I think sets like this as well as WS cards should have key players linked to the card and I hope no one goes about de-linking them.  My initial comment on the Howie Long card is that, it is a card of Howie Long, not of George Brett who happens to be in the picture. If the card were not Long's but was titled something like "Cross-sport friendship", then linking to Brett would be acceptable.

David, now you're diving into specialty sets. The rules mentioned previously are the ones for the mainstreeam, major release type sets. Apples and oranges.

Thanks Dan.  I don't know enough about racing cards to know what is considered mainstream.  I was just looking to see if Marty Robbins had any racing cards and those came up.  He was my grandma's favorite singer, and my uncle Marty is even named after him.

I also happen to like both apples and oranges.  So I will probably go after these cards anyway.  

Yeah, I'd like to thank you for bringing that up, because I'm a big time Marty Robbins fan (I swear I belong in the 60s - I don't know another 25 year old who can sing every word to "El Paso").

I knew he drove, but it never dawned on me to looking for racing cards. I'll be looking for some now myself, so let me know if you end up with any duplicates ever.
