Among baseball movies I've watched only once:
The Babe with John Goodman was actually better than I thought it would be.
Pride of the Yankees is a classic.
Mr. Baseball is also a decent, if trope-laden, film.
And I can't see an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation without thinking about One in a Million: The Ron LeFlore Story, starring LeVar Burton. Of course, that leads to remembering the night that LeFlore fouled off several pitches into a rain delay and postponement, but that's a story for another time.
