In the big picture, I'd like to see schools pick up on kids' interests and teach them entrepreneurial skills even at the elementary age. As a former school administrator I read the article and saw lessons in my head in regards to running a business, closing a deal, designing a product, and other decision-making opportunities involved.

It's very frustrating that US public schools spend tons of time teaching Greek Mythology and advanced mathematics, but not things people actually need to know to be functional adults, like how to create and stick to a budget, how to run a business, and the like. 

I think it needs to be even more basic than "how to run a business". Like, "how to do taxes", "how to write a cover letter and resume", (I do like "how to create a budget"), "how to write a good email or letter", "how to fact check", "how to think critically", etc.
