I've never had PB&J with bologna OR cheese. A bologna sandwich for me is just mustard and cheese (one on each side of the meat) OR fry the bologna and replace the mustard with mayo.

I put ketchup on everything as a kid, including pizza. After an allergic reaction to something pointed towards tomatoes, I had to stop doing that with ketchup. Turned out that the allergy was chocolate and not tomatoes, but I still don't use ketchup for much anymore. Ketchup on scrambled eggs IS good but I've never tried it on rice. I barely even use ketchup on french fries these days (usually just some salt and pepper on my fries).

I just thought of a couple more that are a southeast US thing but spreading. Deep-fried pickles are delicious (dill pickle slices breaded and deep-fried in oil). Pickled okra is also very tasty. Think of a whole dill pickle, but replace the cucumber with a whole okra. I almost like that more than the usual deep-fried okra slices.

I love macaroni and cheese with applesauce and ketchup. Done it since I was a kid. My friend tried it.... And now he's hooked 

I'm not really into weird food mashups. Probably the only unusual food combo for me is dipping french fries in blue cheese salad dressing.

My intention for lunch later today is to have a baloney sandwich. I am debating whether or not to microwave it. 

As someone who has a degree in Culinary Arts I have put some interesting combinations in my mouth. Some wonderful, others not so good.  One such recipe I have come up with is a Red Wine & Cinnamon ice cream. It gets requested at every family reunion function I attend.

Here's a crazy combo that I eat regularly on a low carb high fiber diet. 

Low carb tortillas which become low carb among other reasons because they use sawdust in the recipe (which adds the fiber to make the net fiber what it is). 

You can't tell the difference, except you get this urge to visit home depot or sweep warehouses. 

  A couple things I absolutely love the flavor combos of are a toasted bagel (preferably an everything bagel, or an onion bagel will do) w/cream cheese and breakfast links. I make it just like a sandwich. Toast the bagel, slather some cream cheese on both sides, throw 3 or 4 sausage links in the middle (has to be the links). Mmmm..Mmmm.

Also Waffles w/ Peanut butter and syrup. Delicious!!

  Another would be a toasted bagel with cream cheese and jelly. My dad used to eat these when I was a kid. I thought it sounded and even looked disgusting. I would see him in the mornings, I was getting up for school and he was grabbing his coffee and bagel w/ cream cheese and jelly and headed out the door. For years I thought "how gross". Until 1 day I tried it. It was AMAZING!!

I know other people who do this one also but my girlfriend hates that I eat this for some reason. I think its because it's cold. Leftover meatloaf. I'll make sandwiches with it. Toast some bread. Little bit of mayo. Nice big ole slice of meatloaf on there. Love it.

  One combo I've tried is absolutely horrible. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast if u can't already tell. Now, I always have a hard time in choosing whether to have a glass of milk or a glass of OJ with my breakfast. I like them both. Equally. So one day I thought, why not have them both. No, not in seperate glasses. Together. Mixed in one glass. I was thinking positive. Like it was going to taste like an orange creamsicle. Man I was wrong. I had a hard time keeping that gulp down.

Well I'm sure there is more, but these are what I could think of off the top of my head.

When you finished your orange milk combo you went and brushed your teeth with Colgate extra mint right? (I learned my lesson trying it as well.)

And whoever thought of throwing a piece of fried chicked on a waffle and drizzling syrup on it?

I'm glad they did, because it's amazing!
