Yes, I'd love to see Franco in but I thought the original poster was just talking about active/recently retired players. If we're talking about players from all eras my list would probably go on for days. If you look a my profile under favorite persons those are players I think should be in HOF, and those are just players active in the 70's onwards.

when Franco retired in 2006, he had the 4th most career saves with 424, and the 3 guys ahead are HOF [Rivera, Hoffman, Smith]
