)
4 - Baseball HOFers (1970s)
5 - Baseball HOFers (1990s)
6 - Baseball HOFers (other decades)

If there are any other categories of want lists, they would fall between set completion and HOFers.

I have approx. 90,000 cards available for trade that have now been added to TCDB.

Note: I currently have transaction requests turned off. If they are turned on it's only to finalize a pre-authorized transaction. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TRADE PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME! I have 3 large trades that were waiting for the inventory to be loaded (described below). I have 3 others who were kind enough to send emails saying "hey, looks like we have matches", and 4 others have blindly sent full transactions through without asking. If anyone else sends a request through it will simply be declined and you will be asked to read my profile! I am currently filling a couple trades because some members were nice enough to have sent me stuff ahead of time. It's time for me to return the favor. Once those transactions are completed, then I'll open up the possibility to all. But I will take it slow because I don't have the time or patience to take on too many trades at once. When we do trade, please make it so that the postage to/from your location to mine makes a trade worthwhile for both of us. Thank you.

Please also note that I am very much open to selling as well. If you see stuff you want and don't have anything in return, that's okay. We'll work out a deal that will be fair for both of us, not just me (and not just you, please).
