These are all great movies. Two more I enjoy any time they are on TV are "It Happens Every Spring", a 1949 Ray Milland movie about an inventor who discovers a substance that repels wood and uses it on a baseball and becomes a pitcher. The other is "Trouble with the Curve" from 2012 with Clint Eastwood. Both movies are mostly off the field but still baseball-themed.

I enjoyed that movie also. Everyone was telling Tom Selleck’s character Jack, “You have a hole in your swing!”.
Also have the card from the 1992 Upper Deck #SP4 – Tom Selleck SP “Mister Baseball”. The card also features Frank Thomas on the back.

The thrill is in the hunt! Or as occasionally is heard “Let her rip boys”.

"Don't Look Back" with Lou Gossett, Jr. as Satchel Paige is one of my favorites.

Going documentary genre Fastball is an absolute gem. And you can not leave out Ken Burn's Baseball. I could listen to Buck O'Neil tell stories for days.

I like almost all baseball movies, but the two that I watch the most are Major League and Bull Durham. I do like Field of Dreams and Moneyball as well.
If you want to include documentaries, I like It Ain’t Over and The Saint of Second Chances.

I was just coming back to recommend "Fastball." It's probably my favorite documentary ever.
Also, now that someone has mentioned Mr. Baseball, that reminds me. The movie isn't my favorite, but one of my favorite items in my collection is the Upper Deck special card of Tom Selleck that I have signed by Tom Selleck.

I have to add Bingo Long Travelling All Stars & Motor Kings to my to-do list!
As an aside, is that Frankie Manning in your avatar? Love it!
