I'm not 100% certain, but I think this photo was taken at Milwaukee County Stadium on May 30, 1994. This was the first game of a three-game series between the Rangers and Brewers, Texas's only trip to Milwaukee that strike-shortened season. Frye played in all three games, but Nilsson played only in the first game and the first four innings of the second game before being removed for an unknown reason. The two best candidates for the play this photo is depicting are:
(1) Bottom of the fourth: Nilsson doubled to left off of Kevin Brown — he might be sliding safely into second to beat the throw.
(2) Bottom of the sixth: after reaching on an RBI single, Nilsson was erased on a B.J. Surhoff ground ball double play (recorded by the BBRef game log as 2B-1B, SS-2B). It is possible that Frye tagged Nilsson as part of this double play.

I think #1 is more likely than #2. Here's the box score and game log:

The #1 card in the set is Frank Thomas. The Mariners check list notes Griffey Jr.

All of Hale's cards list him as being born in Santa Clara instead of San Jose, which was the information known to card companies at that time, so this isn't considered a UER. The two cities are less than five miles apart.

561 - Tony Gwynn HIT, UER - San Diego Padres

UER: Back says "AL batting titles", should be "NL batting titles"

There is an error on this card. It says Tony Gwynn had won "Four other AL batting titles" but Tony won NL batting titles.
