I checked the FAQ and the User Manual but couldn't find anything on the impact of leaving Neutral feedback for a user. I don't want to leave negative feedback regarding this user because the issue wasn't that bad. But the results of the trade were not positive.
If I leave Neutral feedback, will that person's positive feedback rating drop from 100%?

No. I had once left Neutral for a trade where the other person sent me a card that had been visibly bricked. When I messaged him of the fact, I got no response or apology so I left Neutral. But when I saw his feedback was still 100%, I changed it to Negative so as to alert the membership of possible issues trading with the individual.

If it is neutral, it is neutral and it should not affect feedback pourcentage. Positive goes up, negative goes down and neutral is... neutral. :)

How do I edit "remove" a feedback? Left like 7 or 8 feedbacks for the same transaction just a few minutes ago. The damn wheel kept spinning on my browser, so I kept hitting the left click ... Now buddy has the same feedback over and over and over and over and over (feels like one of those extended Family Guy scenes) and over and over and over again. Only needs to have one. I hit the edit button on his feedback, but only seem to be able to change not delete.
Sorry this isn't helping answer the question asked what-so-ever.

More of a question than a comment.....What exactly would constitute neg feedback? it seems to me that someone not sending/not communicationg would warrant it, but even then early on I was told that if you left negative feedback you would probably get "retalitory" feedback. Ive certainly had a few less than pleasant trades, but If I were to get stiffed somehow, I would definately leave neg feedback (not caring if they retaliated, when dealing with someone Ive never traded with before I look at thier freinds lists and not feedback....lol I operate on the theory if my dog doesnt like you, Im not gonna either...in this case if they have reputable traders as freinds Im ok with them, if they are freinds with shady traders I decline or move cautiously) For what its worth neutral to me is an unecessary option....either the trade was completed to both parties satisfaction or it wasnt, and if Im on the fence about it just no feedback is left. In the end would less than 100% positive feedback prevent you from trading with a person youve sucessfully traded with before?? Just thinking out loud more than anything

If I see someone with less than 100%, I search for the Negative then find the other member's feedback to see what was said their way. Usually you can spot the "culprit" in the exchange. I have traded with some who had less than 100% because when I did research it, I felt they had received the Negative for no valid reason. I have yet to have a bad trade when doing so.
When I did leave Negative (once), I explained why the Negative was warranted so that others would know and it also lessens the chance of retaliatory feedback; hard to argue the facts. I do find some who write Negative feedback let the emotions speak and do not relay the facts well. It lets readers only guessing on the true story.

I've only left negative feedback once and that's because the other person never sent the cards (and I gave nearly 2 full months) and never responded to multiple attemps of my reaching out to them. I've had 2 other cases where the cards didn't arrive but they had tracking and since the other person wasn't at fault (the tracking showed the cards made it to the post office in New Hampshire then disappeared) I let it go. Can't blame another trader for the post office having a theif.
I don't usually mind when someone has less than 100% feedback, but I will look to see what the negative feedback is. If it's the last feedback left I will wait until they've had other trades before trading with them unless it's for junk era I don't mind losing out on.

Only one way I would ever leave a negative feedback is if I bought a $200 card and never recieved it. I would however ask his other traders who have dealt with them before sending that much money. I could afford to lose a few thousand cards. They are only a piece of cardboard after all.
