Nope, it doesn't apply. You can replace an image to get the zoom feature on a new image but the original member keeps his points and you don't get anything (other than maybe the end-month bonus points). I did this for the 1989 Donruss set. If the correct image was already there and had the zoom feature, I left it alone. If the zoom feature was not present or if the wrong image was there, I replaced it. No one would have lost points on either of these two reasons for replacement as when they uploaded the images, it was the correct image.

Bob - simply put - you have contributed 19 front and 19 back scans to the site since you began in November 2014. Six of each having been contributed within the calendar year of 2020. So, 12 scans in 7+ months, and 38 total scans in more than 5 1/2 years. This is nowhere near consistent enough to get access. You can complain in the forums all you want, but it does ZERO good to do so. You'd be better served taking the time scanning items that need images than writing about how much you've been slighted (by Admin, by the L8s, by this person, by that person, etc.).
When I was looking to get self-approval access, I literally had to submit more than 100 images in less than a week. All perfect, none needing ANY attention from anyone else, they were good to go "as is".
This is NOT the first time I have looked up the stats for your profile and reported them back to you, but you want to continually make public your distain for how this site is run. With the amount of compaining you do about this site, I really wonder why you're still here. So, really, why are you still here? I mean, according to what you've written in the past, everyone here is against you, you can't accomplish anything because no one let's you speak your mind, and L8s are going to go IR crazy and delete anything you add. So why stay?

You "lost" the points for images because they were for an incorrect checklist that was taken down and therefore not helping the site.
The person you should be mad at is the person who uploaded the checklist.

Where does this say anywhere about quality of the site, removing points for a poor checklist etc. Very poor!
How to Get Access
Access to this level requires understanding and following all parts of the image guidelines:
Image processing permissions are determined by an algorithm which monitors the quality of image submissions over a period of time. Once a certain threshold is met, access is granted. Check
Consistently submitting images which meet the image guidelines and require no additional intervention from other members will raise your score. Submitting images that need to be cropped or rotated by other members or that get flagged as having a problem will lower your score. Check
Submitting images, then using the built-in tools to crop or rotate your own images does not negatively affect your score. Check
Until you have access to process your own submissions, images submitted go into a queue where they are verified for correctness, cropped and rotated as necessary, and checked for adherence to the Image Guidelines. You can see the status of your submissions and help expedite this process by visiting your Queue area and using the built-in tools (if necessary) to adjust your scans. Check

A man has to have goals — for a day, for a lifetime — and that was mine, to have people say, "There goes Ted Williams, the greatest hitter who ever lived."

I had 60 points on the Domino's site today. I redeemed them for a free pizza. Yum.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Congrats to all you super scanners, still doesn't justify the intent.
Certainly doesn't beg me to add more scans, need to reconsider that one. The loser is the site, my now 4.5-room inventory has 1000s of missing images for the site, shame.
Funny, because I voice my opinion, use a forum as intended, I teeter on banishment. I've contributed more to this site in my own way than all you.
And I never said I was slighted by ADMIN, I have all of the utmost respect for the leader, it's some of the underlings that have a lot to say and do.
Hey, still going to be ~bob~, can't change that.

I miss Action Packed too!!! Panini has made a few Action Packed inserts in NASCAR products, but they are nothing like the original cards (or even the Pinnacle version of AP from the mid-90's).
