Card Identification Forum

Today at a card show I picked up what appears to be a 2019 Topps Heritage Sandy Alcantara card, yet this one has the silver 1/1 on the front just below the Marlins logo and a Transcendent VIP Party embossed logo in the upper right / front of the card.  It also has the typical Topps Heritage watermark in the lower right corner. My question is...is this a Topps Heritage Card or a Topps Transcendent card...not sure how these were distributed.  I'm not asking to have the checklist added...just looking for clarification on the brand of this card. (Ignore the white mark on the scan.)

Best guess is that it’s one of the cards guests to the Topps Transcendent VIP party could have ripped from one of the packs in their swag bags (some more details about one of the parties in a Blowout forum thread: https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1434778 ). I’m sure the checklist would be nearly impossible to assemble, so if I owned the card, I’d mark it as a Heritage card and make note of the serial number and stamp for myself.
