Came across a Topps insert card, probably from the 1980's/early 1990's..Front says..Topps Sports Picture Cards 39 cards only 59
Back has an offer for a Topps Super Sports Card Locker..
Anyone familiar with this card?

On the back where it says Topps Super Sports card locker is the writing green ? If so it is most likely a 1979 Topps rack pack header card . 1980 is 42 cards for 69 cents soit is earlier than '80's.

The Topps sports card locker was one of my prized possessions when I was 8 years old.

It's part of the rack pack packaging from 1979 Topps
Black rack pack box listed in Packaging

This doesn't look like it was cut from a box bottom. I think it should be an insert? It does look similar to that box, but not part of the packaging.

It`s not from the box bottom. If memory serves me right it was at the top of a rack pack. There was a hole in the plactic wrapper right above it in the pack. The cards were underneath it in the wrapping. If the plastic wrapper hole ripped out they would shove the hanger through that card to hold the rack pack on the hanger. It was sandwiched in the wrapper. If you look at the packaging for `86 Topps you`ll see what I mean. It`s just a part of the rack pack packaging.

Thank you Ed. It does appear that we are missing some insert cards from these Topps sets from the rack packs. I think mine might be from earlier than 1979 because it has a different price (49 cents v 59 cents) and the color is red, not green. Thank you!
Now this discussion about a mystery card that someone moved to 1979 Topps baseball doesn't exactly apply anymore. This should be under the mystery card forum, not a set forum.
