Walmart has Ultra Pro 100 Platinum 9 pocket pages at $17.00, not sure how long it will last though. Picked up a few earlier today. 

I use 500labels.com for my return address labels.  500 for $7.95 if you don't need anything fancy.

For trading to Canada or overseas I use global forever stamps, I believe the current rate is $1.45 each.  1 stamp covers 2 oz to Canada.  That little bargain has opened up more trading opportunities for me.

Regardless of your eyesight, you're going to need a magnifying glass. Comes in handy when verifying variations and determining card conditions. I have a few different ones lying around.
