My current favorite card in my collection is my 2018 Panini Prime Prime Jumbo Shoe Brand Logo 1/1 card (my profile picture). Though 2nd card would likely be my 2003-04 SP Signature Authentic Signatures RC Auto of LeBron James. Great question.

My most prized baseball cards would be my 2002 Donruss Elite Throwback Threads TT11 Ruth/Jackson Dual Jersey #12 / 50. The football card would be my 2004 Fleer Tradition Crystal 351 Rivers/Manning/Roethlisberger #20 / 25.
They may not be the most valuable cards in the collection but they're the ones I look at the most.

You stole one of my picks. Ugh! My other prized card is my 1960 Topps Yaz RC.

That would 3rd now, but I no longer have a copy. I sold it off 20 years ago when I left the hobby originally and would have been #2 on the list. Alas, one day I'll have copy again. Just have to wait for the bursting bubble....

I've got a bunch of older cards that I bought years ago, including some valuable ones. But, my 1952 Topps Pete Runnels was my first "old" card that I bought. It was a grab-bag kind of thing. In the late 1970s, I sent some money to a dealer through mail in return for a 1952 card to be decided by him. I got Pete Runnels back.
It's in Good condition, but if you wanted to argue that it's Fair, I wouldn't dispute that. Even so, I thought it was the most wonderful card in the world.
I still value it way more than it's worth in cash. If for some unknown reason I was forced to give up my collection except for 100 or so cards, that Runnels card would be one of the first I'd decide to keep.

Let's see, I guess I'd have to pick one for each sport that I really collect. I couldn't possibly choose a single one from my entire collection. So...
Baseball - My 1979 Ozzie Smith Topps RC. I wanted that card since I was 5 or 6 years old but only wanted one that was NM or better. I finally got one in a trade at the age of 30 that is pretty close to Mint. 13 years later and I am still thrilled to own it. I have plenty of other nice Cardinals cards (vintage Musial, Gibson, Brock and a Yadier RC AU card). Even though the Ozzie isn't an STL card, it's still my favorite. I also have RC's of Rickey Henderson, Sandberg, Mattingly, Gwynn, Glavine, Griffey Jr. and some of the 90's HOFers, but nothing beats the Ozzie RC just because I wanted it for so long!
Football - Easy choice. My 2000 UD Ultimate Victory Tom Brady RC SN2000. Pulled it from a $3 pack that my grandmother gave me for Christmas that year.
NASCAR - My avatar! 2010 Press Pass Showcase - Masterpieces Ink Melting - Jimmie Johnson 1/1. The card looks fantastic with a great design and sweet MEM pieces, including a firesuit laundry tag (top left). It is also a TRUE 1/1 card. There are no printing plates for it and the only other version of the card only has 3 MEM pieces and is SN45. This card is the ONLY one with four race-used pieces in it (firesuit, sheet metal, glove, shoe). And it has 2 logos as well (Alpine Star on FS and shoe). Out of over 1600 different JJ cards in my collection, this one is easily my favorite one.

Tough. And one just won't cut it. The 1953 Satchel Paige leaps out. But I've gathered tobacco cards that I'm frequently amazed I own -- Tinker, Evers, Chance, Mordecai Brown. And my one Old Judge and one Turkey Red Cabinet. But even my 1956 Jackie Robinson amazes me.

I've acquired some tobacco cards too and am still amazed that I managed to add them to my collection. I wasn't looking for them and they aren't of a topic or team I generally collect. But age made me chase them. I have a single T206 from 1910 and a pair of cards from 1889. I love having them in my collection, but they are still not my most prized cards. They are pretty high on the list though, just because they are over 100 years old. I'd absolutely LOVE to get my hands on some Cardinals baseball cards older than 1952. I have at least one card for the team for every year from 1957 to 2021 and only the one card for 1952. Filling in 1953-56 would be nice, but getting anything before 1952 would be awesome to me.

That's a really tough question. I would have to say my Dale Earnhardt Jr. autograph I pulled from a single pack purchase at the Target in Kingston NY in late 2003.
The 1995-96 Fleer #220 Sam Cassell base card would be right up there as well, it was my first NBA card and literally changed my life in getting it.
For Non-sport I'd probably have to go with the Heroes of History Julius Caesar card that was my first tobacco card. For many years any tobacco cards seemed like an impossible dream, and now I have over 100 of them. But that was the first.
For hockey it would either be my Henrik Lundqvist autograph or the Wayne Gretzky quad relic SN 1/2 that I pulled myself.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
