Which card are you referring to? When you do a forum post from the set, it does not stay on the page you are on.

I agree with you. The one who added it as an insert even named the insert as the "Box Top Card". I don't think anyone in the hobby counts this as a card; I would be curious to see if it measures the same as a regular card. If we do accept this as a card, then we have a whole bunch of other similar insert cards coming our way.

But you will find them on ebay, usually as "blank back proofs".

If Bob and Dan both say it is not to be on the site then it is a big NO.
C2C - yes I have seen then on EBay. Years ago I seen some similar on COMC. They were listed as proofs/box tops. They were removed after some people complained about not allowing their cards on the site and these were allowed.
