Last fall was probably my most recent. Theres really been no update to it for years but as long as you’re able to put an order through they always seem to arrive just fine. 

This is awesome! And it gave me an idea. 

I'm trying to visit all 30 MLB ballparks, I've been to 20 (3 defunct, and 1 soon-to-be-defunct) so far and have taken a selfie at each park. I think I'll make the selfies into trading cards to celebrate once I'm done with all the ballparks.

How many are you looking to print? Same image on each? Want it styled like a particular year/make of card? 

There are apps for it and also people who copy the designs into photoshop or even powerpoint.  
I use photoshop and mostly do hockey.  Although I do have a bunch of baseball templates I use.
There are custom baseball card groups of facebook and a lot of the guys are willing to share templates for personal use or will do them up for you for free or cheap.

I just ordered the cards I referred to at the end of November.  Actually, I had to place another order after that in first week of December because I made a mistake on one of the card backs and wanted to get just that one reprinted.  So my son got not only his very first baseball card but also his very first error card.

I make my own via photoshop, if I ever want one printed I just send it to Walmart or Walgreens.  no backs but still fun to have something that was never made.
