I suppose it could be; what exactly do you think is wrong with it?

Are you referring to the card number? There were two series printed as seen on the backs; "series of 48 cards" and "series of 144 cards". That's the correct card number for the 48 card series. When they did the second series, they reprinted the 48 from the first series and added 60 more cards. This card became #42 in the "144 card" series.

Do we have the 48-card set listed anywhere?

No, we only have the second issue "144 cards" (actually 108 cards) listed. And it's a mix of "48" and "144" card images. We need to create a separate "48 card" listing. The 48-card "first" issue was issued in 1933-34. The second "144-card" issue was issued in 1934.

Glad I didn't add that as a VAR or ERR/COR.
Does someone have the full checklist for the 48-card set?

I'll be added it to my long list of things To Do. So far I've only found the "series of 144" checklist.

The images are for the 144 series reissues. They don't show the images for the original 48 series nor backs with card numbers.
