You're correct. Even over the last.10'years, a lot of advancements in treatment for many types of cancer types. Most of that is because of research. Where I work, we have an entire 12 floor building for cancer, with half of the floors being entirely research floors.
By the way, I just had a small lesion on my upper arm that was biopsied and was diagnosed as Squamous Cell Carcinoma In-Situ. Luckily it was in-situ. On Thursday of last week, I had it removed by the dermatologist. It's healing well so far. I go back in six months for a checkup.
