Day 3 Card: Card has the team name at the top of the front, in capital letters and this particular card's team name is in pink. The photo of the player has the player portion over the team name while the rest of the background shows behind the team name. The player's name is displayed in a yellow diagonal stripe in the lower right of the front. The company name is in the lower left. The player's position does NOT appear on the front. The position does appear on the reverse - which is oriented horizontally (front was vertical) after the player's name and a diamond shape. To the left of the player's name is the card company's logo with the card number located directly underneath it. The back has two different shades of orange and the stats, bioi info, and write up are all in black ink. There is a pattern of baseballs behind the the company logo, card number, name, position, and the bio info (birthdate, height, weight, etc.). This player played with the Astros in 1979-1982, the Mets from 1983-86, and then with his current team in 1987 (all of this can be seen in his batting stats on the back). The "blurb" on the back mentions that he "led the Southern League with 171 hits and 274 total bases at Columbus in 1979...".
