I heard in a roundabout way a teammate of Will Clark say anytime the team needed a hit or spark, Will Clark came through and sine crazy batting average fir Clark was thrown around in the types of must hit situations. It got me thinking that there really isn't an accepted metric or situation that can be converted into a clutch statistic - it's about things like being in a pennant race, having a feel for momentum during a game, etc., as opposed to classifying it as a team tied or down a run in a late inning. Anyway, I don't doubt Will Clark indeed always came through when team needed a hit - he was just a hardcore ballplayer and did hardcore things in hardcore situations. What do you think?

I'm a set builder, but the only player I PC outside of sets is Barry Sanders. Greatest running back of all time, or at least, the most fun to watch.

Ruben Sierra as my childhood favorite player. Also Ruben's hero, Roberto Clemente.
Mostly Angels, Trout, Ohtani, Guerrero, Pujols, and now also collecting Bo Bichette (son of a Halo).

I collect Scott Rolen cards and memorabilia. I used to collect just about everything, but sold off nearly everything except my Rolen collection years ago. Being from a small town in Indiana, watching Rolen play and trying to emulate what he did on the field when I was (much) younger, it made it an easy decision for me to collect his cards. I always thought it was cool that a small town guy could make it into Major League Baseball.

Ultimate - Dwight Evans. But I'm not chasing down every single MEM, MANU, AU or unlicensed (looking at you Leaf!) ones.

For me certain players and teams are what I focus on in my collection.
Hockey: Mario Lemieux is numero uno followed closely by Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin
Soccer: Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry and Charlie George
Baseball: Roberto Clemente, Andrew McCutchen and Al Oliver are favorites
Wrestling: NO one is ready for ASUKA!
Football: Ray Guy
