1994 Action Packed Football Forum

In my collection, I have a Joe Montana #11 All Madden Team, with Prototype printed on the back.  I would like to add this to the database, but so far, I can find no other information about this card.  I don't know how to post pictures here.  Does anyone have any other information about Prototypes for this set?

to show a card its really easy to take a photo front and back to show pics, I could walk ypu through it if ya need help

That looks like the card types.  Do you know how to attach a picture to the forum?  I have been successful in adding scans to the database, but not here for people to see what I am referring to.

I will submit an IR with the missing card, card number, description, etc.

Nice find on the 1994 ACTION PACKED ALL-MADDEN JOE MONTANA PROTOTYPE.

Been looking for a copy of this card, but still have not found one for myself.
