Just one player (with my surname) in baseball (Cardinals prospect) who just has 22 minor league cards from the early 90's to late 90's. Don't think he made it to the majors. Do not collect those as I am not a baseball collector.

I have the Martinez Family Tree collection highlighted by Dennis, Pedro, Ramon, and Tino and at least 1 of any other Martinez that I find (not all are on my Want List). There are some that are excluded from the PC aspect of it like Edgar, and another that is included like Reggie Jackson whose middle name is Martinez.

Like the Commish already stated about The MARTINEZ name.  Collecting MARTINEZ cards is almost too easy.  Plus living up to the Baseball Name, over the course of my 55 years in The Game is even more challenging, but Blessed with so many great opportunities to live amongst the Many with the great MARTINEZ Name . . .

May have to start a Sheena Easton collection.

Now any card with Easton equipment on it might get a little tricky.

Just 3 guys in any of the major sports in the TCDB.  

Les Channell had a brief stint with the Yankees in the 1910's.  He has 1 card in the DB with no images.  He's actually a (very, very) distant cousin from what I've been told.

Craig Channell was a minor league hockey player and has 2 cards in the DB.

Fred Channell was an English soccer player in the 1930's and has 2 cards.

Don't really collect any of them (I'm basically a football team collector).

I didn't at first but then a few years ago decided to start. 

I have had six relatives play in the NHL, with one player currently active for the washington capitals. I am starting to collect them.

I believe it was Ranfordfan who sent me a Ryan Switzer football relic card, a few years back.  I have a couple non-sport cards of Alfalfa Switzer, who actually was a cousin and is from the same town as me (2nd cousin twice removed, if i remember right).  I think there may be other Switzers in the database, but I own no cards.  I would collect them if I came across any though.
