I searched through the NNO filter for this card and couldn't locate (based on pictures, admittedly). I am honestly assuming this is unlicensed/broder garbage.

Looks like it was done by a grade-schooler. Grammer and spelling are lacking.....

Seen a lot worse in the Forums on this site. The spelling and grammar I have seen here at times make it hard to read the posts.

Have no doubt that a Ryan collector would want it. I had an oddball Cal Ripken unlicense card I included in a trade with a Ripken collector and he sent me a message about how much he appreciated getting a card of Cal he didnt have.

Yes you are right this card is a Broder. I have 6 of these exact cards. I got my first card like this back in 1992 out of a collection I bought at an auction (in person)
