Does anyone 3d print their own box dividers? Do you have one you like to use?

To answer your question, no. But I have a friend who has a 3D printer he used to make a pistol and I've thought about asking him to make me 800-ct boxes for my cards. Dividers seems easy enough.

I have a much lower tech solution. Cut up amazon boxes to size for my stoppers (when I don't have a full row of cards these stop them from moving forward). Cut up cereal box side panels for my set dividers (the top folds nicely over and can be labelded). If you have kids it makes a great craft project for them or something to kill time for you while doing something else you don't really have to pay attention to.

I agree. Cereal boxes work great. My secretary (my wife lol) volunteered to cut cereal boxes and any other food box that will work for me. Gotta love her. Been married going on 37 years. I was looking for plastic dividers but the cost was too much.

I cut 3x5 index cards in half for set dividers in my 3200 count boxes. Write the set on one end, and the cards fold over when you put the box lid on.
Works great for me!

I have a 3D printer and yes, it would not be the best way to make box dividers. If you really want to make your own plastic dividers, get some sheet material from a hobby store and cut them out.

I save the plastic containers from ShopRite cookies. They make good organizers for sorting smaller groups of cards.

In a pinch, I've used that thin white underpadding for flooring as bubble wrap. I wouldn't go out and buy it but if you have some extra laying around the house it works really well.
