Only one for me, and he only has two cards as a minor league hockey player. I have 'em both, though. :)

Only one player, in baseball, with my last name: Cadyn Grenier. 360 cards to his name, and I've got none of them. 

I'd be happier to find some of my cousin's hockey cards however, there are only 5, and I have none of those either :-(

Yes, there are several players with my last name. I collect a few of them, including one with my first AND last name. 

Last Saturday I found out my dad's cousin's great great (I think?) uncle was starting pitcher  turned umpire Bill Dinneen. Unlikely I'll ever have a card from his playing days.

I have all the cards of someone who shares my last name....zero for zero.
