Upper Deck had a great scent, but the first years of Stadium Club with the coating smell....ahhhh

I remember the smell of opening packs of papyrus cards and trying to get the elusive Osiris pink parallel with the tears of Cleopatra (DNA certified). 

Been hunkered down a bit long I see.

Canadian lockdown has been going on for 17 months. I hope to leave my house in April. Lots of time for creative insanity.

Just kidding. We are a little locked down but things are looking up...to me.

There's also A NEW SMELL OUT THERE!!  The smell of your Mailbox being opened with Trading cards in the Envelope arriving from a TCDB member for pennies... Thanks Everyone out there TCDB..

For all of you that wish to relive the pack busting memories from the 80's and 90's, I still have a bunch of unopened stuff from that era. None of it has the now-hazardous gum, but I have single packs of 1988 Donruss baseball, a sealed box of 1991 UD baseball packs and some sealed packs and boxes of NFL and NASCAR cards from around 1991-1992. I might have some other stuff too, but I'd have to check on that. LMK if you are interested with a PM.

I remember the unique powdered sugar smell that the 1970 & 71 Fleer Laughlin World Series packs had. Much differerent than the Topps smell. [edit] I think that is a big reason I remember getting various packs from those sets. Usually the reack pack version.
