Consider yourself blessed.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

People already on places like Facebook Marketplace selling a box of Tim Horton packs... $250 for 100 packs. If you just went in yourself it'd cost you $200 for those 100, or even cheaper if you buy some drinks.
Someone did post a complete base set for $30 though. Is that a good price for these base sets? I haven't collected Food Issue cards since McDonalds did basebeall cards in the early 90s.

Neat! Are they only available in Canada, or in the US too? I'll have to swing by my local Tim's.
edit: No, it looks like they're Canada-only.

No Timmies near me as well and not worth the 2hr drive just to pick up some cards. Tried to get some last year but they were all sold out by the time I made it into the city. I may or may not get some this year as well lol
Didn't Canadian Tire put out hockey cards? Haven't seen those around in a while.

I was able to get the Sabres at all the Buffalo Tim Horton's last year. I think if Timmie Ho's is in your city, they have just the local team set available.

I don't collect hockey but I do collect trading partners...I can try to round some up to trade for baseball as I'm surrounded by Tim Hortons!

I'm mostly organizing over adding right now.

I put up a post on Facebook this year and am getting some help from my scale modeling friends. I wish they were available here...our closest Tim Horton's is about 7 hours away.
The Canadian Tire set was from 2018-19. I just got my second and third cards from that set as a birthday present from one of the great people on this site. I had bought one on COMC last year just so I could have one...and it was a cheap card of my favorite player.
-------------------------------
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
