The Chargers moved back up into a wild-card playoff spot thanks to a hard-fought 17-14 win over the Tennessee Titans and also thanks to a mind-blowing last-second New England Patriots loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. There's three weeks left in the NFL regular season. Can the Chargers hold on to that wild-card spot?
The Chargers and Raiders were two of an amazing 15 out of 16 correct picks for our Week 15 winner, bluerox81! If not for the Jets loss to the Lions, bluerox81 would have gone FULL TURKEY and won all nine prizes! Heartbreak!
Terry selected the 4-card cello sampler pack of 2005 Donruss Playoff Leaf football cards (featuring a 2005 Leaf Certified Materials Corey Dillon (New England Patriots) in front and 2005 Playoff Prestige Randy Moss (Vikings photo, Raiders logos) in back.
That makes eight consecutive unique contest winners with no repeat winners (yet). Will Week 16 bring us our ninth consecutive first-time winner? Or will we have our first repeat winner? Or will we finally have our first FULL TURKEY winner (winning all nine prizes by correctly predicting every game this week?
As usual, predict the winner of each game listed below--no point spreads to worry about. Whoever has the most correct picks will win their choice of one item from the prize list below.
Note:
- Contest entry deadline will be Thursday December 22nd, 8:15 pm Eastern/5:15 pm Pacific.
- There are 16 games this week. Make sure you've posted 16 team picks along with your tiebreaker predictions before the deadline. Predictions posted after the deadline will not count.
- Again a few prizes have been switched out from last week
- For this week's first tiebreaker, predict the grand total of points scored in all 16 games. For example, if you think 100 total points will be scored in each game, then your prediction would be 1600 points. Closest guess wins the tiebreaker. You can be over or under.
- 2nd tiebreaker (if necessary): predict the grand total of receiving yards in all 16 games. For example, if you think 100 total receiving yards will be attained in each game, then your prediction would be 1600 total receiving yards. Closest guess wins the 2nd tiebreaker. You can be over or under.
