I had a bizarre card related dream last night and I thought I would share it and give you all a laugh. I dreamt that I opened up the last two packs I had left of the 2021 Donruss hobby box I bought, and I pulled a Gorilla parallel, which, instead of having the photo of a driver, had a photo of a gorilla instead. That's it, just a gorilla with the Donruss border. 

I was actually kind of disappointed when I woke up and realized that wasn't real. Unfortunately the back of the card didn't make it into the dream, so I will never know if the text was also about gorillas. 

I assume it was inspired by the commercial for the Godzilla vs. Kong movie that I saw right before bed. There is absolutely zero connection between gorillas and NASCAR otherwise. 

Not my first card related dream, but definitely the funniest and weirdest.

I was hoping this one was going to be about the Phoenix Suns Gorilla.

Tell me this card somehow makes it into Chuck's next TCDB set. Maybe a Billy Kingsley SP VAR with a gorilla peeking over your shoulder 

Well Billy there have been a few drivers over the years that look or acted like Gorilla's does that count lol

Knowing how smart gorillas are I wouldn't be surprised to see one racing a car and placing in the top 30's. Maybe give them a banana sticker trail around the track and they will race better than some of the drivers that are in right now.

I hope we never see "zoo-used relics" of animals. Could you imagine?
