I love this thread. Just reading about the back and forth, makes me smile. I was suspicious of this guy earlier. while I have encountered many great people on this site, something about this one just didn't sit right with me. I'm glad I only missed out on the "free" card for nothing he was going to send but never got around to mailing. I think that was January of 2021!

Also remember the Postal Service does lose mail. I have seen trucks that burnt up in traffic accidents. I am still willing to trade with him. However if I get burnt twice he and all his accounts get blocked, period.

I stand with Bruno on this and just ask the others to please tone it down a bit. Great thread to have going, including former/current alternative IDs. Everyone can check the feedback on those and judge for themselves. Personally I've had a couple of trades with these IDs and if I recall correctly one had an extremely long delay but did work out in the end.
Let the trader beware, yes. Share pros and cons within the community. But if we can cut back on the personal attacks and insults, I think we'd be the better for it overall.
Just my 2 cents worth. Thanks.

I certainly have seen trucks catch fire and things happen. However, if you admit you didnt ever send it due to (insert reason here) then you lack a certain amount of responsiblity I look for in a transaction based on trust/honor and any attempt to start another account/ID is shady. I waited many months to complete a trade with a member who was injured in a serious accident that required him to rehab at a facility not his home (with access to his cards). That individual completed that trade and will forever have my respect. I believe that you start what you finish. I would guess the card offered to me was probably obtained from one of you and your end never came. It feels like a big shell game but that's just my opinion.

I sincerely apologize for my choice of words in my previous comments. While I stand by my point that nobody should be able to get away with failing to send their end of a trade and ghosting trade partners, then creating multiple new accounts to escape negative feedback, I was wrong to say that the way that I did. I apologize to Shawn and the other members that have read/contributed to this thread.

I don't trade much here, but have had only good experiences to date and received only positive feedback.
So let me get this straight...There are literally thousands of people to trade with here, hundreds with flawless reputations. But people still wish to trade with a guy with multiple negative feedbacks, multiple identities, and a very poor reputation?
Whatever his allure is, I want some of that!

Funny, there are six that commented in this thread that I would not trade with and Shawn isn't even in that group.

You all can show your dissatisfaction with this user by leaving negative feedback, that's what it's there for. This thread is bordering on a witch-hunt and it's totally unnecessary. Let's avoid the personal attacks.
I've traded with Shawn plenty of times and while he hasn't been perfect I would rather trade with him than with some people in this thread who think it's okay to insult and belittle somebody over something so insignificant. It's a childish way to deal with this issue.
