Currently Accepting Limited Trades.

I trade cards to build baseball, hockey and some non-sport sets. I don't buy or sell cards, but I am willing to trade cards for unused US postage stamps. I also have quite a few clean or used top loaders, card savers and penny sleeves that I can trade for some cards as well.

All the cards I list here are NRMT or EX unless specified and I expect the same of you. Even I don't collect micro-variations (dots, stars, copyright marks, holograms, printing plate codes...), all my 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 Donruss have been checked. I use painter's tape for all shipments and I am fine with shipping cards in single or multiple PWEs, if the cards are properly packaged. I don't mind large or small transactions, but I currently prefer the larger ones and a minimum of 16 cards per trade or at least that the cards carry more value than the postage.

Besides helping to complete our collections one step closer each time, the opportunity would be nice to have traded with all the states, provinces and territories of North America. On this site only, I traded with 44 states, 9 provinces and overseas. I can't wait to have a trade in Alaska, D.C., Delaware, Idaho, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba and the 3 Canadian territories. However, if you don't live in the above juridictions, you're still more than welcome to trade with me.

Tip to save on shipping costs to Canada: use PWEs and avoid bubble envelopes, plastic boxes and big stacks of cards. Ship as flat as you can (cut 9 pocket pages in 3 rows and insert 4-5 cards in each pocket). The more it looks like a greeting card or documents mailed in a regular letter instead of a package, the more it tends to be cheaper to ship. U.S. to Canada first class postage (up to 2 oz) is $1.20 and if non-machinable, $1.41. Postal service tends to be slower in Canada and at times a bit harder difficult to predict, but it is as reliable as in the U. S..

A.S.

Quote:   WARNING: I do my best to keep my lists up to date and sorted by variation, but they may contain incorrect versions due to the incessant frequency with which new micro-variations are added. Please ask me first, if they matter to you.

I have been very busy lately with personal resons, and do not have the time I woukd like to invest in this site. I will not be excepting trade propersals for in the near future.

I really enjoy trading and will entertain and try to work all offers. I also would like to maximies shipping, so if you are able please round up to the nearest 10.

If you are concerned about any variation please note it.

About two years ago, I woke up in the hospital from a two-week coma. I was diagnosed with having had bacterial meningitis. Thank goodness, I had a government job and was placed on disability. Needless to say I have a lot of time on my hands, so,I dusted off my old hockey card collection. I enjoy buying huge lots of cards, and going through them looking for shinny treasure. My biggest find so far was a Ovechkin Young Gun.

Do to medical reason, I have lost my  license. I rely on my wife to drop packages off in the mail. However, she works 4 on and 4 off, so if  we accept a trade, it might be few days before the cards get shipped. If you would like to wait until I ship my package before shipping yours, that is perfectly ok.

I am not a grader, but going by memory, I would say that 75% of my trade list s are in NM to to EX. If I pull a card that I do not consider to be in EX shape, not centered, or has marking or creases, I will let you know and give you a chance to exchange the card before shipping.

My collection is slowly being loaded. If you see a card you want, do not hesitate to ask for a trade. Only a few cards are keepers. Like the  Ovechkin Young Gun

I am new to this site, if I do something against house rules, please let me know.It is also very important to me to  keep a 100% satisfaction rating, if you are unastisfied, please let me know.

I am confident that I logged the variations correctly, but 1 or 2 might have slipped. The only exception is the upper deck holograms. The bacterial meningitis damaged my optical nerve in my right eye and find it difficult the see the hologram variation. If you are concerned about any variation please ask.

I have 2 boys under that are of  8, my wife works shift work, and I am trying to organize and upload thousands of card. If you haven't heard from me in 2 days, please send me a message. I have a brain injury and get distracted easily.

After reading all that and you still want to trade, bring it on.

Looking to build up my Gretzky collection before retiring from collecting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I have something you want but don't have any cards to offer feel free to make me a money offer. I will sell anything I have on my sale trade list

I have just passed my 100th trade mark and it happened with a member from Florida. When getting closer to the 100 mark I thought to myself I want to do something with whomever it is that will be my 100th trader. Well it just so happens that this member is building sets and is working on the 1977 Topps football set so I've decided to offer or pay forward all of the cards I have of that set and to pay for the shipping cost. Just my way of saying thanks. If I ever reach the 200th trade mark I'm going to do the same thing again so keep the trades coming.

I can't believe I was able to make it to 200 trades but I did. The lucky trader that was my 200th is Ricky Bobby out of Ottawa Canada and I will be sending him a package this weekend. A mix of baseball and football cards that he has on his wantlist. To you Ricky Bobby a giant thanks for the trades we have put together and to all of the members I have traded with, many thanks. Not sure if I will make it to 300 trades but if I do we'll be doing this again. Cheers to everyone.

To all the members -  I hope you are all doing well and being safe.

I’ve been collecting cards for over 45 years and have over 301,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with over 200,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.

Note on Donruss * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
At the moment I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation (I honestly hate variations myself).  If the specific variation is important to you, please say so in the trade offer.  I'll do my best find the correct one, if possible.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 7,500 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

Collect both baseball and hockey, but for now I just have hockey in here so focussing mainly on that. Though I do collect Ozzie Smith - so always looking for any of those that I don't have.

Still have a lot of cards left to update in the system so if you see something you want but don't know if I need anything from your list, feel free to reach out and I can check out your trade list. Looking for mainly PWE trades (see below) and/or willing to meet up locally (or relatively close to) to exchange.

Located in Cambridge, Ontario.

How I Package PWE:

I put cards either in 9 page pockets or sleeves and put cardboard in the envelope to keep it from bending and send regular mail. If you are looking for something different please include in the trade. Also, most cards are I have are in really good condition, but not all cards are, so if you are looking for cards that are only mint please let me know - I am not that concerned about number of cards as long as trades are relatively fair on both sides and that it is worth the postage.

Let's make a trade!!

***The ONLY exceptions to my 18-card minimum each way in trades are those that include ANY vintage from ANY sport***

Trading priorities are:

  1. 1959 Topps Baseball
  2. 1962 Post Baseball
  3. 1975 Topps Baseball
  4. 1976 Franken-set of Crane, Isaly, or any brand baseball discs
  5. 1999 Upper Deck Ovation Baseball
  6. Any 1980-89 subsets, inserts, boxed, food, or oddball issues

I'm willing to buy your lower grade vintage matches up to 1969 as a last resort. Not really buying modern cards except at bargain bin prices and only as sets.

I collect. I DO NOT invest in cards and it is reflected in my trading. I don't trade using price guides, if you do, then look elsewhere please. I do attempt to value cards based on player and era and am always open to back-and-forth negotiations if needed. I always send up to 27 cards securely in a plain white envelope (PWE), and please stay within eras; I consider vintage through 1979, 1980-1987 post-vintage, and 1988-present as modern;  I can gladly go as big as you want. It's all about economy. I trade regularly with my foreign friends, mostly to Canada, and since I'm able to send them up to about 180 cards securely in a large business envelope, depending on where I am on my budget, that's how I'll trade within the US. Trades larger than that will most certainly be sent with tracking.

On vintage on my Trading List from 1958-1979 assume a Bell Curve with the majority between Gd to Vg. As far as my expectations for cards I'm receiving I honestly am unconcerned with creases, rounded corners, slightly off-centered, but if you are unlike me, then I can happily provide scans as needed. I do not expect you to be as flexible as me on condtion.

My Derek Jeter and Albert Pujols cards not in other subsets, inserts, or sets I'm collecting are available for trade. Their particular RCs are available ONLY for higher end vintage cards on my Want List.

Hey all!  My name is Kurt and I got back into the hobby in 2019 after being out of it for 25 years.  I enjoy set building and TTM's.  Fairly new to this site and constantly adding/updating what I have/need.  Set's I am currently focusing on are listed below and of course I have too many going at one time.  I also PC Braves, Ripken JR and Robin Yount.  I am always looking for a good trade so make an offer. I have a lot more to trade than what is listed.  Updating that weekly. The only thing I limit is my vintage trades.  I try to keep it vintage for vintage (pre-1980).

Important Trading Notes:

  • I ask that trades are kept within era.  For example, I will not trade 1957 Topps for 1990 Fleer.  No matter how many junk wax era cards are offered in return.
  • Condition of my cards: 1974 and older are mostly G-VG.  Some may have creasing, off-centered etc.  None have paper loss or tears.  1975 - 1985 are VG-EX.  Some early checklists may have marks.  1986 to current are mainly in EX-MT condition.  If you have a specific question about condition feel free to ask.
  • I will typcially send cards via PWE unless the quantity is above 20 and then I will send BMWT.  If you wish a smaller trade to be sent BMWT, please adjust the trade accordingly.

**Important Note regarding my FS/T collection: I do TTM (Through The Mail) autographs so there are times I will pull cards from that collection to send out and may forget to update.  If you propose a trade and I don't have the card that may be the reason.

Currently focusing on the following sets:

  • 1957 Topps  (249/407 - 61.2%)  Master Set  (249/416 - 59.9%)
  • 1976 Topps  (625/660 - 95.2%)
  • 1977 Topps  (657/660 - 99.5%)
  • 1980 Topps  (677/726 - 93.3%)
  • 1981 Fleer (631/660 - 95.6%)
  • 1983 Donruss (601/660 - 91.1%)
  • 1983 Topps (791/792 - 99.9%)
  • 1988 Donruss (657/660 - 99.5%)
  • 1990 Upper Deck (790/800 - 98.8%)
  • 1992 Topps (775/792 - 97.9%)
  • 1993 Select (388/405 - 95.8%)
  • 2020 Topps Base (685/700 - 97.9%)
