The Sportzcommish's Giveaway Tournament took a controversial turn last night as fans inundated social media calling for a replay of the chaotic ending of jc645's 4-2 victory over Awesomo1389. Reports of blocking traffic and lying on the streets outside BSO Stadium in Katy, Texas, alongside the armadillos and possums, occurred until police and animal control arrived. At this time no official word on which governing authority took who or what, but there are family members who are inquiring about bailing out the animals and leaving their relatives.
KZSH Lead Sports Reporter M. E. Dia-Lies reports that tournament officials met with Commissioner Moshua Jartinez through the night. Commissioner Jartinez is no relation to the Sportzcommish, sponsor of the tournament, who was soundly sleeping at home while the meeting took place. They do not know each, at all. One time back in the 1990s they did drink coffee with friends but neither recalls talking to the other, though they do confess to admiration for each other.
M. E. Dia-Lies says the issue can be found just after the 21:00 mark on the game broadcast. Fans believe the confusion led to the 3000s being unaware of the inaccurate scoring shown on the scoreboard, and that possibly deflated the emotions necessary for a comeback victory. Further fueling the fire is official word that the final score was updated to 4-3. A copy of the scorebook change prior to official release was leaked by a KZSH source.
Organized Chaos is still the victor, but the underlying question remains: What?
Early this morning Commissioner Jartinez, remember unrelated but mutual admirer of Sportzcommish, announced the action he took on the official tournament Y account.
