So I was looking at Checklist card and at the top I noticed a selectable field for the team. I realized that all my effort scanning cards has paid off and I now have PHENOMINAL ADMIN POWERS! But with great power comes great responsibility so I wanted to ask for guidence. Since it is a checklist card it has no team. I did see there was an option for "No Team". Should it have that designation? Does it really matter whether it has that designation or nothing at all?

I believe if you select no team then it gets removed from the cards in your collection that need teams report. Other than that not sure if there is an advantage.

Unless there's a specific player on the front, I usually set it to "No Team" and make sure there's a "CL" Note1 next to it.

Why put a CL note next to a card call Checklist?

I believe it is so when filtering by note, they show up, as that's really the only way to search for the ones that don't have a player or team assigned.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

Fair enough. Myself, I wouldn't go search notes for the checklists (CRTL-F and "checklist" works fine for me :)), but that's me......

Title 4, United States Code, Chapter 1.: "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." Keep on rockin' in the free world,

Well I went into that card and selected "No Team". I will sleep well knowing that I have used my powers to make the database more efficient and searchable and have helped my fellow collectors. *Lifts chin up, puffs out chest and struts off into the sunset.*

You're not the only one. I've selected No Team myself

I just do it to keep things organized so anyone can click on the Glossary of a set, click on "CL" and see all the checklists of the set, whether it be base ones, subsets, team cards, etc.
