Are you talking about multiple POGs on a panel? If so, then a Note2 on the checklist of individual POGs would serve no real purpose. If someone wants to know what panel a POG came from they can go the the checklist for the complete panels. And are the panels actually numbered?

I'm just asking questions
1. 2 players per card (with card number) https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/33993/1995-Pro-Line---Pogs
2. One player and Team Helmet No card number https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/228737/1995-Tombstone-Pizza-Pogs Card is not numbered but each pog is Example #1 for the player and #1-T for the helmet. Card Number 4 image is just the player (Barry sanders) It shoulld be removed as it do not show the card with the helmet.
3. Do all Pogs come in panels/cards/square before they are punched?
4. Are you asking to have 2 sets one punched and the other unpunched? Or like the Var? a for punched and b for punched a c if ther are 2 Pogs on the card?
5. I have Pogs with blank backs and do not know where or how they come from. There appear to be some sets (football) not added.
6. Would the Tonx be Pogs??

That Tombstone set needs correcting. The single, separated POGs should be one checklist and the complete panels should be listed separately in Inserts and Related Sets.

Bob I am going to assume that these are not numbered, therefore for the individual checklist you need a descriptor in note2 that differentiates them from each other so colletors/users can identify which is which if there are no images uploaded yet. Take a look at this set I discovered and vetted while looking up the Big Bang myster card from the other day...
https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/237793/1992-Sports-Journal-Shaquille-O'Neal-(unlicensed)
The note2 field has information that helps the user ID which of the NNO cards from the set they have (which needs to exist if images cannot be uploaded for the whole set, or if something happens to the images), Note2 also explains errors and vars.
The panels are a separate checkist altogether in related sets if they come from a punch card (or commonly for standard size cards a promotional uncut sheet) like here...
https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/154499
So the note2 field of identifying the original location on the sheet is unneccessary. The NNO individuals are the base set and the uncut or punched sheets an insert.

Therefore, from what you are describing, please do not use Note2 for that purpose.

So if I bunch your comments together.
1. Enter the 24 card CL, alphabetically NNO. Scan and add punched pogs
2. In related sets, add the Panels as a separate CL
Now what I'm suggesting is to identify the unpunched POGs with the Panel, Row, Column.in Note2.
How does that sound?

Note2 DON'T describe location on sheet. If there are multiple cards of the same subject and NNO describe like my Shaq example above. If no multiple cards of the same subject do not use note2

N O
We do not do this for any other set - why would we do this here? It does nothing to help identify the POG, just as saying card #124 is on its sheet on the 3rd row, second card in.
Please do not include this extraneous information that we are all asking you NOT to include.

If nobody adds individual scans, Then many collectors won't know what they look like. Only me and you because we are talking about it and know they are pictured on the panels. If accuracy is our aim, we need to link them somehow. We used location on the Fleer Sticker Puzzles, rows and columns. What's your suggestion then?
I know while I'm doing POGS, this question comes up again...handling punched and unpunched POGS and accurately picturing and naming them.

Bob....I have specifically stated twice what to put in note2 to identify and gave you an example link in my first post showing you how it works. If there are multiple cards/pogs /pog cards of the same subject (Two of Barry Sanders, Four of Derek Jeter, Three Unicorns whatever) DESCRIBE the image so if I am looking at the set I can determine which it is. If they are numbered DO NOT use note2. Location on the sheet is meaningless to a user identifying their card.
