They may be countering your offer and it won't be accessible by you until it's submitted as a counter offer. I wish there was a way to keep the original offer to see what was actually redone.

It's been like that for a month now. I do agree though when you get a counter offer on a bigger trade its hard to see the difference.

Usually if I counter, I will tell the other the changes. I would have thought most would have the courtesy to do that.

Sandy I do that to, tell you what I changed and why. I also copy and paste original to a text file until both parties agree.
Might have to send a reminder that there a pending trade in his OFFERS list.

I had that problem with two transactions being grayed (from the same member)
I believe it happens when the other person is countering the offer but hasn't sent it yet.
I emailed the member to ask them to delete it. They deleted one and not the other. So I still have one grayed out. I would like to have it deleted. I may ask the member again to delete that one.
I sent a trade offer that disappeared from the proposed and didn't hear back. I sent another and the same thing happened. Finally I asked the member and they declined but still had the offers in their Composing tab.

While they're Countering you can't access the trade. Like others said, ask the member if they're actually still working the trade.
I also copy and paste the trade proposal to a text file before making changes.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I learned about copy and paste to text file when I edited a trade involving 2005 Topps Heritages base issue and in same trade there was WB. I deleted wrong one and on some I even mixed them up. Read a base card's number, and looked for for in White Backs doubles I had
