When Is a card considered "visually verified" ? I have an 89 Donruss Canseco (b) but no pic of the card has been uploaded onto this site. Once I get my scanner set up I can provide that.

There wasa "committee" of members who got together (virtually) and literally looked through their own collections of cards. I had set up a Google Sheets file for them to put an "X" in the cell when each specific variant was verified to exist (by them literally having it in their hand). So each member of the committee visual verified about 90%-95% of what was verified. That took 4 or 5 days. Once the committee was complete, I brought the results to this very thread, and opened it up for others to check to see if they had any of the cards that the committee didn't verify. When individuals said they had some, they sent scans to my personal e-mail account and they were again "visually verified" that they exist.
If the card exists in the checklist here now, it means it was visually verified by one of the committee members or by me after the committee session ended. All of the [a] and [b] versions have been verified to exist. Many members are in the process of going through their cards and uploading images for the long-term documentation of the set. There is one [c] version we did not find (Caminiti) and about 30 [d] versions (we already got one of those listed - along with scans to my e-mail from 2 members).
I hope this explanation summarizes what the rest of the thread shows.

These have been searched by members involved and the checklist is being worked on.

I have too many 1989 cards [@50,000] to keep up with the '89 Forum.
And I have 2x as many 1990 cards [100,000 +] to keep up with the '90 Forum.
I still don't know if we are looking for gaps, I will, but only with the OK.
It looks like my Team Approach didn't gain acceptance. So while everybody is sorting all 700+ cards, I'm just sorting 1-100 for now, otherwise it's too overwhelming. I'll take the Google Sheet option, if it helps the cause.

Hello,
I have #638 - Rick Leach as [d] - VAR: "© 1988 LEAF, INC" & "* Denotes *" on back.
I don't have a scanner but could take a photo.
Thanks to everybody for all their work on this project.
