I'm lucky...my wife loves sports, especially football. She isn't really into baseball, but she attends games with me and enjoys the time. When it comes to card collecting, she doesn't have any interest in it, but she doesn't look down on me for collecting either. She also doesn't question me as she trusts my judgement and knows it's something I enjoy doing, a hobby. I don't let it take time from us and I also don't let the hobby become a financial strain on us either. If she has any issue with it at all its the pile of cards I need to go through that are in my office...it's a bit of a mess right now.
With that said, if you a single and on one of those dating websites, I wouldn't put down that you collect sports cards as a hobby...you're probably not going to catch her on that one!!!
As far as your second question...I don't know diddly about that product!

My wife continually helps me with the hobby in all facets. She'll purchase supplies and stamps, sorts with me, and she actually asks if she can help book sets and more. It's awesome time spent together. She enjoys the fact that I enjoy a hobby that keeps me at home :)

Wife wasn't into sports when we got together...
Introduced her to NFL Football and NASCAR
she fell right in love with them....
Had been collecting "War Game Miniatures" for years before we met..
Didn't start on Nascar Cards till after our return from Europe (married 6 years by then)...
She did a little non-sport collecting, while filling up all the drawers under the bed
with Cross-Stitch and Crochet Patterns and thread...

My wife isn't into collecting by any means but she seems to see it as a step up from, say, playing video games all night.
And every once in a while I get a "you're going to the post office again ???"
But nothing too bad...

Totally Blessed to have a VERY supportive Wife, across Four Decades now, as She realizes that this has been part of My Life for a very long time (since early 1970's) and it is good to have a Hobby. We both try hard to stick to The FAMSUE Enterprises Budget and are TOTALLY enjoying Retiree Ville, as fairly young Retirees. Plus, We stay very active together and play outside often (especially Tennis & Baseball), so it is not always about Our fairly large Collection of Sports Trading Cards . . .
Grateful & Blessed - Felix

Glad you guys have partners who let you enjoy your hobby. Couple of tidbits from single tomboy me.
I used to work at a hobby shop and so many guys would ask us to put their purchases in a plain bag so their wives wouldn't know they'd been to Douglas Models. I was always baffled by women who got on their husbands about their hobbies when they had their own. Kind of 'it's OK for me but not for you.' I think everyone needs a hobby to escape to whether it's golf, trading cards, model railroad, knitting, etc.
My grandfather once said that he saw it is a quality of a good spouse to show an interest in your partners hobby. My grandmother loved golf and my grandfather learned about the game so he could ask her about her day and show an interest in something that was important to her. In return, you hope she'll do the same.

I'm lucky that my wife supports my interests for me - and now I'm just starting to get my son interested in collecting cards so she gets to hear about cards from two of us!
-------------------------------
I run my own baseball card channel over on Discord (ask me and I'll happily send an channel invite to you). I run group breaks, contests, and giveaways on the Discord. I also write a baseball card blog over at Nachos Grande.

My wife didn't understand card collecting and then I said - you know all those running shoes in your closet? Then it clicked.
