Wow, great topic and a tough question! There are a number of cards on my must have list: the 69 Reggie, 89 UD Griffey, even the 82 Donruss Ripken.
I honestly think my most desired card is anything made while Jimmie Foxx was playing. Most desired card within reason is the '91 Topps Desert Shield #147 Carlos Baerga. Been trying to get all of Baergas cards and this one is eluding me.
I would like to take this opportunity to express how much I love this site and the members here. I joined about 18 months ago and have made nearly 1000 trades now. It's been fun and the community has helped me finish sets and build my collection in ways I only dreamed of as a kid. Thanks everyone!

I have lots of "Storm" cards in my PC & I'm getting down to the low SNs, plates, or obscure oddballs. One of the elusive non-paralleled Storm cards on my radar is the 1990-91 Hoops Announcers - Hannah Storm. I've seen sets of the '89-90 Announcers on ebay, but never the '90-91.

Any Kobe auto would be awesome. They were in reach but I didn't want to pay so much money for one card. Then he died. Now they are out of reach! Unless... I pull one :P

My most wanted card has to be Ichiro's Japanese rookie card. I have his MLB rookie card.

Hard to narrow it down to one, but right now, it's probably a 2020 Topps 'MLB The Show' On-Demand Set Autograph of Amir Garrett. I have the other 8 autographs in the set, but I can never find this one.

1960 Topps #148 Carl Yastrzemski RC
The first card I ever pulled out of a pack was an 83 Fleer Yaz so he's always been my fave.

I've never seen either of these:
1952 National Tea Labels #19 Danny Murtaugh
1974 Seattle Rainiers #NNO Rick Kuhn

Will trade for women's basketball, vintage Pittsburgh Pirates, Pirates certified and TTM/IP autos, WNBA autos, '70s food issues and oddballs, 1979-80 Topps and OPC hockey, vintage basketball and soccer.
