Collects:

I collect Vintage to New from All Sports & Non Sports.

I Do enjoy building complete Sets. (I even build the "junk era" sets.) Also like Non-sports stuff & food or odd sets from all eras. --- Set building I find fun.

Even tho I collect everything..  I favorite most the Chicago Sports teams.  White Sox, Bears, Black Hawks, Bulls etc. Always interested in Autographs of players from those teams... Even the minor Leaguers. (Love to get more Walter Payton Autographs or stuff from him.)

I am a collector, period. Also collect Vintage Radio's Record players, Reel to reels, Vintage tools, toys, and list goes on. Love the vintage stuff... Only cards I like New too.

I NOT NEW TO COLLECTIONG CARDS..

Not from a rich family. Struggle with bills. Just a hobby.

This my 3rd Collection... 1st one was huge. Built as kid. took up my whole room.  left for college. Brother & his friend Cherry picked everything.. ended selling what was left.. Was Left with all commons. 😞

10 yrs later.. in late 90's. Brother drive to visit me. We live in different states.. We go in CVS. and they selling out all their cards for 1 cent a pack. Brother talked me into buying all them.... we then we went to every CVS. bought all them. The whole chain was selling out... Then we learned how search packs by accident. Got great at it.. did card shows.. one of the biggest dealers.. He go everywhere in his state... I go everywhere in mine.. our collection was together. Shows we trade all the autos and Game used for vintage.. .. had most T sets near complete.. Multipal complete Sets from 1955 to 2000.. 1960s up probably had 20 sets of every year..

But storing them became a massive issue.. houses wasn't big enough.. kids running around.. lot of friends & family can't trust. Took up 2 rooms and entire basement. Was too hard to keep them safe from dampness and people..  got offer of 100k... had to take it.. got too large too fast.. 2 yrs.. got massive.

Now 3rd time around.... started July of 2022...   bought a tiny storage unit for 5$ from auction. To clean out. Turned out there was vintage cards in it.(1950's thru 1970's) Couple days later Brother gets a call from friend. To clear a house they got from a past away family member.. clean out everything for free, for a friend.. More Vintage cards... few days later. Another storage unit of vintage cards.. 1 week... 3 vintage card lots, none cherry picked...... SIGNS to Start Collecting again...

So got that itch to open boxes of new cards... build sets. And start the collection again... Collection #3.
