You probably win the most rarest, oldest and unique collection award if there was one

As usual, Non-Sports cards are totally been forgotten in this list...

I don't collect especially Sport cards  so I would guess my rarest wouldn't be anywhere else than Non-Sports..

I don't have a 1/1, but I do have the only one (on TCDB) of a certain baseball issue.

As I only collect Football it has to be football.

Now is it the 5/5 or the 4/5 or the card that it takes me 20 years to find of a player who has only a couple of oddball cards.

Rarest that would be hard to judge as I have some 1/1's in non sport, football and baseball but favorite rarest would be anyone of my less then /10 Steve Largent or Edgar Martinez cards including jersey and auto cards.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

I had to go with Hockey. 4 of my 5 1/1s are Hockey.

I think this poll should have been more specific on what you consider “rarest”. I have several 1/1 printing plates and sketch cards throughout many non-sport sets. A few wrestling cards SN5 as well as 1/1 printing plates, and 1 basketball card that’s SN7.

I have 2 Complete Sets of Ozzy Osbourne Cards that only a couple of people show to have. I have a 1952 Ohio Blue Tip Match Box with what is said to be Ted Williams on it. I don't think it is listed on here.

I voted basketball as I have two SN1 cards there and several printing plates.

However, as @Havok211 pointed out defining rarity is interesting. Especially now with the explosion of parallels in basketball 1/1 aren't really that rare - there are hundreds across a single release and dozens of releases.

I am sure some older cards could be considered harder to come by unless you wanted a specific 1/1.

I would have to think my 1933 Boy Scout card is the rarest of anything I have.
