I don't even know if I have a right to vote as I am very new to the site. But being an admin in a game situation maybe I can add some information. I don't know the structure of the admins here, but we have several (9) admins on the game. We also have different levels of admins. So when someone gets banned the first time its automatically a week. That gives all the admins time to put it to a vote where majority wins. This is regardless of personal feelings, how much one offers to the game or what the offense was. Ultimately, we go over the offense, what he has done in the past to warrant warnings then the bans. Then once each admin makes their case either way, we vote and we all agree to abide by the decision. This way players get a fair chance. Of course in gaming we are able to watch video and read comments. I don't know Bob or any of the "players" or admins here but I have to assume the admins did their due diligence and came to the conclusion that he needed to be banned. Therefore I would stand by the admin decision. It is ultimately for the greater good of the website and everyone else. So my vote would be NO.

No. How many chances are you going to give? Bob had dozens. Yes, plural. Who didn't he attack? Everyone, me, you, no matter who "you" refers to, he attacked you. He admitted several times to doing things wrong just to mess with the site. He admitted to trolling. He admitted to lying to try and make himself look better and make the rest of us look like fools.
Admin should have banned him sooner than he did, and there are several others who should also have faced repercussions from their actions and didn't, at least one of them playing a role in this thread.
Actions have consequences. Bob is finally feeling the consequences of his own actions.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. I disagree with a lot of senior members as we are calling them in this post. Many people who have been here for a while seem to be stuck in their ways and not willing to change. I have many times turned off my web browser because the condescending way the senior members have either responded to me or others in post they disagree with. In my opinion there are very polarizing personalities on this site regardless of who you are, we are all different and have different ways of dealing with things. When I was first active on this site many people were friendly and I had no issues. As I started having different ideas and questions, I felt more push back from members. I have never gotten a timely reply from ADMIN, but when I have heard others messaging ADMIN it was quick and easy. Something like this decision could really split and polarize this community and this site, as others have said happened to other sites. I think that this site is one of the best sites on the internet, but I have my own issues with this site and members on this site. The fact is, is BOBSCARDZ could make another account and start posting again if he wanted to. I think that anyone could do that if they get banned from forums. I like a three-strike rule, strike one is a 6-month ban, strike two is a year ban, and strike three you are out. I also think we should have a mute button because it would allow me to not see post from certain people but if it may be helpful, I should be able to click see post, much like Facebook does with graphic photos or videos. I think that there are many people here who are stuck in their ways and do not want to change. If we want to get better as a group and website, we need to get better.
I have had issues in the forums and BOBCARDZ has reached out to me about information regarding my issue or lack of knowledge. I think we should let him back in on a probational leash. We all have issues, but we need to learn how to forgive others and work as a collective body to make things better.
Lastly, it sounds like one of the things he tried to push was coasters and it was not allowed and pushed away. Why do we have coins and buttons listed? I do not care if they are listed or not just trying to figure out where is the line.
If not clear I am a yes, but it is ADMIN's site not mine.

Well said and probably voicing what many, many junior members are saying to themselves.

I personally don't know what led to his banning here but I have had a number of dealings with him and all have been respectful and pleasant. It seem he was trying to make this site better whether you agree or diasagree with his methods. I vote YES

This would be where a blocking a certain member would be handy. I really don't know (or care) what any member gets blocked for. But it's admin's site. And what they say goes. If someone is able to do everything else, trading, searching, cataloging then what's the problem?
