I like to trade and sell extra Tony Gwynn items.

I’m all for exchanging pictures of cards to help clear up any questions you or I may have. Whether it be vintage, anything with a potential condition issue, or just nailing down that we’re talking about the same parallel. I myself am not uber focused on condition. What’s most important for me is getting the right version of the card I’m requesting. As for shipping, I can send cards out about twice a week typically and prefer pwe. Thanks for reading & for everyone who has already traded with me!

With the taking on of a merged Collection, Traders would be wise to click on the "Match Wantlist to Collection" link...in addition to Trade Matching.  If a card is outside of my listed Collection parameters [i.e., Dave Winfield, Robin Yount, Jose Canseco, Hank Aaron, etc.], it is likely FS/T in the newly Merged Collection.  I have not decided how I am going to transfer items over to FS/T yet, as I have hardly had any opportunity to look through the cards to get an idea of where things might be located....and this could take some time. *******

Additionally, I have begun the process of adding my Vintage cards - here is what I am going to do...in efforts to get them in with SOME expediency, my first round will be to log them in.  Since I do not expect any of them to be NrMnt, understand that any card NOT given a Condition Moniker...is awaiting one.  If you put those on-trade without looking here first, I will alert you during the trade that Condition is pending, and I will prioritize your card(s).  If you see a FR or PR card listed, that card is available to you free of anything in-trade.  Just put it on your trade and it's yours - we're calling the card a Placeholder until you find Sir Minty!!!

The Username...I am a Monty Python fan.  Castle Anthrax is the castle in the Holy Grail movie that houses all the white-clad ladies who are under the oversight of Zoot.  She wonderfully says in response to Sir Galahad's query of the castle's name:  "it's not a very good name, is it?"  And so it is.  You can also call me Shoe Shine Boy, as that's the name I should have chosen and has occupational relevancy.

Among my favorite Gwynn cards is the 1997 Topps Sweet Strokes insert.  Give the back a read and marvel.

Trade Proposal Recommendations:

Your best enticement is Tony Gwynn cards!!  That’s my Primary Collection.  I would love to find my excess cards a better home.  My favorite trades are the ones i can enjoy at a glance:

• Base cards for Base cards
• Inserts for Inserts inside a set (i.e., trade the Maddux insert for Gwynn insert) - THIS ARRANGEMENT might just earn you some generosity if you can swing it.
• Inserts for Inserts (90s and. 00s in-focus)
• Serials for Serials

I don't mind mixing card types up, at all. 

I'm good with PWE or padded - as we transact, we'll iron out those preferences.

I am building 3 Gwynn collections; my personal collection consists of my nicest cards in top loaders and graded cards.  My second collection is a collection I'm building for my brother.  I also have a 3rd collection that is in binders for easy viewing.  It is not uncommon for me to ask for 2-3 of the same cards.  

I have lots of Project 2020 cards for trade.  I would like to get The Gwynn cards from this and the Project 70 sets.

       I am still uploading the majority of my trade list, but I finally have all of my Tony Gwynn cards listed.  I am willing to trade Gwynn cards from my collection but only for older Gwynn cards or Gwynn Rookies.

I am also interested in any cheap complete baseball sets or bulk buys if you are located near me in Monument, CO.  Shipping is just too much for these sets or bulk commons.

I want to collect all 39 of Joe Ferguson's cards. Why? Because in 1976 every 11 year old kid playing backyard football quarterback in Rochester, NY was pretending to be him. I was one of them. He was my Buffalo Bills childhood hero.

BASEBALL: San Diego Padres, HOFers, MVPs, CYs, ROYs and other baseball legends, as well as baseball players from Mexico.

I collect for fun, so none of my cards are professionally graded, but all of them are at least in very good (or better) condition. I'd also like to get cards in at least very good condition, so please let me know if any of the cards you're offering are not in good shape (bends or creases, severe corner wear, or major scratches), as I probably won't want them in my collection. Ask for details if interested in the condition of the cards I offer, I'll do my best to disclose any significant issues with the cards before accepting a trade.

I'm not an expert, I make trade offers in good faith, and try to reach equal value, so if my offer doesn't look good to you, let me know, I'm always happy to make a deal. 

I'll send the cards via PWE unless we agree otherwise; Due to recent issues with USPS, I'm now choosing to take the envelopes directly to the post office to make sure they're processed properly, so it may take me 1 or 2 days to ship, and I can only ship on weekdays. I'll do my best to communicate when making a deal.

I like most, spent way too much money on baseball and other trading cards in the 80's and 90's.  I am no longer collecting but everything I have is up for sale.  Please let me know if you have any you'd like to see scanned / photographed and I will do my best to respond in a reasonable amount of time.

(I do understand the system applies a "value" or "price" which is not necessarily what the card is worth. If you're interested in something, let's negotiate a reasonable price).  It's not lost on me that so many of my cards are basically worthless.  So, if there's a card of value you're interested in buying, remember to take a peek at the other cards available as I may be able to just include them in the sale...it's better than throwing them away.
