1) I know bobbleheads seldom look exactly like the player they depict, but wow, I don't think that looks anything like Ichiro. (Other than the stance, that's pretty good).
2) There's a sold out listing of the card on COMC
3) The set listed on COMC is on the site (here), however, it only shows 10 green cards while the Ichiro is yellow. So either that checklist needs to be expanded, or COMC lumps things that are actually different together. I don't have a better answer than that, but hopefully it helps someone figure it out.

There's one listed on eBay, but not much else for details. Says it's a 2001 Topps issue, but there's no evidence of that on the card.

Right? Nothing about the face resembles Ichiro. Not the eyes, nose, or mouth. And did he ever do a mustache, goatee, and thin little "chinstrap" beard like that? I wonder if the manufacturer just had a bunch of surplus heads from another player sitting around, and decided to use those instead of designing a new one.

Hmm. Seems to be from 2005. From a set similar to this: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/279694/2005-National-Baseball-Hall-of-Fame-and-Museum-Education-Program
I found a reference to the Ichiro card, plus a few others from the same set on a blog (The Chronicles of Fuji) they are a mystery to him as well: http://sanjosefuji.blogspot.com/2020/04/unsolved-mysteries.html A coulpe of the comments for that post helped lead me to the Database's listing of the categories set. Someone mentioned a series of books Baseball Card Adventures? Those don't seem to have cards with them though, and only 12 books but with vintage players with Willie Mays and Roberto Clemente being the most recent players.

The Hall of Fame did produce 10 card sets as giveaways with paid admission. Not sure how many years or if they even published checklists.
here is a listing for the 10 card set including the Ichiro

Looks like they did at least 2 sets, 2 years from our research (Green set and Yellow). They probably didn't make any checklists.

Better deal than the $29.99 eBay listing I posted just for the Ichiro card!

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
