I'd be interested in back stories - why these players?
How did you get the pictures of the cards signed on there? I also have a TTMs list and I can’t figure it out. Thanks in advance!
Sooooooooooo jealous with those vintage card and vintage card like Tiger autos!
Sportzcommish - Not really any back stories other than the Trucks is one of my favorite TTMs and I am always looking for vintage signers. Will Clark is my dad's favorite player, while Jaenson and Estes are/were part of the Reno/Cason area teams where I'm from. I have a lot more to add in time. StarrsCards - If you go to the set, then through collection summary add/update there is a drop down menu toward the bottom that says view/add image if card is in your collection. Then you can add a scanned version of your card. rmpaq5 - Thanks! JW is still around so if you have a card, let me know and I'll send you the address I used. He wrote me a letter back so I'm sure he would appreciate one from a Tigers fan :)

Where do you get the addresses from to send to?
Xanadude - I used 2 different sites. I use sportscardforum.com and search for players there as it's free to do so, but I use sportscollectors.net to add to my collection there. It keeps track of how long it takes and has some free access for addresses but there's a fee for the whole database and I send TTM card so randomly it's not worth for me to pay for it at this time.

I did a lot of TTM about 10-15 years ago focusing on Sports Illustrated magazines. Got a few hundred, but then life got busy and spending money got tighter (i.e. kids) so I had to stop. |
