Lastly, I'm adding another Nine Inch Nails song that relates to my apparent battle with Beckett Media in December 2020. I really didn't do anything terribly wrong there, but Beckett felt that I was enough of a threat to them that they BANNED me from the site after 17 years of membership and 14 of those years as a monthly paying member of the site. Thanks for posting that link Billy! I haven't seen that video in about 25 years and Weird Al was always hilarious. You are nowhere near as big as he was in that video and I doubt you'll ever match him! I'll aways remember Weird Al for the "Eat It" song/video but he made a bunch of parodies worth remembering.

Fun Topic and enjoying reading through the responses and listening many of these songs again and discovering a couple new ones.  

Also interesting as may not be a favorite song (although can be as well!), but what might be some descriptive ones.

"Changes In Latitude, Changes in Attitude" - Jimmy Buffett (If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane - I try to incorporate having fun into everything vs. a chore!  It's fun to look back but things do change and keep an eye out for that next adventure!)

"Alright Guy" - Todd Snider (I am sure history shows I'm not perfect, but think I'm an alright guy!)

"I Saw God Today" - George Strait (The song says it all and there is nothing else to add)

Many ran through my head but most were just songs I love that just didn't describe who I think I am today. To sum it up I love to jam to good Rock n Roll. I like to have a good time. Basketball is and has been a big part of my life for most of my 51 years. I still play and coach.

Lastly, my wife of 16 years nor I have ever had children. I have coached several over the years and we love our nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews as if they were our own.

My wife is my rock and wonderful in every way. I thank God above to be living here today and blessed to have the life I have.

Awesome thread....I've spent all my "coffee-cup-time" listening to and enjoying some very good music. Thanks to everyone who shared a link.

3. Everday People - Sly & The Family Stone (How I try to view myself & my relationship to everyone else)

Chad, I sang "Everyday People" on the last cruise my wife and I took. Love both the tune and the message. Great perspective, too.
