Most of the cards have fallen out of an overly stuffed penny sleeve, inside a piece of paper wrapped around them. They either a are bent in the middle because Chrome bends cards, due to the finish on the card stock or b a shipping error. IDK.
It would have been better to pack them individually in sleeves w something heavier than a piece of paper.
